At last, Luo heard the faucet upstairs cut out, a sign that he was definitely done. It seemed now more than ever it was time to kick it into high gear. Luckily, he was efficient enough to have split the task up as easily as possible, going as far as to place each pile in front of the correct rack. All-in-all it took the man nine minutes to get down the stairs. The time it took Luo to place all the items on the racks correctly? Eight minutes and forty-three seconds. In fact, he had just enough time to duck under the desk on the opposite side as he heard him coming down the staircase. "Crap, there's supposed to be a projectile pack here for me. It's probably in the desk." As he said this, he heard the footsteps of the man stop behind the desk as he stared out at the weapon racks. It was silent for quite some time, and then nothing. The most Luo heard was the shifting of clothing and a 'Hmph' from the man, as if he didn't even notice the change in the room. Well to be honest, Luo figured as much. If he couldn't even place them in the right place, there was no way he'd be able to tell that they were actually in the correct spots now.

The blacksmith's brother seemed suspicious though, walking around the desk as Luo carefully kept low and snuck around to the other side. Opening one of the draws slowly as the guy seemed to pick up one of the pole-arms to inspect as Luo saw after peaking above the desk, the genin pulled out the package of projectiles meant for him. It was perfect, just what he needed too. It was a pack of kunai native only to Kirigakure. Serrated kunai that were curved, used more so for thrusting. Although for Luo, they could make for an interesting projectile still. Slipping it into is right pocket, he closed the drawer as the man put the weapon up, timing the sound just right. Watching his shadow from under the desk he cased his foot patterns until he began to round the desk once more. Dipping back around to the other side, he began to make for the door as the man seemed to turn and yawn. Keeping his center of gravity low, he dipped for the door, hands trailing behind him on each side as he dashed the 30 meters quickly, opening the door and assimilating with the crowd outside. By the time the bell rang, he was already unseen.

Shura panted as she ran through the market place towards the Blacksmiths shop. She had overheard from some civilians that someone had taken hostages within the shop and was demanding retribution for his fellow thief who was killed earlier by a shinobi of the village. 'God, how did I know that killing that thief would come back and bite me in the a**..' Shura thought to herself as she got closer to the shop. She quickly made a handsign and a lightning clone formed next to her running to keep up with her as they neared the shop.
[1/12]

As they got closer to the shop Shura and her clone could hear yelling. Shura quickly made her way to the side of the shop and jumped up onto the roof while her clone slowed down and calmly entered the building like Shura had planned. "I thought I said no one was allowed in here!!" The Thief yelled as Shuras clone slowly walked into the shop with its hands up. "It's ok. I'm a shinobi from this village, I was sent here to negotiate with you." Shura's clone stated calmly as it took note of the three children and two adults that were being held hostage behind the blacksmiths bench. The kids were crying and the adults were subtly trying to calm them down, but with the Thief standing there holding a nodachi up to a kids throat it was hard for them to calm down.
[2/12]

"So those dip-s**t leaders of yours actually listened to a request from a thief? wow, what morons." The Thief said with a grin as he looked Shura's clone up and down. "Say, you aren't the blue haird shinobi who killed my friend are you?" The Thief asked as his eyes flickered between Shura to the front door and windows. "So what if I am? Revenge wont get you anywhere here. So how about we drop that nodachi and have a calm talk?" Shura's clone asked the Thief seeing as it knew the original didn't want any bloodshed today. "Well if you are then I'd just have to kill you! And no talking! Talking wont solve anything girly! Are you the girl who killed my friend or not!? Tell me before I kill this boy here!" The thief yelled at the clone while placing the tip of his blade up against the kids throat enraged that it hadn't answered his yes or no question.
[3/12]

Meanwhile the real Shura was getting into position by cutting a hole into the roof of the smiths back room. This would allow her to sneak into the building unseen by the thief. She slowly and carefully cut a hole with a wind enhanced kunai making sure to quickly grab the chunk she cut out before it fell to the floor and alerted the Thief to her presence. She softly placed the chunk of roof next to her then slowly lowered herself down onto the floor of the room, once she hung down from her hands it was only a one foot drop to a sandy floor.
[4/12]

