As the Snagems approach the island urbanity, the blue waves passing underneath them as they approach Mossdeep City, the most obvious landmark would be the enormous rocket beginning to fire up attached to the space center, the enormous turbines in the bowels of the engine beginning to start up with a whir, the jets readying to fire. Most of the city had been gathered to see the rocket launch, so Cipher's presence was causing nothing if not a riot-inducing panic.
The crowd of people surround the three terrorists, with an inner perimeter of HAZARD goons with guns and Pokeballs training them on the three Cipher members still in view. Dull has the female reporter by the neck still, ignoring her feeble blows as he lazily pulls a hunting knife out of his jacket. "I think that's close... enough..." he croaks, leaving no question towards his intentions as he runs the flat of the blade against the skin of her throat.
There's a thunderclap from above as Kess pulls out that same sword hilt as before in Meteor Falls, energy crackling through her arms to create her electrified blade, the living lightning moving back and forth as the Zapdos hybrid matches its rhythm silently, her back placed against Dull's forming a triumvrate with the third member facing outwards, Zera. The Koffing hybrid is sporting her customary shock of hair over her right eye, but her attire has changed again to a festive ballroom gown, a golden accent complimenting her purple skin as she sticks her tongue out to blow a raspberry at the troops glaring at the three menacingly.
"Nyeeeeeh!" she says, unintimidated. "Boss has got a job to do, so why don't all of you just sit tight and wait for him to finish it...?" Smoke begins drifting out of the corners of her mouth as she smiles, the gas building inside her lungs as she respirates.
At the outside edges of the gathered crowd there was a chaotic hubbub as innocent people and children not old enough to know what was going on attempt to make their way out of the throng of bodies surrounding the mayhem unfolding in front of the launch platform. There was clearly going to have to be a split here, and the team wasn't going to have much time to make it. One group was going to have to board the rocket launch and stop Ein and the rest from using that chemical for whatever nefarious scheme he needed, in addition, they also needed to keep the rocket launch on schedule to guarantee the disbursement of the vaccine. The others were going to be needed to stay on the ground with these three and keep the collateral damage to a minimum if they could. Time was going to be of the essence, here.
Darts hits the ground running as his Honchkrow drops him but he was more prepared for it this time, returning the Dark crow with a wave of his Pokeball backwards as he heads towards the crowd. Rocket or innocents, what would it be?

Darts would watch as Aden and Arcanine rode past in a blur, racing for whatever was the nearest Cipher. Most likely Dull, given his death grip on the reporter.
"I've had it with every last one of you! I swear I'll KILL YOU ALL!" Aden screamed as he jumped from Arcanine and went to slug Dull with a Psychic-infused punch.
Cera would eventually arrive with Amaranth trailing behind on her Togekiss, both of them having arguably more sense to stay with Darts. "Ugh, I was hoping to beat him here... really should've transformed into his Arcanine instead."
She and Amaranth would start trying to make their way for the rocket rather than the innocents. Both were important, but both had their hazards and they figured more might need to go for the rocket.

Sub would arrive behind Darts via Gardy's teleport, the loony Psychic being uncharacteristically calm at the moment, apparently sensing the direness of the current situation. The Snagem leader was quick to observe the chaotic situation, attempting to formulating some sort of plan. Unfortunately the images of Ein and his two goons were fresh in his memory and he could think of nothing else other than going after Ein, to attack the heart of the beast.
"I'm going after Ein." He declared to anyone around him, immediately whipping out a Dusk Ball after recalling Gardy and breaking off into a sprint towards the rocket.

Through the means of teleport thanks to Telia, I arrived at Mossdeep City with Freth and Tristen by my side. The place was in a panic. Ein made his move and it needed to stop. Thing of it, I was trying to think on what to do. Too many things to be taken care of, the priority items being the rocket and the people that got caught up. My instincts were running wild; I could sense three of the Ciphers in particular. S22, I still couldn't, though. I really would hate for any of us to turn a corner and out he comes.
From a distance, I looked up towards the rocket. Ein was up that way, I believe. "..." While I want to save the innocents, sure, but I was more concerned with the work that we put into this point and Ein just blowing it up in smoke. Not to mention, since Ein is here, it would be best to take him out of the equation altogether. Permanantly. And pray no more predecessors or successors show up with his name for that matter...
"So what's the idea?" Freth asked.
"Tristen, Freth, we're heading to the rocket."
"You do know what's over there, right?"
"I know. I'm working on something here." The three of us then noticed Aden rush off in the direction of Dull.
"Is...he going to be okay?" Tristen asked.
"...we'll find out later. Come on." The three of us rushed off towards the launch center.

