It wasn't too long after he'd arrived at the oasis that Eyphah had decided to drag Nehelini off, away from Tallulah and the water, just the two of them. He'd calmed the Peisio by saying that they were just going to go on 'a little hunt' and that they might be away for a time. Tallulah wasn't allowed to follow them, that it was a private hunt. As much as it seemed to displease the Peisio he'd decided to allow it. Tallulah trusted Eyphah, knew that he wouldn't eat the little whelp, so letting them go hunting was fine.

It was also the way that Eyphah bonded with others that he had a liking for, through hunting and eating, meaning that he would likely go off, find something dangerous, and kill it. They would have their sort of fun, fill up on hunting, and then finally returning to Tallulah. He'd see about bringing the Merkorian a present to make up for the fact that he'd stolen Nehelini away in such a manner. With that thought in mind he turned to look toward the boy that he'd stolen. He landed down on the sandy ground an unknown distance from where they had left Tallulah.

He set Nehelini down on the sand next to him, pat him on the head between the horns, then said, "Alright, little Nehelini, I think that we should spend a bit of time together, just the two of us. We will kill a few dragons, collect their orbs, and chat it up while we do." He told him, lifting his head, facing the wind that was coming their way, and inhaled deeply the scents on the wind. After a moment he lifted a clawed hand, pointing, "There are... hrm, I'd say three dragons in that direction. We aught to start in that direction, get the drop on those tasty dragons, and see about taking them on." Nothing better then drinking the blood of dragons as he took them down. If one was quick about it they could get blood and meat from a dragon before it crumbled away into nothingness. A snack that Eyphah savored above all others.

As he started forward he asked of him in a purring tone of voice, "So, tell me, little whelp? What do you think about our beautiful Tallulah?"

Nehelini had his back turned so the idea or even the thought that Eyphah would come near him after that display wasn’t something the youth enteretained. He expected the two males to excuse themselves for some adult fun. Leaving him to go off on his own to find a distraction. Of course further training with Pup was something the youth would of done readily. Anything to get the thought that he wasn’t welcomed where he felt the most secure. Feeling calloused clawed hands hoist him...without his clothes on him. Was something which earned Eyphah a rather nice squeak.

Looks like a few things weren’t entirely grown out of his habits from his days as a small whelp. As the two flew, Nehelini trying to keep some sort of modesty as he nearly couldn’t grab all of his belongings. His shoes had been left behind. Not a big deal in his mind. He just...was thankful the rest were still with him.

Like his pants.

Though only his vest was being used to cover himself as they flew. He let out a breath when they landed starring in what could be considered awe or disbelief at the elder male. He sometimes forgot that Eyphah was always an odd one when it came to modesty. He managed to swipe his pants though somehow Eyphah got his vest again. Sliding on the bottoms the youth stood. Fading scars littered his upper body as close knit oval ice blue scales encased his sides to a small degree and danced along his collarbone. It seemed as if Nehelini was becoming a tad more...dragonic than most of his fellow Dovaa. He blinked at Eyphah.

“Ah…” He relaxed as the taller male petted him between his horns. Something that was rarely done but served a great purpose. It was worth a mental note for the khehorian as Nehellini seemed completely at ease with the action. He blinked at the question wondering why Eyphah stopped. “A grand hunt? Sounds like a good idea. I’ve always wondered what hunting with you would be like.” He tilted his head as the other went on. “Three for now...reasonable.” He made to follow the other male.

“Ah! I-I-I….” he knew lying was not in his favor. “I’d be lying if I didn’t say Tallulah makes me feel way more confident in myself than anyone else. You as well for that matter.” He wouldn’t voice something as childish as wanting to stay with them. Unless Eyphah prompted him to do so. “He’s warm. Ironic since I picked the Ice Clan that I don’t mind your or his warmth.”

Nehelini didn’t know why he kept inculding Eyphah in that. It wasn’t due to his thought the two were a pair. It just seemed natural. Easy to roll off the tounge. He looked at his clothes in Eyphah’s grip. “Can I have those back?”

The thought that Pup was back with Tallulah never crossed his mind.

Eyphah glanced toward Nehelini for a long moment, then gave a lazy shrug, "I suppose you have only seen me fight with the Mara and such a species really isn't all that interesting. Nothing both rock and metal, no blood, bone, or meat, a worthless group to me... though I suppose those ones that are made of the glittering rocks aren't so bad." The diamond Mara, the rarest of their kind, were his favorites! Save for the fun that was fighting to see how many of the Mara that he could kill in a go they weren't a useful species because one couldn't even eat them! He much preferred fighting with things that he could make a meal out of. Dragons had that awful habit of crumbling away after being killed but there was a way to get around that, to be able to enjoy at least their blood.