Sura carefully dropped down onto the floor then looked around the room she was in, luckily it was the back room where all the spare weapons were kept. She quickly scoured the room for something she could use to stealthily penetrate the wall to the next room and impale the Thief with. At one point Shura froze still as she listened to the talking in the other room start to escalate. "You killed my brother you b***h! I'll have everyone here's heads if you don't hand over a million ryo!" Shura heard the Thief shout to her clone. 's**t.. I need to find a nail or needle or something, and fast..' Shura thought to herself as she quickly started to move around the room looking for anything useful that wasn't as big as a kunai.
[5/12]

Shura's clone sighed as it noted how long it had been standing here and that the originals plan would go into place soon, hopefully. "Alright alright, I'll get you your ryo. Just bring the blade away from the kids neck." Shura's clone told the Thief as it looked concerningly at the blade. "No can do girly. I'm not moving an inch till I see that money! But if it doesn't come in 30 minutes then everyone here will die!" The Thief shouted almost maniacally as he shot a piercingly evil glance to all his hostages before moving his eyes back to the girl in front of him. "I know you are angry about your friends death, and I honestly didn't mean to kill him... He did go out fighting till the end though.. He even ambushed me once.." The clone told the Thief, being truthful with him to get him to calm down.
[6/12]

The real Shura however was busy with searching the back room for something to kill the thief with. 'Why is it so hard to find a bloody nail in this place? I mean, it is a blacksmiths shop!' Shura thought to herself frustrated that she was having to move silently in a pitch black room full of weapons to find a small object. The larger weapons were lined along the wall, and the smaller ones were organized in pouches that sat on large shelves in the middle of the room. Although nails seemed to be no where in sight there were plenty of hammers and such in the room that the blacksmith used, he even had carpentry tools as well.
[7/12]

"So he actually put up a fight in the end huh?" The Thief thought out loud to himself as he eyed Shura up and down again. "Then again when he's up against a trained Kiri shinobi then its unfair. Especially a heartless one!" The Thief yelled at the clone as he started to get frustrated with the situation. "Wheres that money!? It better be here soon, or this little girl will die first!!" The Thief yelled as he threw the young boy to the ground and instead hauled a bawling little girl up by her wrist to stand next to him. "Hey now, there's no need to switch people. The money is on its way here right now, you'll get it soon then you can leave." The clone told the Thief lying to him as it waited for some kind of signal from the original.
[8/12]

Shura cursed under her breath as she went from shelve to shelve looking for anything small that she could throw through the wall. Sure her plan was to use a smoke bomb to conceal the killing, but she didn't want to splatter much blood on the hostages. Especially since last time she killed the thief while a whole crowd of people were watching. Shura could hear the shouting going on in the shop and it made her stressed, but she bared her teeth and continued her search. She also thought about how to get her clones attention with a signal of some sort, it had to be just barely noticeable to the Thief though so that he didn't rampage.
[9/12]

Shura could hear the Thief start to yell more as she finally noticed a small wooden box on the bottom of one of the shelves. She carefully pulled it out and opened the lid relieved to see that it was a box of small nails.'Finally.. damn blacksmith needs to organize this place..' Shura thought as she pulled out two nails. She then carefully through a nail into the sand located near the open back room door. She figured that the Thief wouldn't see the nail since he faced the front of the shop, and that only her clone would notice something like this.
[10/12]

"I'm getting tired of waiting.. If that money isn't here in five minutes then this girl dies!" The Thief threatened the clone as the girl tried to pull herself away from the man but he yanked her back to his side. "It should be here any minute, I promise. There's no need to kill a innocent girl." Shura's clone said as it noticed a nail seemingly fly into the sand located in the doorway for the back room of the smiths shop. 'She finally found the nails.. So now's my chance.' The clone thought as it lowered its hands, making the Thief hold his blade up to the girls neck. "I didn't say you could move! put your hands up or the girl dies!" The other hostages started to bawl now as they could tell the Thief was enraged.
[11/12]

The real Shura took a deep breath as her Sensory Information told her where the Thief was due to the little girl moving around in his arms. 'I've got one shot.. gotta make it count.' Shura thought as she charged electrical chakra into the nail that she held in her right hand, she then carefully took aim and waited for her clone to move.
With no hesitation Shura's clone quickly pulled out a smoke bomb and dropped it causing smoke to quickly fill the room, at the same time the real Shura through the lightning chakra enhanced nail through the wall piercing the Thief's heart before he could make a move. Shura's clone rushed forward through the shop catching the falling body which had let go of the young girl and hauled in off through the back room while the real Shura swapped places with it. Shura sighed as the smoke cleared and the hostages looked around confused. She then moved over to the little girl who was standing where the Thief had been and knelt down to be eye level with her. "It's okay, that mean guy is gone now. You don't need to cry anymore, he wont ever bother you again." Shura told the girl with a soft smile as she placed a hand on her head.

