Karou has been working at the Game Stop/EB Games as soon as she dropped out of high school....and not because she wanted to. She had the smarts but with a sick mom, and a dead beat dad who left them when she was young, she wanted to take care of her mom first and foremost. She takes on a heavy burden all by herself, and she found the relief of all that burden by playing video games. She began working at a video game store just to save up money and get discounts on games...even began writing and some art to express her creativity.

You can spot her as a 5'4" women at 120lb. Dyed Blue hair always wearing a black knitted beanie with a dead pool pin, a N7 Mass Effect hoodie over a black tank top or tee-shirt, dark jeans, and black combat boots. She looks hispanic and any markings and piercings, she wears the same star earring she got from her mother on her 16th birthday (when her mom saved up enough money to buy her real gold earrings) and; a crow, wolf and a moon on her shoulder, her mom's favorite butterfly, a monarch, on the other shoulder, and some mermaid scales going down her both legs (which are unfinished because of the infected thing that is gonna happen)

[Day 1 Journal Entry]

It has been a month since the Infected took over the world. At leas that's what I think, I think there are still people left...but the majority? Infected.

I go to the Winchester to get a drink (Just a coke) and found out that there are Rebels in the Mall.

As if it isn't already bad enough as it is. To worry about Infected is one thing but to deal with people? They are unpredictable. Give me infected any day, at least I know that they are ALWAYS a threat.

Then Bandits broke in the Mall. With guns a blazing, but it wasn't something we can handle, close call though.

But i never felt so...alive before. I guess the shock of loosing my Mama hit me hard. But now I'm fighting for my life, the life she gave to protect me.

But I have a new roommate now! Her name is Ritsa, complete opposite of me but she's alright.

Actually it feels good not having to sleep at my old job alone.

We're gonna rest and head over to Ikea in the morning. It is pretty bare here....