Tail swishing behind him he started forward at a lazy pace, listening as Nehelini started to speak, talking about Tallulah, and he turned his attention in the direction of the little whelp. A soft chuckle escaped from the Khehora before he said, "I can't say that I am surprised, the way you were always clinging to him when you were little, finding any excuse to climb into his arms or his lap." He looked ahead once more and said, "Tallulah is a beautiful creature, but he's also quite oblivious. If you aren't careful he will always see you as his little whelp and I am not sure if that is a position that you want to find yourself stuck in. Unless you want to stick to having him coddle you all the time like you are a child." It wasn't something that Eyphah would deal with himself, but one never knew, maybe Nehelini would prefer not to risk that position? Hard to say what any one person might think and feel about a given situation.

"Hrm? What back?" Eyphah asked before looking at the clothing that was still in his possession, hanging off the spines on his back. He starred at them for a moment before shaking off, letting the remaining pieces of clothing rain down on Nehelini before he said with a toothy grin, "I hope you have extras with you... or at least know a good Dovaa trick for getting blood out of cloth." With that he went charging toward the first Gaili that came into their view. He'd take down the first one in a manner that made quick and bloody work of it. He wanted to send a message to the other dragons after, wanting them know that he was here and hunting. The more powerful the dragon the more often they would come straight to him if he challenged them. By attacking and killing this group it would do just that and, if they were lucky, they would get a good amount of dragons to deal with by the end of this.

Nehelini chuckled as he picked up the rest of his clothes. Slipping them loosely on, the young Dovaa opted to let the vest and shirt hang open. He slowed in his actions looking to the other male.

“Are you willing to encourage me? I thought Tallulah was yours? Unless you want both of…” he trailed off as the idea of both Khehorian males on either side of him. The small Dovaa felt the blush and heat creep up his neck and cheeks before fiddling with his vest. Just in case Eyphah looked back to him.

He was ready to stow them away in his bag. His sash around his waist he was used to getting blood out of it. He was told by a relative that the cloth was made to keep it dye free if the blood sat too long. Some sort of enchantment he didn’t really pay much attention to that. He was more preoccupied with surviving his training with the next Elder. He watched as Eyphah quickly raced into action. The youth’s mind switching to his “hunting mode”...a side effect of his one Aunt’s relentless method of telling him.

“A Hunt defines who you are. If you don’t want to change. Ignore it.”

So, the youth had developed a second mindset. A switch. He would mentally remove himself from the current situation, most likely a battle, before he acted. As the youth watched the khehorian male he felt a thrill of something race up his spine. Eyphah was the perfect example of what a warrior should be. Strong. Cunning and above all. Ruthless. Everything Nehelini knew he couldn’t be. Eyphah was going to take out this Dragon. Nehelini felt the need to hang back to keep watch for others. He glanced around...seeing just about none. Though he knew others would come based on the sounds of the dying dragon. He would guard Eyphah if that was the case. He could do that much.

Eyphah's large wings opened up wide and he gave a couple of quick flaps, something that allowed him to launch himself up into the air... and he crashed down on the back of one of the massive Gaili dragon. The moment he landed his scythe ended tail plunged into the Gaili's back, anchoring himself, before he set to work slashing and biting at the Gaili, aiming between the various spikes on its back. After a moment he pulled his scythe free before he race forward, claws cutting and slashing, before he jumped off the front of the dragon.

The scarred up Diabi landed lightly on the sand before whirling around and lunged, his sharp teeth sinking into the dragon's throat. Hanging off of it he set to attacking with his clawed feet and his the scythe on his tail. There was a good amount of blood, some of which he was only too happy to drink down. It was quite delicious and a sort of bonus when it came to dragon hunting. Not only did one get a good fight from dragons but they also got dragon orbs and dragon's blood if they were lucky enough to catch some before the dragon crumbled away. His teeth dug in deeper, causing a crunching sound, which caused the dragon to collapse down to its knees before it crumbled away.