[12/12 "Resentful Thief" Completed]

Medical shinobi suddenly burst into the room and checked on the individual hostages including the little girl Shura was with. Once they were all checked out and reported back uninjured then they were free to leave. It turned out that the hostages were a family of three who had come in to acquire kunai's from the blacksmith, the blacksmiths son, and the blacksmith himself. The blacksmith of course thanked Shura for saving his life and told her to take what she wanted from his shop, but she kindly declined the offer since it was part of her job to protect the village and its residents. A couple ANBU then entered the shop and went into the back room to take care of the dead body, which they sealed within a scroll, leaving shortly afterwords. After that Shura dismissed her lightning clone and Left off to the Kages office to inform him of what happened.

A shadow slowly and silently creeped around the market place, stopping behind a shop. It met with a person there, handing over a somewhat shady looking box that had "FRAGILE" hastily painted on it. The shadow left as soon as it had came and the shop keeper went to add their new product to their store.

_ Umeko would be hugged closely to Maki's arm with a warm smile on her face as they chatted. They would come to a stop at the booth which sold to communicators. She would let the seem stress take care of Maki before she would step up to the booth; her communicator would be placed in the rim of her collar of her shirt leading around to the cross shaped emblem on mark. She would have to have to go into a closed off stall so that she would be able to remove her shirt without being seen by anyone else. It wouldn't take to longer for her communicator to be finished. Once it was finished Umeko would put her shirt back on and come out from the stall hugging tightly onto Maki's arm again. "I'd love to try it sometime, but I just hope it isn't too chewy." She said with a smile as she began to walk back to the dojo, still hugging onto Maki's arm.

Assist Black Smith

Title: Assist Black Smith
Rank: D

Note: (If your character is unfamiliar with the trade of a blacksmith, there would be instructions to guide them through the creating of the sword.) Completion of mission results in Ten small non-explosive projectiles of your choice as well as regular AC and Ryo. (Shuriken, Kunai, etc.)
Mission is repeatable [Can be done once every three days]

*Chhnng!* The hammer crashed against the anvil. *Chhhnng!* It came down again, sparks spewing into the dimly lit forge room. Fire crackles in the large, iron forge and barrels of water were misplaced here and there, kanabo form swords and sickles leaned against them. Above, in the rafters, chains with hooks attached suspended shuriken, kunai, and other light weight weapons while senbon were placed in bandoleers splayed out across tables.
Little light gleamed from a poorly hay pitched roof above. Kaza, whom wore his suspenders down and shirt tied over his head, brought the anvil down again *Chhhnng!* and wiped the sweat from his brow. Beads of sweat came down his stocky form. Not entirely muscular, his burly, forested forearms and strong frame said enough that this man was stronger than your average bear.

Aian, who poked his head into the door, peaked around the forge room and grinned wildly. So many weapons, all forged by skilled hands, spread across the room. He notably saw the Kanabo perched against the barrel of water and burst into the room. "Woah!" He gasped and poked each protruding spikes, his fingers gliding up and down their gleaming spikes. Sharper than ever, no one had yet to swing the lumbering club. Just thinking about whacking Jaice upside the noggin' gave Aian jitters of joy. "Oooo...." He spoke in awe.

