Temperature: 87 degrees Fahrenheit.

To my mother, to my father,
It's your son or it's your daughter,
Are my screams loud enough for you to hear me?
Should I turn this up for you?

I sit here locked inside my head
Remembering everything you said
The silence gets us nowhere!
Gets us nowhere way too fast!

The silence is what kills me
I need someone here to help me
But you don't know how to listen
And let me make my decisions

I sit here locked inside my head
Remembering everything you said
The silence gets us nowhere!
Gets us nowhere way too fast!

"For You" by Stand his as the fans stand up with a small pop that was quickly turned into hopeless laughing. Pyro shot out from around the stage, and moments later, Hiro Shin-Mozas stepped out from the taping his hands. He looks around angrily at the crowd laughing, shouting for them to stop, that this "wasn't funny". He reaches the bottom of the ramp, and THAT'S when his other pyro goes off, scaring the hell out of him! Hiro leaps forward, grabbing the ring apron and bottom rope and closing his eyes as his body shakes. Once again, the crowd laughs. Even more so angry, Hiro quickly gets himself back together and slides under the bottom rope, ripping away the microphone from the ring announcer before they could announce him. The music died away as he did so.

"Do you guys like laughing at a guy with a mental disability? Huh? It's a well known fact in this business that I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder! I cant help but be jumpy, scared from these things! My mind is wired for it! Look, after I finally defeat Seita here tonight, I'm gonna go back to the way I was...but I definitely think I'm going to need to rethink our relationship, crowd. Respect is a two way street, and it looks like you guys are going though the plot of Final Destination. Now enjoy the main event, and shut up!"

Hiro shoves the mic back at the ring announcer and rips away his jacket, the crowd actually choosing to boo him a bit this time. He backs his way into a corner, but quickly pops out of it, scaring himself again into thinking he backed up into Seita. It was finally time to put this issue to rest!

The sun had set on the beach earlier in the evening, unlike the previous year that had brought a setting sun to a career at Solar Slam. The stage hands were beginning to turn on the flood lights that would keep the ring lit up as the sun went down and the stars came out. An eerie wind picked up, knocking a few people's sun hats right off their heads, as one of the flood lights shined right on Hiro in the middle of the ring. A single raven flew down from up on high, circling the outside of the ring repeatedly before taking flight to circle the ring proper, above Hiro's head, like a vulture. As the black wind howled, the sound of a song that had not been heard in a year began to play.

Run On - Blues Saraceno

Drums and a low strummed guitar started to beat along with the dragging of a chain. There seemed to be a dull humming in the air as suddenly a huge cloud of birds swept out of the sky above the crowd, flying across the stage, flooding it in a swarm of feathers and beaks, cawing all the while, constantly crowing. When the birds were gone, in their wake stood a darkly cloaked man, who simply stood in the sand on the beach. His hood hid the majority of his face, with the exception of the hair that draped over his features, but Seita's mouth did not smirk nor sneer. He was dead serious. The fans were in a bit of an uproar for his appearance, having a slight mystique to it, especially now in the absence of BBW's Storm.

[And, introducing his opponent... weighing in at two-hundred and forty-five pounds... from the Grave Flats... Seita Gray!]

Death Himself stood on the beach for a long moment, simply staring down at the ring, still being haunted by the first raven that had appeared in the arena. It had been the only bird to stay at the beach, the others having long departed this world. The undead man looked ghastly to the appearance, gray and cold to the touch. He was still decorated by scars that littered his torso where the spotlight shone. Many of these knicks and cuts had been with him all of his long career, but some of them were far more recent, as early as his match against Harli Drummond at last year's Solar Slam. Smoke almost appeared to be seeping out from under his robes; it misted out around him and behind him. He started to walk down the ramp towards his opponent for the night. The Raven Lord had been mysteriously silent in the months leading up to this marquee match with Hiro Shin-Mozas, since his unceremonious interference in the BBW Television title match at Spring in the Ring. Hiro had made this bout rather personal for himself, while Death had been quiet as the grave.

Go Tell That Long Tongued Liar
Tell That Midnight Rider
Tell The Gamblers
The Ramblers
The Back-Biter
Tell Them The God Is Gonna Cut Them Down.
Tell Them That God's Gonna Strike Them Down.

