"Joseth ... " Burvia twirled a finger through one of her dark curls. She looked a little nervous, and unsure ... was this the right time to discuss this? Was there ever going to be a right time? What if it seemed to sudden? She had to have faith that now was as good as any time to have this conversation. Burvia had to trust in their affections and to have hope in that. "We need to have a chat." she finished, closing to the door to her room and locking it.
Burvia took in a deep breath and dropped her hand from her hair, clasping both hands together before walking over to her bed and sitting down on the deep, starry-blue bedding. "It's nothing bad, I promise ... it's just. A serious discussion that I think ... it's time we had."
Burvia's heart fluttered at those words, and it forced her to draw in another breath.(( So we can get their breeding intent RP out of the way so that when it's time we can do it no problems~! And then we can go back to our regularly scheduled RPs <3 ))

Joseth turned towards the blue-haired Geist the moment his name left her lips, his scarlet gaze taking in her uneasy expression. The fact that she was playing with her hair was another cue to her nervousness. Just a moment ago, he had been studying for a social studies exam at her desk, but her emotions immediately affected him, causing him to roll across from where she was seated on her bed, close enough to reach out and touch her. "Sure, what's up Burv?" he responded casually, his disposition changing at the sound of the door locking.
The lanky Litch relaxed a little when she assured him the subject was nothing bad, but he still struggled to think of what Burvia might be thinking of that would be so serious. Had she finished all her requirements and was graduating without him? Was she moving somewhere to be with more fashion-minded students? Did he do something wrong? Joseth hoped it wasn't the last one. He cared too much about the Geist girl sitting in front of him like a marble masterpiece to lose her. She was the Nightmare he'd known since he was a freshling, and had spent most of his time with, especially since he became a senior. Heck, he spent more time in Burvia's dorm room than he did in his own dorm practically.
The mud-colored boy reached out and laid a hand on top of her clasped ones, his eyes searching for her vibrant sunny orbs. "Burvia, what is it?" he asked softly, his voice full of care.

Burvia gently clasped his hands in hers, looking up at him with searching eyes. "I ... " She tried to begin, but stopped herself, looking down at their held hands for a quiet moment as she rubbed her thumbs over his knuckles. "I know we've been ... I know that." another pause. "Where ... gosh, this all seems so silly. But, Joseth ... ? Where do you ... see us ... down the line? I never thought I'd be asking these kinds of questions but ... "
Burvia finally lifted her gaze to look Joseth straight in the eyes, her cheeks flushing a bright pink. "Do you think ... we have a future together outside of school? Like ... getting married one day and having kids of our own ... ? She took in a deep breath again to try and calm her nerves, her body shaking, her hands ghosting in and out with each shudder. Her heart was beating so hard in her chest, and the butterflies were so bad she felt as if she could barely breathe as she waited for his answer.

Joseth was getting more anxious by the second just by the way Burvia was acting. He decided he didn't like seeing her so worried and flustered, tripping over her words and avoiding his gaze. He tried to anchor her with his hands, patiently waiting for her to tell him what she needed to tell him.
At first, Joseth didn't really grasp what the blue Geist meant by 'down the line'. He knew they were going to be attending different universities, but had hoped that they would eventually move in with each other. Burvia made him feel more than anyone he had ever met, and therefore wanted to spend as much time with her as he could. His mind continued down the wrong track until Burvia met his gaze and blushed brightly, her cheeks practically glowing as the words 'marriage' and 'having kids' dropped from her slate blue lips.
The ruby-eyed boy's initial reaction to her big question was to try and comfort her, calm her down so she would be able to stop herself from ghosting out. The moment he felt her hands lose their substance, he moved from his chair next to her on her bed, pulling her close to him and holding her until the shaking faded away. "I'm not the best at divination . . . but I can feel our futures have been entwined since we met." he said as he embraced her, his voice a low, calming rumble. "I know I want to have a future with you, Burvia. I know now that I've wanted that for a while . . ." his voice softened, a deep ruddy blush spreading across his cheeks and tinting his ears. "I . . I want to spend the rest of my existence with you, Burv, I . . I love you."
In that moment, Joseth experienced a multitude of things; suddenly all of the confusion he felt towards Burvia as a Junior made sense. He realized he had had a hardcore crush on the beautiful blue girl, but was too oblivious of his own emotions to realize what it really was until his confession moments ago. Now the Litch could see the two of them picking out soul stones to imbue together, moving in with each other, and starting a family. Joseth was so overcome by these things he started to get foggy-eyed, trying to hold himself together so he could preserve this incredible moment in his life.Ember-babe did you see the new breeding requirements? :c

Burvia's heart thudded hard in her chest as she lay against Joseth's chest, her eyes growing wide and her pale hand lifting to her mouth to stare up at Joseth in wonder.
She had always known how she felt about Joseth. She had known she loved him, had known since the tail end of her Freshling years. She knew she wanted a life with him, but Joseth had always seemed so unsure of how own feelings, even though she could sense her feelings were not unrequited. And so, she had treated him like her boyfriend all these years. And yet, she had never actually told him she loved him. Nor had he. She hadn't even asked if they could be a couple, and yet here she was, pouring her heart out and asking if they had a future with marriage and kids. She had been so confident in her love for Joseth that she never stopped to actually ask him what he thought.
And when he spoke those three beautiful words, Burvia's heart soared. Tears welled up in her eyes, blurring her vision as she immediately snuffled, reaching up to seize Joseth's face between her hands and kissing him deeply with as much passion as she could muster, tears streaming down her pale grey-blue cheeks in response. She loved him too. She always had. And now she could say it; she could kiss him and he would know. Hold his hand, lie with him. Be totally and completely with him and know they were bound by their hearts. Burvia was ecstatic ... beyond relief, beyond pure pleasure. So much joy filled her soul, her heart, and mind that she could not muster the right words. Merely kiss him as she was now.