*Chhnnng!* Came the hammer again, and with a loud clank, it dropped beside the hammer. Kaza took notice of Aian and barked allowed. "Oi, you the kid the Kage sent?" Aian scampered to his feet and crudely bowed, barely having his footing and standing straight, giving a full salute. "Fix this sword, I'm going for lunch." Shuffling beside the mess of weapons beside the forge, found a hilt and broken Greatsword blade, lazily throwing them over his shoulder where Aian caught them.
The blade was heavier than expected, and large, making him stumble back under the four foot blade. Without another word, shoved the door open and left Aian to his work, which wouldn't be entirely hard. "Ahh... Okie Dokey." Putting the blade to the hilt, Aian used his Koton Repair ability to infuse the steel back together. It appeared find, the steel melding into place, but for good measure began to wrap an extra layer of leather strap around melded area. To be honest, he wasn't entirely confident in his repair abilities since he broke so much stuff.

"Hey, I'm done!" Aian called out and Kaza poked his head, his mouth filled with bread, an expression of shock and confusion. "You didn't even use the hammer, how did you repair it so quickly!?" He stammered, Aian's stupid grin toothy and wide. "I use Koton, fixing and breaking stuff is what I do!" Stated the young genin, and Kaza stroked his chin, looking back and forth.

"Really, well stick around and help my assistant out and I just make it a 'C-Rank mission." He teased, a wink followed by a twinkle in Kaza's eye. Aian leaped up, dropping the great sword, his eyes wider than usual, gleaming in excitement. "My own C-Rank..... DONE!"

Sports, sparring, competition, all were equally entertaining, fun, and much more but hanging out in the Kiri Forge all day was some thing else. *Chhhnnng!* Came the hammer against hardened steel, forming it along the anvil, shuriken dangling above, and Aian sitting beside the mess of broken weapons. He'd only been inside the forge for several hours yet memorized where each and every weapon went. Shurikens, kunai, and other projectile weapons were either strapped above on the bandoleer or hung from the chains above, chakram's were lined across the side wall in the oval forge, larger weapons were properly racked, or were they.
Wait a tick, large weapons didn't go on the racks, those were for medium weapons. What in blazes was this nutcase doing putting the Bardiche's, Naginata's with the short swords? "Gaaaah!" He thought. Both hands sewed through his hair and clenched as the assistant began to mangle the organization of each and every weapon. He had the audacity to move the shurikens onto the table, nearly spilling the senbon, placing the kunai chains on barrels of water, and more atrocities.

"What in the name of the Six Sage are you doing!?" Aian shouted at the assistant. "We need order, not chaos!" He stated again, leaping from beside the mess of broken weapons and running to the tables of shuriken.

Kaza's assistant reached out grabbing Aian's jacket, pulling him back and wagging his finger. "Hey, you don't work here, I do and I say this is better, looks more professional. We're not in the stone age, anymore." There wasn't much response from Aian except cold, hardened disgust splayed across his face. Kaza's assistant patted him on the back and smiled, ruffling Aian's hand with his own calloused palm. "Jus' keep fixin' de there weapons, I'll be ri'back after lunch, okay?" He joked a country twang to his tone, trying to appear older and wiser with a cheery smile barely seen through the grizzled, ugly, straggly beard. Aian didn't give much reply, except cross his arms while he ruffled his hair, dreading his height and the imbecile whom dare corrupt the sanctuary that was the armory.

Tension began to elevate as options began stirring in Aian's little brain. Maybe bashing this nitwits head with the Kanabo would ease the pain of disorganization in this holy realm, or chasing him around the oval forge with one of those great swords. All seemed like promising options, each with their own moment. However, while he was debating on what to do, the assistant abruptly left, not saying anything or where he was going- just left. "Perfect....." He rubbed his mitts together, twas time to fix these atrocities and fix this wonderful sanctuary.
-------------------
*Rrrraaaaaauuh* Kaza stepped into the forge room several minutes after his assistant left, yawning aloud and stretching his manly, burly body, eyes squinted closed and bee-lining to the anvil. "What a nap." He said and leaned against the anvil, looking around the room, seeming fuller after Aian had spent the good portion of the afternoon mending broken weapons and making new ones. He whistled aloud, grinning. "Woo, you ninja's really know how to spruce up the place." Peering up, Aian was fast asleep in a make shift hammock after a hard day of reorganizing and exhausting his chakra fixing the many weapons.
"Oi, boy, wake up, you have a...." He paused and waiting, timing Aian's speed in his head. "B-Rank mission." *Ding!* Aian arrived within a blink of an eye, his hand saluting Kaza and ready to accomplish his last and final mission. "That woke you up... But we have an issue, we have all these weapons and no buyers. Head outside and draw in a crowd, would ya?" Again, with near super speed, Aian beamed away leaving a cloud shaped form of himself in his wake. Shuriken chains were missing, but that was probably for the show.

