1. The Teleport Room:There is a small room, just before the cellar, with beige stone walls and and green flooring, lit be a single crystal torch that stands in it's center. The room is rectangular, with only three direct entrances. the north entrance leads through a short tunnel, and into the south east entrance to the Falls of heroes.( http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=1&t=24750379#373134161 )
The south entrance leads into the Cellar's storage.
The third entrance is a doorway decorated with Celtic markings that is in the west wall, near it's northern corner. this doorway opens up to a spiral of stairs that lead up into the the south fall entrance of the aqueducts. ( http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=24737525 )
There is also a small teleportation platform. in each of the room's corners, so as to enable the prompt transportation of beverages to the dining rooms and kitchens.
The platform in the north west corner, just next to the stairs, leads to the north west tower's second floor.

The platforms have a 30 second cool down period, so as to prevent one from using one, while another stands on a platform on the other side of the teleportation. It has been speculated what would happen if one was to use a platform, while another still stands on the platform on the other side, and the guesses have ranged from one appearing inside the other, which would likely kill them, the other, or both; or it would be a kind of open door effect and the two would crash spilling their cargo all over the floor....
2. Storage: The cellar is dark and damp, and lit by many mushroom lamps lining it's walls. The hallway of the cellar travels south, with five lamps with four three shelved storage frames full of iron kegs of various beverages in between them; lining the west wall with a lamp in each corner, and four lamps, with three storage frames between them lining the east wall; with a lamp in the north corner, and another at the south corner, where the hallway turns east. There is a second lamp next to the lamp in the south west corner, along the south wall, that has another frame of kegs right next to it, to the east. Just east of it is another lamp that is parallel with another lamp just east from the lamp that is at the south end of the east wall. Just east of these two parallel lamps are two pairs storage frames full of kegs with a lamp in between, on pair along each the south wall and the north wall. just past these, there is a teleportation platform at the end of each row of storage frames and lamps, along the two walls. Just a few feet east from there is the very end of the cellar, which is lined with two storage frames of kegs, that appear to have been crammed into the cellar's end, side by side. This is where the Baron's favorite beverages are stored.