The moment that it vanished, and it's orb fell into the blood splattered sand, the Diabi was already on his way toward another of the dragons. There were two others in the area, two other creatures for the two of them to take on... and Eyphah meant to take on the bigger of the remaining pair that were already on their way toward him. Giving a great roar he turned toward Nehelini, "Summon your magic and attack the smaller one, Little Whelp!" He called out to the Dovaa that had 'accompanied' him on this hunt. Launching himself into the air once more the Khehora shifted into his Khehorian form, landing on the Gaili's head, and dug his clawed hands into the creature's eyes, instantly blinding it to make it that much easier to deal with.

Once the dragon was blinded, and flailing around in pain and anger because of it, he whipped his tail around to bury his scythe into the dragon's throat to slash it open. There was a gout of blood that splashed into the sand, allowing him to merely perch on the dragon's head, letting the blood loss finish it off. He only bothered to jump off of the dragon's head when the beast collapsed. He landed easily before he moved forward, fetching the glittering orbs, before looking toward Nehelini to check up on the little whelp, to see how he was fairing.

Nehelini watched Eyphah in slight awe as the male took out the first dragon swiftly. There...was a lot of blood and maybe too much screaming for his taste. But, he could get over that. He looked slowly at the other two. Hearing Eyphah’s roar for him to take the smaller of the two dragons. Just like that...his switch was flipped. Nehelini’s eyes seemed to freeze as he darted forward his mind flashing through how he could do this.

First Method had the least amount of blood. Freeze the floor, causing the thing to slip as he went in for a swift end. He could do it if he fashioned a blade of ice like his Uncle taught him. Then...he vetoed that idea. It seemed the plan a weak spineless warrior would pick. He didn’t want Eyphah to think that of him...so…

Second Method had the most screams. Freeze the floor to produce ice spikes to impale his target. There would be squirming and thrashing, but nothing his ice couldn’t withstand. It would end the dragon slower than the first method but at the same time the blood would freeze.

Third Method was the bloody one. Go in close and let the thing have it. He honestly at the moment rather liked feeling the tearing muscles and feeling the warm blood. It was warmer than he was at this point in time. But as usual, his plan was made up as he went. Why?

Simple.

The blasted thing took off.

Nehelini slowed to a stop, snarling as he stomped his foot sliding it at an angle. A ice spike shot up spearing the tail as Nehelini ran up it then. Ice formed over his hands to sharpen his claws as he leaped at the dragon. Slicing its tail off the young Dovaa slammed his foot into its back. Sending it crashing to the ground. Once there Nehelini tore into the back, feeling very little damage was being done. The Gaili was thrashing around. It threw Nehelini once, the dovaa bouncing off the wall and lunging right back. He rolled mid air to slam a ice spike in the dragon’s claw. Slashing a few times at the sides of it causing blood to spill. Nehelini gave up trying to cut off the claw choosing to plunge his ice tipped claw into the soft underbelly. He felt the heart and squeezed. Panting as the draogn fell to dust he felt his energy drain. Falling to his rear he looked over at Eyphah. If the darker male had taken time to notice, there was a residual fear in the youth's eyes like something was hammered into him. He blinked trying to find his center again. Fighting always did that. In small to great degrees the effect always fluctuated.

It felt intense at this moment due to his current situation. He was confused inwardly, unsure of what to say or do around this male. All that was resulting in him shaking a little. He closed his eyes as he tried to calm down further. His mind temporarily forgetting Eyphah was there.

In his battle against the Gaili dragon Nehelini was able to do something that pleased Eyphah more then anything else, that being that he cut off some of the tail. The only way to be able to retrieve any meat from a dragon was to cut it off while the dragon was still kicking, which meant it was easier said then done. That the little whelp was able to do so definitely gave him some bonus points in Eyphah's book. Walking over to where the tail had fallen he scooped it up in one hand, lifted it up, and set about eating it as Nehelini continued with his battle against the smaller of the trio that they had run into. The method he used to fight was definitely an impressive one but at the same time one that had him a bit curious. What had caused the change? Before when he'd seen him fight Mara he was a small, naive little thing, one that wanted to help and stumbled about while doing so. He'd won a battle against some of the Rock Mara because of pure luck alone, having accidentally caused a landslide if Eyphah recalled right.

This method was more like something that the Diabi would do, which made him wonder if the Dovaa had grown himself a spine whilst going through puberty. That or he was just trying to show off by fighting in the same manner that Eyphah himself preferred. The Diabi had always fought in a no holds barred manner that tended to end up as a blood bath. It was a messy, awful way of fighting to some but to Eyphah it was pure bliss as well as a way in which he could burn off excess energy. He knew who he was, what he was, but he tended to want to be more peaceful around Tallulah because the Merkora was a softhearted healer type. One had to be careful with that kind... which was something that he aught to warn the little whelp about so as to keep him on Tallulah's good side.