Ostentatious, often familiarized beside pretentious could describe a certain genin standing amongst an unimpressed, disrupted crowd whom simply couldn't leave. Villagers, farmers, even young shinobi all stood together, side by side, each equally aggitated by Aian's newest antics.
Steel walls were erected at each exit hindering their 'escape'. "Ladies and gentlemen!" He spoke aloud his forced boomed vocals grasped further, deadlier annoyed glares beaming from the crowd below. "I, Aianburrado, have gather you hear this evening to showcase the greatest weapons our village has to--" *Shink* Two kunai dove toward Aian, whom narrowly ducked on the podium appearing only to peek, his dull, olive green eyes peeking back and forth before throwing himself forward, gripping the stand. "That's it, now you all have to watch!" He shouted to the crowd.

"We're tired and hungry.... We just want to go home." One anonymous villager cried from within the crowd. Aian's brow furrowed and he slammed his bandoleer of shuriken and kunai against the stand. "No one's leaving until you see my show." He paused, circling his hand. "And buy lots of weapons." He whispered, hoping no one would here him.
Suddenly, villagers began to pour into Kaza's armory to purchase various weapons, some with pitch forks and great swords. "There, we bought the weapons, now let us go." THe very same villagers shouted, waving his bag of senbon in the air. Aian, whom wasn't entirely impressed they attempted to avoid his show, gabbled his fist against the stand. "No!" He responded irrationally. This was the biggest audience he'd achieved in, well, forever.... Albeit forceful means, an audience non the less. "You're not getting out of watching my shuriken show!" He firmly stated, another gabble of his fist.

Villagers, now armed and ready, roared in anger. "I say we lynch'em!" One villager said, throwing his pitchfork in the air. "We've got weapons." Another started, and another villager appeared inconspiculously handing out torches to fellow villagers and farmers. "And torches!" Another shouted.
Aian responded witha raspy gulp and tugged his collar, beads of sweat appearing over his brow as the heat was on him. "Better make it good." He thought, still delusional that said crowd wanted to attend his simple shuriken show. "People, calm down, you're about to be amaz--" Torches were tossed on stage and ignited the wooden podium ablaze. "Yikes!" Aian leaped from the stage and landed in the crowd. "Get'em!" *WOOM* Shuriken sprung from within the crowd towards the blazing stage, and Aian whom remained in mid-air.

"Woah!" Aian quipped when barely dodging two shuriken, twisting in flight, tossing several of his own. Six shuriken clashed in mid-flight, three from Aian and three from the crowd. Chakra threads attached to all six shuriken, tugging them back and deflecting what remained. His skill couldn't be put into question. *Chkk* He landed above them, posted on the roof above.
Panicked after their recent attacked, he clapped his hands together and dropped each towering wall before the crowd got real angry. "Fine, go home!" He screamed and shook his fist. Four genin emerged from the crowd, each armed with weapons bought from Kaza intent on teaching young Aian a few lessons. "Uh-oh...." He turned on his heel and leaped away, the four genin still in hot pursuit.

User ImageTozuki's clone arrived at the marketplace in time to watch his trouble maker's show. He watched as suddenly the villagers got restless before attacking Aian and setting the stage on fire. Enraged, the Mizukage slowly walked onto the stage, tapping his foot and unleashing a torrent of water from the ground, dousing the flames around and on the stage. Aian took off and four Genin chased after him as he ended his towers of steel that trapped the villagers in. Inhaling deeply and lacing his voice with chakra, and then he shouted, "That is enough! You five genin, my office, now! Everyone else, return to your homes before I get even more pissed!" Without a moment's hesitation, under the influence of the genjutsu affecting their minds, the villagers filed out of the market and the genin chasing Aian stopped grudgingly, before trooping to his tower.

