Umeko would constantly follow her father out to the training grounds and try and copy him as he practiced his techniques; at the the time Umeko didn't realize it at the time but she was building a great strength. That was her strongest memory of her father; she never saw her father much because of his continuous mission deployments. It was something that continued to grow within her the fear of losing her father, but she was soon forced to face her fear they day a shinobi arrived at there home with only her father's bow and Gauntlet which held the village's symbol. After that day she never spoke, but she continued to practice her archery as a way to feel connected to her father. It wasn't long before her mother began to get sent off on missions of her own. They slowly began to take longer and longer until the day her mother didn't return as well. With no one left it wasn't long before Umeko joined the academy as well, vowing that she would protect the villager from ever having to go through what she did.