Walking toward him, finishing off the last bit of meat before tossing aside the bony remains of the tail, he came to stand before Nehelini. Starring down at the shaky boy for a moment he said, "While that is more then certain my sort of fighting I would say to try to curb you blood lust when you fight around Tallulah. He sees you as his 'sweet little whelp' still. I am sure you don't want to shatter that image of you, even if you do want more of him then his mothering ways." He cautioned Nehelini before leaning over to lick some of the blood off of one of his cheeks.

Turning his face toward the wind, inhaling deeply, he said, "That wasn't the last of them, even now, passed the scent of blood, I can smell Gaili. There are more coming, responding to the sounds of battle. We have to be ready for them. Prepare any spells that you think you will need." Not something that Eyphah used personally, he'd never really figured out magic, but if it was something that Nehelini wanted to master then he wold need to work hard at it. He'd seen Tallulah work his backside off to figure out that sort of thing, even encouraged it since he was a healer, but it wasn't for Eyphah. He much preferred fighting in close quarters combat against the dragons. To each their own though.

Giving a sound much like a purr, one that was filled with so much excitement and bliss, Eyphah said, "The next contestants are here." He told the little whelp, counting the group of them, before his smile got that much wider, "Ohhhhh, yeeeeessss! Do you see that? Five of them! We are going to get a huge haul of orbs today!" He said, clapping his hands together before he shifted to his Khehora form and started the charge into battle anew.

The youth felt heat fly to his face as he touched the cheek Eyphah had licked. Well...that was unexpected. He listened flinching as he was told to curb the blood lust. It wasn’t really his fault. The youth didn’t know when the switch really formed all he knew was that it happened over the course of his training. It all started with that one phrase from his Aunt then it just...grew from there. His family didn’t want “Nehelini”...they wanted a warrior. So, they made one. They reminded him where he stood and how far he had to go to impress them. They reminded him why he was viewed so low and why he would never reach their level.

He vowed he would show them. He would show them all that he was fine the way he was. Well...he’d have to get this blood lust under control. The aggression bottled or completely defused. He didn’t know how he could, but it helped in battles right now. He used that aggression and explosive anger on the foe before him. Like right now. He looked up watching Eyphah. The need to come up with an excuse left him as he watched the other male. Spells. He felt more himself with those. He always liked feeling the serenity of his magic. Closing his eyes he felt it again.

The icy touch of his chosen clan. The coolness that came with letting the magic slowly sink into his bones. It was different from when he was fighting he noticed. It soothed him, like Tallulah. He smiled as he felt the ice pool around him. His semi meditation was rudely interrupted by the roar of a dragon. He felt more himself right now than he was earlier. Standing the youth felt that same thrill of fear as he did against the Mara. That was good right? He didn’t care right now as Eyphah needed some support. He twirled the luck staff in his hand. A small fond smile at seeing the object. He trained using it to channel his magic a lot while he was away. Now, he was going to use it the way he wanted. He was going to use his magic, something Nehelini felt was more natural to him than using force.

He filtered through his spells. His most powerful and perfected was his terrain spell. It froze the ground for at least a 25ft radius, more if he had the magic reserve for it. He could form the ice however he please based on his mood at the time. Spikes weren’t too sharp however and hills were hidden everywhere. It was normally used to let him get the upper hand on a target or run away. Mostly run away. Nehelini wasn’t a fan to use it to get the upper hand as he felt that was sorta wrong. Using it to help a friend get the other hand...well. He could bend over for Eyphah every once in awhile.

“Eyphah! Look out for the ice! I’m going to make this a tad difficult for them to move!” he called out before gathering the magic and slamming the staff downward. The ice tundra which formed was small in comparison to some, but effective. He added a few hidden hills to trip them up and managed to freeze a few tails to the ground. Smiling the youth smirked as he watched Eyphah. The youth was completely focused on the group in front of him that when he felt the largest break his ice, he flinched as if he himself was struck. He knew the rest of the ice was solid and therefore a viable obstacle for the other dragons. Hopefully Eyphah didn’t slip on it…

That wasn’t the issue at the moment. The issue was that big one who broke out the ice. Nehelini let out a sharp cry as the tail whipped out and slammed him into the nearby wall. The dragon didn’t release him till Nehelini felt too much pressure on his insides. Giving another cry he nearly felt that switch. Shaking his head he let his ice flow over him again, freezing the tail of the dragon. It worked to encase the youth from further harm. Drawback...Nehelini was stuck against the wall as the dragon roared and attempted to break the ice. If it did so, chances were it would go back to trying to crush the Dovaa.