His head bowed in reverance, every step he took seemed to be purposeful. If one thing could be said about his drastic change in demeanor since his purported "death", it was that he took himself much more seriously. As he passed by the fans that were closest to him, children shy'd away from him, while adult fans either jeered or cheered him. However, every so often, a few fans would simply bow their heads as Gray passed them, in worship of Death. It was obvious that Gray believed what he said, and some of the people in the crowd were starting to believe too. He had had the task of convincing these people last year, and it was obvious that the hype with this man was quite real and obviously bone chilling. He had silenced the legend of Harli Drummond emphatically, what was to be Hiro's fate? His robes, and the smoke that trailed from it, made it look like he wasn't even walking, but simply gliding across the stage and ramp towards the ring. The only color that was visible on him that was not a shade of black, white, or anything in between was the eerie blue rune on his chest that myseriously appeared to glow in tune with a heart beat. Gray turned towards the steel steps, making ready to walk up into the ring. At the bottom of the stairs, he looked up. He removed the bottom parts of his robes, leaving only his cloaked cape on his shoulders with the large feathers jutting out from the shoulder.

One Of These Days, You Can Mark My Word
You Think A Man Is Away At Work
Creep On Up, Knock On That Door

THAT'S ALL SON, YOU WILL KNOCK NO MORE!

In tune with the powerful drum that beat at this point in his entrance music, Seita walked up the steel steps threateningly until he was on the apron, walking all the way across the ring on the outside until he got to the turnbuckle on the other side. The raven that had been flying around Hiro's ring swooped down and, after making one final pass around the ropes, landed on the steel ring post that The Reaper of Souls now stood by. Seita turned around, holding the top rope in his grasp, and stared right at Hiro, removing his hood, letting his hair fall all about his face, and then dropping his cloak down off the ring onto the floor. Gray stepped into the ring and stood in that corner, adjusting his gloves and the black straps that wrapped around his arms above his wrist tape. Inspecting Hiro, he made no movements other than to stare straight into his soul. No sign of respect, or lack thereof for that matter. Simply purpose. Dead, cold eyes.

Sooner Or Later, God Will Cut You Down.

When the song finally ended, the raven stretched it's wingspan, and flew over Seita's shoulder, right at Hiro, but turned at the last second to fly past him as well, disappearing into the dusk sky.

Seita walked around the ring, sliding his hand over the top rope as he did so, keeping his eyes on Hiro. He did this across all four sides until he was settled in his starting corner, walking slowly into the center of the ring for the match to begin.

Hiro, almost on instinct but mainly because of fear, escaped the ring after a moment of being in it with Seita. He was lucky too, as moments later, Seita had made his way to center ring. The whole entrance had Hiro's hair on the back of his neck standing at attention, but the mental anguish he went through as Death Himself stalked his way across the beach was enough to make him nearly cry. The ref was yelling for Hiro to get back in the ring, and the fans were pointing and laughing at him, causing the Ethnic Enigma to snap at them, barking for them to stop. He dared any of them to step in the ring with Seita, but none would dare. This was Hiro's date, and his alone. Wearily walking back to the ring apron, Hiro started to pull himself back up to the ropes. He kept his eyes on Seita, trying to show he wasn't scared, but he was obviously failing. Finally back on the apron, Hiro started to enter the ring...but stopped, instead shaking his head and leaping down, causing the crowd to boo. He couldn't do it. He couldn't face Seita Gray. Grabbing his jacket from the crew hand, he started to walk around the ring to the parting of the crowd, aiming to give up on this match before it even started!

Gray watched as Hiro, frightened by Seita's appearance, made a be-line for the exit, obviously not wanting much to do with him after all.

"You can't run from Death, Shin-Mozas." Seita said out loud in the ring, although not really audibly enough for many to hear him.

Suddenly a wild raven flew down from the sky and began to assault Hiro, pecking angrily at his head as though it held a grudge against him specifically, trying to force him back to the ring!
PostPosted: Fri Aug 14, 2015 5:38 pm

"What did he sa-OW!" Hiro heard what Seita had said, sort of, but in his attempt to look back at him, he was suddenly being pecked by a raven! "Shooo! SHOO! STOP!" Hiro was swinging his arms around as he tried to knock away the bird that was literally floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee, avoiding all of his arms. "STOP! I...I SAID STOP!" Hiro suddenly, with a burst of bravery and stupidity, ran straight back to the ring, dropping his jacket, and sliding back into the ropes, ready to charge right at Seita! However...Hiro stopped short right in front of him, as if Seita had a force field around him. Hiro's slowly lifted his head, and his gaze became locked on Seita, a shower of fear and regret over coming him. He was frozen in fear.

Seita stood there unflinchingly as Hiro charged him, as though he knew that the man wouldn't touch him.