Coming for Zera would be a Shadow Flygon going at full speed, aiming to just charge right into the hybrid. Aile would wait until the last moment to jump off, doing a back flip and landing in a crouch and glaring at Zera. "So then, salope," she'd growl, standing up straight, "how about someone slightly closer to your playing field?" She'd take out two of her throwing knives and hold them with the blades at the outer sides of her fists, getting into a small stance.

One quick landing and rapid dismount later, Isaac was striding across the launch site to where Cozmo and Bulder where watching disaster unfold. "Alright, Ein obviously wants to use this rocket for something, so we need to stop it from taking off. Bulder, get over to command and control and get them to do whatever they can to stop the rocket from launching. Cozmo, find any engineers who might know how to mechanically disable the engines. I'm going to try to shut them down however I can, and I may need a hand. Or at least a guiding voice." If there were no questions or objections from the pair, Isaac would begin heading over to the rocket, still waiting on the launch pad.

Isaac Hawking One quick landing and rapid dismount later, Isaac was striding across the launch site to where Cozmo and Bulder where watching disaster unfold. Unfortunately for Isaac, the only one of the pair he could find was Cozmo, the old scientist agitatedly following along with the mechanically-inclined Snagem as he approached the rocket and the launch pad. "It's too late for that my boy, the rocket was primed to launch any minute now!" he shouts over the whirring as the rocket's engines continue to heat up, wind blowing across the launch pad slightly as the turbines inside them turn faster and faster. "Bulder's on board the rocket with the pilots, he was running the mission alongside the astronauts. He's the one who designed the dispersal system after all." The scientist keeps pace with him, adjusting his glasses. Darksol88 Darts would watch as Aden and Arcanine rode past in a blur, racing for whatever was the nearest Cipher. Most likely Dull, given his death grip on the reporter. "I've had it with every last one of you! I swear I'll KILL YOU ALL!" Aden screamed as he jumped from Arcanine and went to slug Dull with a Psychic-infused punch. The punch impacts Dull's face, surprising the shiny Gengar hybrid more than it actually hurt him, a bruise from the super-effective attack coating one side of his cheek as he lets go of the reporter, who takes the time to scamper off, waving over and over for her camera man as they both take a beeline for the rocket, the man huffing and puffing as he keeps up with Missy's sprint while holding his bulky camera. "This is Missy Hisakawa!" she could be heard shouting as she runs. "On-site as a second vigilante team has showed up, the infamous Team Snagem-" her voice trails off as she runs. Dull snarls, sending a Shadow Ball out from his palm reflexively as he dives forwards to tangle with Aden, sending the projectile at point blank range into the hybrid's chest. "Snagem! We just can't stay away from each other! Let's see if we can't fix that now!" The Gengar hybrid angles his tackle to send both of them crashing into the ring of HAZARD grunts surrounding them, as the two grapple. Espeon_Commander Coming for Zera would be a Shadow Flygon going at full speed, aiming to just charge right into the hybrid. Zera swishes the edges of her dress back and forth as she jumps backwards. "Owie!" she shrieks, tripping over herself, cursing a bit under her breath as she gets back to her feet, ripping the sleeves and bottom of the ballroom gown off and tossing it aside, revealing a set of black jeans hidden underneath for ease of movement and also revealing additional purple skin as her arms come into view. She huffs, a little smoke coming out of her nose as she points, her male Unfezant coming into view and contact with the Shadow Flygon like a bullet, the bird drilling into the Dragon's side with a Quick Attack. "Gettem' Fezant!" she cries in happiness, eyeing Aile sneakily for a moment before blowing a puff of Poison Gas in her direction under the distraction her attack provided. Blizzard120 Through the means of teleport thanks to Telia, I arrived at Mossdeep City with Freth and Tristen by my side. The place was in a panic. Ein made his move and it needed to stop. The three of us rushed off towards the launch center. There's a sizzle as a jet of electricity suddenly comes from out of Blizzard's peripheral vision, aimed straight at his forehead before curving about an inch from the Articuno hybrid's face to strike Tristen, dissipating harmlessly into the boy's skin and down through the ground due to... "Lightning Rod." Kess hisses irritatedly, moving to stand across from Blizzard, her sword moving in slight motions around her body as she grips the hilt with two hands, the electric blade dancing and sizzling wherever it burnt the grass on the ground, the smell of burning plants wafting up to drift over towards the trio as the Zapdos hybrid approaches cautiously, respectfully. She seems to be struggling with something as she levels her sword, but there's nothing but ice in the electric gaze she affixes Blizz with. She wouldn't be able to stop all three of them, but would one person be enough to deal with her? SubonicXP Sub would arrive behind Darts via Gardy's teleport, the loony Psychic being uncharacteristically calm at the moment, apparently sensing the direness of the current situation. He declared to anyone around him, immediately whipping out a Dusk Ball after recalling Gardy and breaking off into a sprint towards the rocket. Darts sees Sub heading towards the rocket, and finding each other member of Team Cipher entangled with one Snagem or another decides to follow their fearless leader as he boards the launching rocket up the same boarding hatch the Ciphers had taken a moment before. The first sight to greet the pair as they get on board is a gigantic white and red afro, as he struggles with canisters of both vile-looking black plasmus and others of a pure, clear solution. There's a machine here hooked into the turbines of the rocket, and it seems to be the Cipher's main focus. The former gangster limps back and forth between his palette and the machine, grumbling to himself as he hasn't spotted the Snagems yet, carefully switching out the vials of clear liquid for vials of contaminant. There is no sign of either S-22 nor Ein yet, but there is a hatch going further into the rocket up next to Miror B. Set the Mood?