Eyphah watched as the ice seemed to spread, something that seemed to be quite miraculous given that they were standing in the middle of a desert where the temperatures were mind numbingly hot at times. That Nehelini could still summon ice, it was quite impressive he thought to himself. At the same time the Diabi knew that the ice wasn't likely to last, magical or not, in heat like that which occurred in Eowyn. As such he'd need to get to work dealing with the group of dragons that were currently being tripped up by said ice. Rushing forward toward the icy spot, and the dragons within, he launched himself into the air as he reached the edge of it. The Diabi gave a flap of his wings, keeping himself aloft just long enough so that he could land on the back of one of the two dragons and went in for his attack.

His unfortunate perch was dealt wit swiftly, the end of his scythe tail going for the throat while his many claws went for the back of the creature's neck. If nothing else Eyphah was very thorough when it came to dealing with dragons. One down, four to go he thought to himself a moment before he heard Nehelini give a cry of pain, something that caused the Khehora to whirl around, looking toward the Dovaa whelp. One of the Gaili, a rather massive one that seemed to have little taste for ice, had broken through the icy area that Nehelini had created. It was heading for the little whelp, likely of a mind to eat him. Not something that Eyphah was about to let happen, if anyone was going to get a taste of the little whelp it wouldn't be some random nobody of a dragon! Launching himself off the dragon that he'd been perching on, leaving it to bleed out on its own, he made his way toward the Gaili threat.

It seemed that Nehelini and his icy magic was able to slow the dragon down, as well as protect the little whelp to a point, not completely. No, he would need to see about dealing with the giant Gaili himself. It would be a glorious battle, not to mention quite the blow to the other dragons as far as morale went. This one was likely the leader and to have their leader cut down before them, it would be a grand thing indeed! Land with all his weigh on the dragon's tail he caused the frozen limb to shatter, something that caused the dragon to roar, the sound a mix of rage and pain. Whirling around to face the Diabi that was standing on the shattered remains of its tail the Gaili gave a sound of anger before charging toward him... something that didn't go all that well. Instead the creature seemed to slip and slide a lot, it's balance completely thrown off due to the lack of tail that it was dealing with.

"Stupid beast." He muttered to himself, grabbing up the end part of the dragon's tail that lay before him. It would make a good weapon he thought to himself giving the sharp bit a once over, before thrusting it upward, through the underside of the dragon's jaw and up into its brain. The creature fell over, crumbling away into dust, before it even realized what had happened or that it was dead. It was something that had him purring, "If you're feeling up to it, gather the orbs, whelp!" He called to Nehelini before he went after the next dragon. There were only three more to go, all of which seemed to be a bit frozen in place, though not only because of the ice. He'd take full advantage and see about wiping the remaining Gaili out as quickly as possible. He knew more were on the way, he could smell it, and he didn't want the group of dragons getting too big.

Nehelini felt the safety of his ice cocoon breaking. It really sort of hurt him as he knew that was battering his magic reserves to keep the ice reforming on every hairline crack. He felt Eyphah before he mangaed to open his eyes as he closed them to concentrate. He was thoroughly impressed with the older male. He could see why Eyphah had all that confidence to show his claim on Tallulah like he did earlier. Maybe one day...if Eyphah encouraged him. He could show that as well...on Tallulah or the Diabi male himself. Nehelini was still unsure...perhaps both. He released his hold on the ice, easily breaking it to drop down onto the sand. He saw the ice was melting quickly, something he expected considering his current location. Feeling a bit of the heat get to him the youth shook his head.

“Yeah! I can get them!” he called out and rushed forward. He had to dodge a few thrashing limbs as Eyphah dispatched the remaining dragons. He scooped up the orbs as they dropped and stowed them away. Stumbling as he felt his head swim and he knew that the heat finally kicked in for the ice magic user. Uh oh. Nehelini panted as he felt chills run down his spine. He had to get out of the sun and maybe find water. Using his magic his ice naturally would seek out the element it could grow the fastest in. Nehelini couldn’t feel any near them at the moment, but his ice did pick up the water in a few more dragon bodies some miles away. They were rapidly approaching and the youth whistled up to Eyphah. “Eyphah! We need to get lost. There’s more coming and I don’t think I have the reserves to help you battle them!”