Seita took a simple step closer to the Hiro.
PostPosted: Fri Aug 14, 2015 6:16 pm

The small gap between Hiro and Seita was now closed. Death Himself stepped closer, another nail in Hiro's coffin being slammed into place. The Ethnic Enigma was still unmoving, but his eye was starting to flinch. The crowd became hushed. Something beyond life was happening. Something almost paranormal. It was as if Hiro's soul was leaving his body, as if these two men were about to do battle on a spiritual plain. There was- Oh wait, no, nevermind. In a fit of a fear and rage, Hiro screamed at the top of his lungs and tried to shove Seita away, and take off running for a corner of the ring!

Seita was brushed aside, but as soon as Hiro tried to run off to the other side of the ring, turning his back on the Angel of Death, Gray reached out to grab him by his hair and slam him down onto the wrestling mat.
PostPosted: Fri Aug 14, 2015 6:23 pm

Hiro never should have let his hair start to grow back out! Seita caught hold of it and slammed Hiro down backfirst to the mat, the crowd letting out a pop. The Ethnic Engima's head bounced of the mat and he quickly rolled to the ropes grabbing hold of his neck and head. There was obviously some serious whiplash effect from that move, and Seita was already doing major damage while hardly needing to do anything. Hiro was beating himself!

Seita looked down at Hiro and slowly put his foot on his opponent's face, pressing it down onto his skull.

"How do you die tonight, Hiro? With a whimper? Or a roar?" Seita asked as he removed his boot from his opponents cheek and then walked over to one of the corners.

The ref checked Hiro to make sure he wanted to start the match.
PostPosted: Sun Aug 16, 2015 11:12 am

Hiro stayed hooked to the ropes as Seita put his boot down on his face, the breathing of the Cuban-Jap becoming labored. It was after Seita asked his question that Hiro had some sort of revelation that could be seen in his eyes. The ref checked on him, but Hiro shoved him away, using the ropes to pull himself back up. As Hiro stood, the look in his eyes became more and more dark, and angry. He cracked his neck, hard. "You know...Im...Im starting to think...That I...hate you." Hiro's voice cracked a bit as he spoke, but the last two words came out loud and clear. Laughing from the crowd at ceased. It was back to silence and attentiveness. It appears as though, perhaps, Hiro's emotions were finally locking into place, a place that he wanted them to go from the beginning. He turned the crowd against him, he put himself through pain, he made Death Himself believe he had the upper hand...all to unlock what was always deep within him, that he always tried to keep sealed unless very much necessary. "...Ring the bell, ref." Hiro growled, and the ref quickly followed his direction, ringing it.

The crowd popped, it was underway, the main event of the night. However, there wasn't action right away. Hiro didn't go right after Seita. He kept his gaze on him...until a raven flew by once more, low down near Hiro. Without as much as shifting his eye sight, Hiro reached up and slapped the bird so hard, he knocked it down out of the air and onto the mat. The crowd was stunned, not just with Hiro's reach but the fact that he committed this act of animal cruelty without even looking. As the bird twitch on the ground with a broken wing, Hiro kicked at Seita, letting the bird continue to twitch in front of the monster that controlled it.

"Death...Say hello to Hatred."

Seita looked down at the fallen raven on the mat as it twitched and fluttered it's wings. It made pathetic little noises, as though it didn't quite understand what had happened.

Gray went down to one knee and shook his head, putting his hand gently over the raven. "It is your time." He whispered, and the bird slowly stopped moving altogether. After a moment, Gray picked up the bird in both of his hands and gently moved it out of the ring, placing it in his robes, which he had piled outside the ring, before stepping back into the ring with Hiro, and walking into the center of the ring again.
PostPosted: Sun Aug 16, 2015 11:24 am

Absolutely pathetic, Hiro thought. He didn't want to watch it suffer. That's what Seita laced. He brought death, but he didn't have the hatred for torture. The fans were somewhat taken back by what had just happened. I mean, Seita Gray literally waved his hand over a bird and KILLED IT. Even the ref gulped, second guessing if he truly want anything to do with this match or not. "I'll teach you how to truly kill something..." Hiro laughed as he went at Seita with a hard right hand aimed at his head, looking to finally come to blows with the man!

Seita stood in the center of the ring and did not react to stop Hiro from punching him in the face. He took the hit, staggered ever so slightly, before resetting his position, staring at the Hateful one. He would teach Hiro, before the match was over, what Seita's true purpose was.