Didn't take long for Aian to get back on the mission hunt, but this time he'd need some equipment. Twas time to take on the big leagues, the last big push before becoming chunin; B-Rank missions. No, none of those market or black smith missions, some thing more substantial. They were torn from the boards, and reading them, knew he'd need everything the market had to offer if he'd complete these tasks. However, there was another block in the road, or that's how Aian saw it. Tozuki, the Mizukage, was in the market with none other than the four genin whom previously chased him out. He could tell by his expression, which seemed firmer than usual, he wasn't exactly happy to see Aian.

This wasn't entirely bad cause Aian, whom remained smug, lifted his shoulders, puffed out his chest and began a strut towards the Mizukage. In his hands, crumpled into a bundle of paper, were all the missions he'd recently accomplished. Though none entirely accurate with others, they were done regardless. Let see'em scowl at this accomplishment.

Kirigakure
Chakra: 320

[Enter from Mizukage Tower]

xxxxxFeeling more than a little energetic, Dancer picked up his pace to a constant jog. He didn't feel like stopping, so he decided to take his route to encircle the entire Kirigakure Marketplace. He hadn't been there in a while so he was sure there were more than a few new places and things for him to see anyway. The Hawthorn boy took a quick turn in order to breach the first line of the Marketplace's area.

His green eyes kept venturing from the left to the right as he made his way down the first line of shops. There were weaponry being sold, but none of them appealed to him. With the training he was receiving, he'd never need to hold anything more than his own light-weight medical tools on his body. If the need for a weapon were to arise, though, he'd be out of luck in a bad way.

The Medical Shinobi skidded to a stop at the corner of a shop just in time to avoid slamming into a young lady with a child at her side. His heart was hammering in his chest at the near encounter. If he had collided with the girl, he probably would have landed on both the females and made quite the scene that he didn't want anything to do with. When they passed, he continued his brisk run.

It wasn't too long before the teen's stomach began to clench up from the lack of oxygen he was receiving. Due to his excitement, he didn't realize he wasn't breathing correctly for such a long-distance run. He cursed himself inwardly as he bent over and rested his palms on his sides to catch his breath. The Hawthorn child waited until his breathing leveled out before standing up straight. He was just outside of the Weaponry shop he had passed earlier. He stared at those who were coming and going out of it before losing interest and continuing on his way and making sure he kept his breathing level as he ran.

The longer he went, the more his energy was depleting. It hadn't been too long since he started running again, and he knew he'd have to make sure he worked on his stamina more before he went on another mission. While walking was easy enough to continue doing, running was on a different level for him. As he went, he looked down at his arms. Long, willowy and the muscle not really filled out to what it could, he knew he'd have to think about working out physically to buff himself up some. Maybe then weird girls without boundaries would think a little before getting too close. Once his energy had returned to the level he was used to, he came to a slow stop and continued to make his way around the Marketplace at a leisurely pace.

She decided to take a walk through the marketplace, looking for nothing in particular. However, those Chakra Dispersal Gloves had caught her attention in the armory shop. With those, she could be an even bigger threat to her enemies. There was just one problem: they cost 3500 ryo! The young girl didn't even need to check her wallet to know she didn't have the funds. 'Once I go on some missions, they're mine!' she fistpumped to herself with a grin. As she left the store, a guy with long hair went racing past her. "Someone's in a hurry..." Makoto mumbled to herself. What was with people nearly running her over? Maybe...people hardly noticed her? The genin shook her head and proceeded to the pharmacy. Before she entered though, the Mizukage's presence had been noticed. She didn't expect to see him here but it wasn't unusual. But who was that guy speaking with him? '...Holy crap, it's him!' Makoto realized; jaw dropping and eyes widening. It was the first guy who nearly ran her over, the one who made a scene in the Mizukage's office. The kunoichi still felt she shouldn't get involved but she couldn't deny she was curious. She would wait until Lord Mizukage was finished with him before approaching.

It would make training a little easier" If anyone would have someone in mind, it'd be the Mizukage.

Lord Mizukage didn't need to respond, his default scowl and blatant ignorance towards Aian's recent progress said enough. Aian, whom simply held up the wad of completed missions, only a stamp here and there to confirm, dimwittedly grinned at Lord Mizukage for whatever reason. There was reason why this genin was especially disliked by Lord Mizukage. An expression of juvenile arrogance reinforced through hardwork and determination. Technically, Lord Mizukage could say plenty yet progress was progress, which couldn't be denied.

