Scenario requirements:This event can only be rped with TWO or more people. One of the characters begins to lose their mind, convinced that a someone is talking to them, telling them there is safety beyond the fog. They begin to drag the other character that direction as well.
The other character now has the option to fight back with that player, or accept. If they follow, the first player will continue to talk about this imaginary person talking to them (make one up, base it on a person close to that character) has promised them an increasingly more ludicrous count of promises (you can make these up). They get stranger and more unrealistic.
This rp continues until the second character being dragged realizes something is up with the first character. They can choose to roll 1d6 to drag the character back towards the hospital away from the thickness of the fog. If the roll even, they succeed, if they roll odd, the other character continues to drag them. Continue this RP until the second character has rolled 1d6 and rolled even successfully to drag the other player out.
Characters involved: Autumn Flint, Joy Ann McKinsley Extra effect: If you one person rolls a mob in a PRP/SOLO/ORP thread, nobody else in the thread has to roll for mobs! This post's effect is applicable to ALL characters, flashlight or none! // [stacked with] Any player in your party [ carrying a flashlight ] will be able to shine it in dark places. This does an additional +1 damage every time they hit any sort of mob (including boss mobs!) when they flash it at them.
'Miss McKinsley? Miss McKinsley, are you listening?' The familiar voice flooded Joy Ann's mind, causing her to stop her conversation with Autumn mid-sentence. "Mr.-- Mr. Morris?" she stuttered, shocked that he was here, right in front of them. "Wh-where did you-- When did you--?" Did it matter, he was obviously there.
Joy Ann stared flabbergasted as he shook his head lightly at her in the way he always did. 'Honestly Joy Ann, too many questions, not enough answers. Why are you staying here? Don't you know you have to get away? You have to get away now. Run. Run now. Don't stop, don't look back. It's not safe here, but you'll be safe beyond the fog.' As the vision said each word, Joy Ann's panic started to build until she had two options that her mind provided, flee or fight, and she certainly wasn't a fighter.
Already starting to move, she latched onto Autumn's arm and began pulling her away from the hospital. "We-- We have to go, we have to go now. It's- it's not safe! We have to get beyond the fog!" Who knew where this burst of strength on Joy Ann's part was coming from, but she was definitely pulling hard on her friend's arm in a way that brooked needed haste.

Autumn was giving Joy Ann the most quizzical of looks. Who was she talking to? There was no one there, aside from the two of them, of course. So who-- "What? What do you mean?" Autumn's head turned from side to side, scanning the fog.
She knew it wasn't safe. No where was really safe. "What is it?" Her heart was starting to race. She knew there were things in the fog. She'd heard them.
Autumn was still trying to figure out what Joy Ann was going on about as she started to be dragged along. She followed, still looking wildly from side to side. "Joy Ann," she whispered, "What is it? What's out there?"

'Joy Ann, you have to get to the university; the whole class is waiting for you,' the specter explained. 'You'll be able to save them all, to save me, and we'll all go for ice cream.' Hallucination!Mr.Morris obviously knew Joy Ann well and had his priorities right, saving people and then promising ice cream.
The former kindergarten teacher began to jog, dragging Autumn along with her. She had registered that Autumn was asking her things, though she was talking over Mr. Morris, but she was angry that she would have to explain anything. Hadn't her former professor explained enough already? "It's Mr. Morris. He says we can save everyone by going to the university. We have to get to the university!" ...and then they could have ice cream.

Autumn was trying not to trip as she followed Joy Ann. "Mr. Who?" That didn't make any sense. "Joy Ann, we can't go to the university. We don't know how to find the university. We don't' even know where we are now."
Autumn tried to plant her feet, grabbing hold of and pulling back on Joy Ann. "Come back. I don't want to go that way. And you shouldn't either. I don't see any Mr. Whoever." It was almost irritating. Couldn't Joy Ann see there was no one there? They were alone in the fog, and the university what however many miles away.
"We need to go back this way." To be fair, Autumn had no idea which way she meant, other than away from the thickest of the fog. The fog was where the voices were the loudest, and she didn't like the voices. She also didn't like being dragged around, though she'd just realized that. "There's no way to save everyone at the university. That's a dumb idea. This way is best."
She kept her grip firmly on Joy Ann's arm. "This way."

This time Autumn's words came through clearly over Mr. Morris's continued promises. It was also sort of strange, Joy Ann realized belatedly, because Mr. Morris had never been part of her life at the university. He'd been her sponsor for her classroom practical, and seeing him at the university that one time when he'd come to visit his wife was...
Joy Ann blinked, her former mentor's figure rushing off ahead to fade into the fog as Autumn checked her movement and dragged her back towards the hospital. "But..." she offered the half-hearted beginning of a protest and then decided against it. This way did seem better, now that Autumn pointed it out, and her reasoning made general sense... "Yes, yes..." she agreed with Autumn, still in a bit of a daze as she idly scratched at some dried blood at the corner of her upper lip.
Yes, Autumn was right, they should go back this way. What had she been thinking? Or maybe she hadn't been thinking at all... In any case, it was back to the yard for now.

"Good, good," Autumn said, not sure if she should let go of Joy Ann's arm yet. "No running into the fog." That was where the voices were loudest. No, silly, here.
"We need," she said as they walked, for talking kept the whispers away, "to be careful about who we listen to. You can't trust everything you hear." Autumn knew that, consciously. It was hard to remember sometimes. "You have to stay vigilant. And you can't go running off unless you know where you are going." Nowhere. Autumn scratched at her arm again, absentmindedly.
"We need to take a few moments and figure out where we need to go. The hospital is there...but I don't think it's safe to go inside." Horror movie 101 right there. She glanced around. "But I know we are not alone out here. We just need to find the others."
She tugged at Joy Ann's sleeve. "Come on. We'll go this way, and we wont' get lost if we don't leave sight of the hospital."
This way.