He shuddered again a strong wave of blackness hit him. Oh just great, he used up too much magic on top of the heat. He let out a soft whimper. “We need to find water.”

He remembered the last time this happened. It was during his training and he knew he scared the daylights out of the cousin who was training with him. They were training just on a plateau somewhere in Ewoyn, Nehelini recalled wanting to run away to find Tallulah and Eyphah then and there. Stress was high for him at that point and the longing for the two dragonic males was just as great. As he was made to form ice wall after ice wall in his effort to avoid that switch, he felt this same drain. Given it took a lot less than now to get to this point, so that was a plus. Nehelini did indeed pass out for a few hours, scaring his cousin who told him a ice magic user depleting their magic like that was reckless and stupid. He apparently didn’t learn his lesson...

Eyphah made quick work of the remaining three dragons, quick but messy, and it was something that had the Diabi grinning quite brightly. Once he'd taken care of them he shifted to his Khehorian form, scooping up the orbs that had been left behind. He gave them a once over before grinning, "Oh, yes. These really are fare too lovely." He murmured as he looked over his reflection in the orb, his messy, bloody reflection, something that had him purring a bit. His tail set to swishing behind him before he turned to look over toward Nehelini, watching hi as he seemed to get rather staggered all over a sudden... and it appeared as though it was due to the heat. He blinked a couple times, then gave a grumbling sound. He needed water? He wanted to abandoned the battle?

He looked around for a moment then gave a slow nod, "Alright." Not something that pleased him in the least, not when he knew there were more dragons on their way. He couldn't risk the life of the little whelp though. It seemed as though he'd pushed himself and his magic too hard, hadn't he? Overheating was something that he was used to though after spending so much time with Tallulah who had the same sort of weakness. Walking over to the little whelp he scooped him up carefully and pushed off, flapping toward where the nearest oasis was located. It wasn't the one where Tallulah was, a good thing since the Peisio might punish the two of them.

He landed in the water, his glowing red wings giving a flap before he lowered Nehelini into the water, "Sit. Stay." He told the little whelp, giving him a pat on the head, before he looked around the area. It wasn't far from where the two of them had been fighting meaning that they weren't far enough off. The dragons would make it here in time, meaning that he would need to keep himself on guard, waiting for the inevitable appearance of more dragons. He was up for it, ever eager for battle, but he didn't want them getting anywhere near Nehelini.

"The dragons might show up here. So stay in the water and I will keep an eye out for them. We don't want them eating you up when you're not looking so well."

Nehelini did feel something when the older male lifted him and flew them off. This time flying was a bit more enjoyable. He rather liked the experience. Eyphah was gentle, at least to Nehelini’s mind, warm too. He liked the warmth, distracted him from his current issue. Once in the water the youth took his shirt off to allow the water to reach his upper body. He would gone full nude but the idea that more dragons could show up. He shivered at the idea. He blinked at the pat looking up at Eyphah. His hair flowing around him in the water, obscuring his lower body from view.

Small tendrils of ice spider-webbed along the water's surface as the youth let his magic slowly regenerate. He made quite an alluring picture if Eyphah had that line of thinking. Like a icy water spirit. Nehelini closed his eyes to let his mind slip into meditation. Eyphah’s presence really helping ease his nerves, he was worried about the dragons getting close. With the other there he felt the dragons weren’t going to be a problem. As he meditated he let his ice play around Eyphah’s legs if the other was still in the water.

After a few more minutes Nehelini opened his eyes, he had enough magic to be able to sense out more water. They had to get moving. They needed to rest for a bit...but how to throw off the dragons? He looked at Eyphah, forgoing his shirt and vest for now. “Eyphah. I think we should take a rest. Gaining too much attention would only get us killed. Us killed...who am I kidding out here, I’m the one who’s most likely to get it than you. I’m sorry. I’ll go find a place to rest, you can keep fighting if you want.”

He wasn’t going to ruin Eyphah’s fun. He felt so weak and useless right now. He just wanted to find a save and seal himself in...that didn’t sound like a bad idea. Sort of. He didn’t want to leave Eyphah out here without some sort of backup. He glanced to the side profile of the elder male. Great. He could almost see that Eyphah might either be disappointed in Nehelini saying something wrong. Or just in the fact that it looked like his fun was being drained out of this. Nehelini felt completely small as he shifted to sit in the water. Letting his magic absorb more and more to pump itself up. He let out a soft sigh, thinking that he just somehow lost points with the elder. He really wanted to make an impression with Eyphah. He wanted to show the other he was stronger now...
