Alex circled the hospital, rubbing his arm. He wanted to mess with his leg, where the injury was. The bullet had been taken out, he had been stitched up by one of the casino attendants but...He still wanted to itch it. The pain hurt and he was irritated.
He heard the small yip behind him, turning his head to meet the beautiful brown eyes of small corgi pup. It bounced behind him. Yipping and Yapping.
"Stop. No bark." So the Corgi stopped. He bent down and reached over to pet the creature. His hands ran over eyes. Eyes in the back of the head. That wasn't right. Nothing was right. It yipped, and kept yipping. The voice getting rougher and deeper.
He pulled the net out.

Infection counter: 40/100OOC: SCENARIO 10 Scenario requirements: As you walk around (if you are in a group there is only ONE), a small pet begins to follow you. It is up to you what appearance they take. It loyally chases after you no matter where you go. It is obedient to your commands and seems rather intelligent. As you play around with this pet, you begin to notice it has a couple of strange defects. Eyes growing on its back. An extra pair teeth from its chest. Legs protruding from its cut open belly. The defects get worse and worse, and the pet slowly grows more hostile. Eventually, you have to put it out of its misery. (5 HP to defeat it, it does -1 auto damage). If you decide to SPARE IT it will hurt you instead (or one person in your group) for HALF YOUR HEALTH before it disappears. The monster that pretended to be the pet fully formed and it made Alex's stomach churn. He felt sick, sick to his stomach. Sick in the head. What was the song? Disturbed? The band? Slipknot maybe.
He couldn't remember. He took the corgi in a chokehold.

It whined. He hated it. He hated it for reminding me of the cute and innocent thing it wasn't was. It whined, and he felt the grip loosen on the net.

The loosened grip turned around and earned him a gash on his hand. He returned the chokehold and waited. Eventually it faded away.
Eventually all of it faded away.