Aian, whom was quite proud with himself knew he was heading into the last stretched before getting those Chakra Despencer Gloves. He'd taken on eight more window washing missions, this time in the local market area. These building weren't entirely as substantial as ones in residential district, and honestly, they needed a good scrubbing.
Part of him, though it didn't want to admit it, was starting to feel more and more like a local janitor. The idea was becoming quite accurate as he tread through the market streets with buckets in each hand, soaked rags lazily hung over them, and sponges splashing inside both buckets. Some who have become accustomed with his antics turned momentarily to see the young genin trailing along. His head bobbed up and down, the mess of hair doing the same.

Speculation began to slip into mind. Did Lord Mizukage finally issue that long overdue punishment on the little scamp? Perhaps yet punishment from the Mizukage usually included a little more agony, and others realized that. Still, townsfolks only peered briefly to give the speculation some thought before returning to their daily task.
Much to other genin's awe, Aian seemed to fit in right beside other villagers. His broad shoulders, heavy clothing helping him to appear more burly despite his height, gave him the image of an average villager treading along the path way. If not for his headband it's quite likely he'd blend in with everyone else. What few failed to realize, for obvious reasons, was Aian had spent the entire day doing missions, training, fighting rabbits, discovering poisoness plants, spying on women, creeping in windows, and much more.

Every ounce of embarrassment, turmoil, especially turmoil after that recent D-Rank mission, had lead to this final stretch of missions. He gazed into the street where vendors treked back and forth, donkey's tugging wagons while small talk whispered into the distance between vendors and clients. "Huuuh" He sighed tiresomely.
At this point in the day, exhaustion was beginning to set in. Most genin worked hard, incredibly hard yet none have fully accomplished the progression Aian has accomplished. However, he's sure the Kage probably did some thing relative considering he was only twenty-one. Only seemed natural to assume he'd performe numerous missions each and every day. Maybe this was a sign he'd be kage one day?....... Nah!

Using the tree climbing technique, Aian began the pain stacking task of washing these buildings. Part of him began to fester, stewing in frustration. All this washing, his hand scrubbing window after window, the same motion over and over again pecked painfully at his psyche. Than again, it'd pecked at any shinobi's mind; their honed skill used in general labour, how disgraceful.
He shook his head in denial at the notion, seeing his labours as disgraceful. Sponges fell into buckets while he moved to another building, washing that building, and again to another.
What hadn't yet entirely sunk into his psyche is washing all these windows, those previous missions, were leading up to him becoming a chunin. His collective award credits built between all this embarrassing work actually lead some where's besides those Chakra Dispencer gloves he so desperately desires. Though, we need to think math never was his greatest subject nor did he pay too much attention in class.

Lunch was in order, and maybe some people watching. Aian walked to the edge of the building he'd just finished and sat with legs playfully kicking off the ledge of the roof. Beneath him were other townsfolk, even shinobi. Those whom wore chunin and jonin vests were watched most. He'd always imagined them to be much busier, too busy to muck about in market places. An excuse came to mind as to why he wasn't assigned a team; jonin were simply tied up in other matters.... That, or the Mizukage simply didn't care. He wanted to assume the laddar but considering he took the liberty upon himself to assign others missions, rolled his eyes at the notion and pulled the sandwich from his pockets.
Crumpled papers of unfinished missions slip from his pocket and a gust of wind caught the white sheets, carrying them away. "Noo!" Gasped Aian, quickly placing the sandwich on his lap to flail left and right. "No no no no!" He helplessly flailed to grab only two other slips of paper. He scuffed and reached out into the breeze where his missions were now far from reach. There was no way he'd be able to snatch them. "Awww....." He sighed and slumped both shoulders, looking down at his sandwich.

One mission in particular stood out among others; one about a senbon criminal, which seemed rather strange. *Mmtuh* He snapped his mouth, eating with an open mouth while reading over the details. Aian read it before, and though his inner bravado told him to charge head on and bring this criminal into justice there was some thing particularly eery about the entire mission- he killed with deadly percision, and through the heart. Young and ignorant, when death stepped into the scene, there was an entirely new ball game being played. If he'd even begin to take on this mission a team would be assembled.
Sei immediately came to mind. She was, perhaps, one of the most capable genin he knew, that and there was a certain affectionate bias towards her. Another was Jaice but he scratched him out pretty quick. Aian found him too egotistical, crude, and downright annoying. Plus, neither of them could barely stand each other let alone work together. There needed to be more genin, and recent events came to mind.
During briefings at the kage office, there were plenty more genin inside, some more approachable than others. It shouldn't too hard recruiting them for this dangerous mission, especially if there was a good squad of them... Maybe a four-man squad. The thought got Aian all giddy with excitement, actually being part of a team.

