How this worksYou have been challenged to a game of
konpira funefune by the geisha soquili! Perhaps you've allowed the stallion to serve you too much sake and you can't keep up? Try your best!
In this game, a racoon musician plays the shamisen. You and the geisha soquili take turns tapping on the "tokkuri no hakama" bowl, you with your hand, her with one hoof. You tap the bowl with an open hand. If the geisha removes the bowl, you tap with a closed fist. You can try to trick the geisha by taking the bowl on your turn, but she has trained in this game and doesn't miss often.
And of course, the raccoon keeps playing the music faster and faster. Try to keep up!
This is a dice game!
Directions: ~ Every day the game is running I will roll one 12-sided die for the geisha from 9 – 11 PM EST.
~ You may roll from 11:01 PM EST – 8:59 PM EST (the next day).
Any rolls made within the 9 – 11 PM EST window are invalid. ~ When you roll, you may try to either follow the geisha's lead or trick the geisha (change your movement to try to get her to make a mistake).
~ If you want to follow the geisha, roll one 12-sided die. If you want to trick the geisha, roll one 20-sided die.
~ If you follow the geisha, you will receive points if you are within the allowed range for that given day. If you try to trick the geisha, you will only receive points if you roll her exact number.
How to earn points
When following the geisha (d12), you earn 5 points if you:Day 1: Roll within 4 of the geisha
Day 2: Roll within 3 of the geisha
Day 3: Roll within 2 of the geisha
Day 4: Roll within 2 of the geisha
Day 5: Roll within 1 of the geisha
When tricking the geisha (d20), you earn 20 points if you:Day 1 – 5: Roll the same number as the geisha
Example: On day 1, I try to follow the geisha. She rolls 7. 7 + 4 = 11. 7 - 4 = 3. I can roll between 3-11 and get 5 points. ~ Follow all soquili rules and gaia ToS.
~ No mules.
~ Be a good sport. Disruptive, discouraging, or mean-spirited behavior will result in disqualification from the game and notification of shop managers.

~ You may jump into the game on any day, even if you missed previous days.
~ If you roll from 9 PM EST - 11 PM EST then your roll will be invalid and you will not be able to get points during the following game day. Please don't do this! You can rejoin the game after you have sat one game period out.~ Prizes go to those with the highest scores! The person with the highest points gets first choice, and so on. In the case of a tie, I will use the randomizer to do a tie-breaker.
If you made a mistake on your post...
~ If you post and forget to roll: That is fine! Post a second time. Do not delete.
~ If you post and roll with a die that isn't used in the game: This is also fine! Post a second time. (If you roll a d12 or d20, even if you posted the wrong form, your roll stands and you cannot repost)
~ If you post two or more rolls using the game dice (d12 or d20) in one game day period: Sorry! This will disqualify you, but for that day only. Your rolls for that game day period will not be valid, but you may continue the game on other days.
~ If you post with mismatched form and dice roll: I will assign you points according to your dice, not your form. But please try not to do this!
~ If you post using the random numbers instead of the dice: This is fine, as long as you posted with the correct range. But please try not to do this!
