[ OUTSIDE- AROUND THE FENCE ] (EMOTION: CONFUSION) Outside the fence is a little too close to the fog. It is extremely disorienting, as the fog calls out to you. Sometimes you see faces, shapes, sometimes actual form of people. It temps and tantalizes you and drives you insane. Sometimes, instead of seeing a humanoid shape, you just see a set of eyes and teeth that are way too large for any human gazing at you, immediately turning away as you stare directly at it, always followed by a series of footsteps.
She had to get away from those flowers.
While the hospital was eerie and she still had absolutely no intentions of going inside it, Lola still found comfort in hanging around the outside wall of the building. Maybe it was the fact that she didn't have to watch her back, while pressed against it? Whatever it was, she was already missing the old, decrepit wall after that flower trip she'd just come off from.
Her fingers absentmindedly began to scratch the back of her arm. Everything was itching, like her body was trying to shed itself free of her skin. Ugh. Could it be poison ivy or oak or something? Poison uglyplant?
It didn't matter. She wouldn't worry about that right now - she had to worry about getting back to the wall!
Her jogging paused, however, as she heard a hiss in the fog. What was that??

Lola stared at the apparition, staring at it as if she were staring in a mirror. The other Lola grinned back at her, the smile more than a little creepy.
Pulling her knife out of her legging's waistband, Lola wasted no time attacking Shadow!Lola. There was only room in this world for one Lola Malcom and she wasn't about to let this impostor take over!
You know, a man might dream about having two wives some days, in some of his deeper fantasies. Al had never been that kind of guy. And so to see two Lolas standing there, one going at the other with a knife--well, needless to say, he was so ******** tired of this apocalypse.
He didn't hesitate to run over, staring at the shadowy version of his wife with wary eyes. Alright, then.
He hefted his shovel up high, swinging at his not!wife.

He's a big guy at about 6'3", strong, but sporting a bit of a belly these days. His right arm and the right side of his body is covered in tattoos like so. He sports dark hair and dark eyes, and normally dresses in very casual clothing. You know, when he's not toting that snazzy inmate outfit.
She'd never been so happy to see a shovel in her life. Well, at least, she hadn't been this happy to see a shovel since the last time Al saved the day with his trusty shovel.
When all of this was said and done, she was going to mount that sucker above their fireplace mantle.
Shadow!Lola continued to hiss, swiping with her grey fingernails, which were significantly longer than Normal!Lola's nails.
A swing and a miss. This b***h was quick, and Al was rewarded for his trouble with a nasty slice from those long nails. Unlike Lola's, these ones weren't fake.
While Shadow!Lola was busy trying to get it on (and not in the fun way) with her husband, Normal!Lola took advantage of the situation by shoving her knife directly into her doppelganger's back.
She'd show this b***h not to mess her or her hubby.
Well thank Christ for that. Al had to admit he was more than a little impressed with how Lola handled herself with that knife, letting out a hefty sigh of relief as the thing faded into nothing. "Two of you is too much to handle." He grunted, leaning on his shovel with a grin. "No offense."
What the hell? Looked like the thing had dropped a water bottle. Suspicious as s**t, but... he'd take it.
