xx- Description: a pair of specially designed bladed-tonfa commissioned by Mystic Industries on Noein's request. The handles were created with margining steel, making a very sturdy if not indestructible base. The blades of each weapon were forged with a combination of platinum, diamond residue, and a new sub-symmetrical particle known as varanium. Combined together, it creates a strong metal that gives off a glowing, iridescent light. The metal is also able to file down to extremely thin lengths while still maintaining one of the sharpest edges available.

The attack ends when Noein delivers a break-neck kick at top speed, driving her enemy straight into the ground, creating a large crater upon impact.

◦ Personality: A very hardworking girl who takes pride in her accomplishments. She likes to help in anyway she can and hates to impose or be a burden. Being a huntress and ROOT operative, she knows how to think critically and analytically on the drop of a dime. When on a mission, she tends to be very quiet and focused, rather spending her energy in complete devotion to the task in front of her. She also takes on the same mentality while training. Outside of work, she gets along with her co-workers well but would rather spend her time at home alone, enjoying her hobbies of cooking and reading.
◦ Biography: Hailing from a land far, far away from the Zaibatsu. She was the daughter of a butcher in a small village hidden away in the mountains. Her childhood was best described as uneventful, the only aspect worth noting was her father teaching her how to hunt animals for trade. She was shown to be very talented with the skill, and surpassed her father's expectations by developing a hunting style using her teleportation and speed for very precise and clean kills. At the age of thirteen, she decided to follow her village's tradition and was sent away from her home with instructions of living alone for two years before returning. It is considered an honor to embark on the journey and is vital to the coming of age customs of the village she grew up in. She didn't leave her village with much only a starting amount of gold and her hunting knives. When she left her village, she headed eastward and out of the mountains to where she had heard stories of larger villages and towns. She eventually came through these towns but, was unimpressed with what they had to offer her and either used them as a place to sell meat, pelts and other animal wares from hunting or sleep in-between traveling out farther. Zaibatsu City was not Noein's first pick of places to settle into, on the contrary, little experience with general city life and succeeding size of most left her uncomfortable the first time she passed through. Due to a lack of money and resources, she ended up temporarily setting up shop in the city with plans of moving out as soon as she was financially secure. Most of her business was similar to that of the past and she made a decent living selling a variety of fresh, ready-to-cook meats at different street markets. Two weeks into her stay, she managed to attract quite a following, which benefited her business and reputation greatly. Once, after closing shop for the day, she was approached by a stranger who asked her about her hunting methods superinquisitively. With no reason to lie, Noein explained her personal hunting techniques and use of teleporation and speed, which seemed to impress the stranger. A week later, she was approached by the same person in the morning. According to him, he was a recruiter for the secret organization known as ROOT, and had been tipped off by another representative that Noein was a potential candidate for the organization. She was taken to ROOT headquarters, and given a summary of the job requirements and duties, and after giving a live demonstration of her skills, was offered the opportunity to enroll in their training program for two years before graduating into the selection of the 10 titled positions. The job interested her greatly, and the idea to perfect her skills on something other than hunting pushed herself enough into agreeing. For the next two years, she trained with ROOT to polish her skills, graduating into the secret service with flying colors. She has been with ROOT for six years and has grown quite the reputation in the organization. This year starts her first as a ROOT Executive.