"Hey!" Shouted from across the street where stout, plum belly man stood, tapping his sandal dressed foot impatiently. "Get back to work, these windows aren't going to wash themselves." Aian sighed and crammed what remained of his sandwich in his mouth, his cheeks puffing out while he struggled to chew. "Schupid windew washing." He murmured. Both buckets were picked up, and utilizing the tree walking technique, walked into the street below, barely making it through the busy traffic of busy pedestrians below to where the man stood.
His gaze was menacing, a definitive unibrow barring down at Aian, whom pressed his lips together to hold the smile back. "If you're ever going to be a successful ninja, you can't be loafing around." He began wagging his finger authoritively. "Do you think my customers want to come into a dirty shop?" He barked pointing at the dirty windows.

"Maybe if you picked up a damn broom." Aian spoke under his breath.

"What?!" The shop keeper snapped again, placing both fists on his waist and leered down with that oh so intimidating unibrow. "I take those missions away just like that-" He snapped his fingers across Aian's face. "that, so watch it."

Aian, like most people, didn't take well to others talking down to them. Part of him wanted shove one of his buckets on that balding head of his and raddle it with a nice, heafty kanabo club, than again, those gloves he'd been eyeing weren't going to pay for themselves. *Pwit* Aian spat away from the shop keeper, displaying some distaste and walked towards the top window, scaling the wall, away from his barking client. Last thing he needed was some low-life talking down to him. He obviously didn't know he was talking with Aian Burrado, strongest, greatest taijutsu shinobi in all Kirigakure, maybe even the land of waves.... Or so that's how he thought of himself.
------------------------
Hours would soon pass, windows would be scrubbed down, and poor Aian learned more and more how weird the people of Kirigakure were. One man galloped along his single bedroom apartment, stark naked throwing senbon needles like confetti. Another woman, a shinobi whom wrote some thing breathed a burning stream of flame from her mouth when she stubbed her toe.
All mildly interesting yet some times gross helped pass the time and gave Aian some amusing stories to tell his friends. Still, it didn't help that everyone saw him toil over each and every window in the market place like some janitor doing his rounds.

*Eheheh* Finally, the last window was spotless, and peering into the long street, every other window beside it was spotless. He'd even took it upon himself to polish the outside frames and scrub the graffiti off. All in all, it was looking quite nice but now he needed to collect his missions, count them for their collective Ryo and bring them into the Mizukage for assessment. He could here it now, the Mizukage criticizing him for this error, that error, and kicking rabbits. If that man ever smiled, he'd need to wake up.

Aian sat on the roof top, cross legged away from the world below to sort out all his missions. There was so many, he needed to piece them all for the collective amount and see if he'd be able to get those gloves. "One, two, three..." He began counting C-Rank missions. "Thirteen C-Rank." He put them into a seperate pocket and began with the D-Rank, obviously doing them out of order. "One, two, three, four." He put them into another pocket, and already knowing his two B-Rank missions, stood up and started off. Time for the Mizukage's Office and pass each and every one of them in and gain his prize. Little did Aian know, he was eligible for Chunin rank.

*TUUD!* Aian couldn't help but over here the conversation below, mainly cause he was poking his nose from the ledge ease dropping. Once Makoto, whom remained a stranger to him mentioned 'work with' and 'training', he immediately jumped at the chance. He came crushing down in a blunder of dust, more so for dramatics, and leaped to the scene ahead.
Between Lord Mizukage, he demonstrated simple gymnastics by flipping in mid flight, landing in the general Iwagakure taijutsu stance. "Aian Burrado, taijutsu extraordinaire, here to train!" He spoke with more enthusiasm than generally used..... Makoto wouldn't know but Mizukage would probably sense he was up to know good.
