Her gaze turned towards the ground, where she found another brown thing. From what she gathered, it seemed like it could be consumed as food. How such a dull thing could be tasty was beyond Kari, but maybe it was just a human world thing.

Venturing a bit further into the maze of cars, the reaper stumbled upon a bigger version of the blackened foes.
"Why dot the creepiest things always have holes in their stomachs?," she groaned as she pulled out her substitute weapon of choice.

Swinging her rod at the large enemy, Kari wasn't surprised when her attack only managed to create a small mark. It wouldn't be nearly as easy to take this one down.

Jabbing her rod once more, Kari felt like she had done a bit more damage than she had previously. the way things were going, she wouldn't have much trouble taking out her target.

Kari didn't like these things. They looked creepy, for one. They also made her head hurt to look at them. And they were pitifully weak. It made her feel bad, even though they were attacking her in turn.