Freth and my instincts tripped, but before we could manage to step off to the side the bolt manages to re-direct...and crash into the Electrike hybrid, making the kid stand up rigid on the tips of his toes for a second then slouch for another few with a dopey grin on his face. That electricity felt...really good. "So tingly...hehehehe..." Freth and I turned back, looking, seeing Kess make her way forth and apparently not too thrilled having her attack made a joke. She apparently already realizes the kid being a nuisance, her electrical prowess gimped as long as he's around. "Blizzard, I hope you're thinking what I'm thinking." Freth silently said to me. "Yea...very much so." I silently said back. "Ready?" "Go." I then rushed off towards Kess with a great deal of speed, ready to attack, only to vanish right in front of her in a means to fake her out. Freth however was there right behind me, only she was committing to her attack, fist ready to deliver one powerful Frustration attack.

Tatooine would snarl as the Unfezant crashed into her, the dragon skidding to the side a bit before turning to attack the bird with a Dragon Claw. Tatooine wasn't holding back, either, going for a maiming blow, if not killing. Aile, on the other hand, while keeping an eye on Tatooine, would notice Zera in her periphery and take off at a right angle from the Poison Gas, holding her breath until she was clear of it. When she was, she'd immediately flip the blades around before tossing them, bringing the goggles onto her face right after. An array of options would fly through her head before settling on one. She'd send out Eisley, who Zera might recognize if she cared to remember. "Ex!" Someone at least remembered her, as he began to sharpen his claws. "Sandstorm, Eisley." She was going to be short on words right now, as she stared down Zera for a moment before the armored mole summoned a sandstorm for the nearby area, and Aile would dart forward, grabbing two more knives. Someone else was going to be playing for keeps now, too.

"Could really do without her going on a- agh!" Without any chance to brace himself, Aden would get a harsh reminder of why he didn't care much for attacks like that, and not just because of any innate weaknesses. The Shadow Ball alone was enough to throw him to the ground in an instant and as he began to get up, Dull's tackle sent him further into what was quickly becoming a cluster of people. None of this kept him down for especially long, however; he was already seeing red before he even left the HQ, and at this point, Dull was serving to further fuel his rage.
"You know what? Yeah, let's fix this. Starting with you!" As the two grappled, the heat around him would rapidly rise as he tried to blast Dull back with a sudden Heat Wave to further demonstrate the fires burning in the hybrid by now.
Seeing so many already locked with at least one of the Ciphers or something else, Cera decided to stick with Sub and Darts. "Ammy, stick around with the rest out here! I'll go further in and try to keep contact open for all of us!" She said before taking further off with them, leaving Amaranth behind and trying to keep safe otherwise.
For Amaranth, though, she wasn't sure just how to help. Her Togekiss had long since been recalled, but seeing the scuffle go on between Aile and Zera, she figured the best option would be to help her out. So she did just that by rushing in and trying to dissipate the Poison Gas and bolster the Sandstorm with a prompt Gust.

"So there is no way for the tower to stop the launch? Well, its good to know that the rocket scientists here are incompetent. Perhaps the ship will fail to launch on its own. I don't suppose there is some way to drain the fuel, or any way to disable the engines that you know of?" Frustrated and flabbergasted, Isaac hurried over to the rocket. 'Cera,' he thought, 'Get anyone who isn't busy fighting to get over to the rocket quickly, and start beating on the damn thing. The tower can't stop takeoff, and we can't let that thing get airborne.' Rushing over to the rocket, he tossed out a ball with a yell, "Head Smash!" As his Aron careened headfirst into the engine assembly, he continued to think at Cera. 'Preferably, if one or both of the Ice hybrids could get over here and work their magic. I'd really appreciate it if these engines DON'T ignite and roast me to death.'

"You know, I could just kinda put your thoughts on broadcast and they'd bounce all around like SNAG messages can... kinda helps having a sync with everyone's minds. Should've done that sooner... oh well," Cera replied upon hearing Isaac's thoughts, figuring necessity in the heat of things kind of overrode being told not to delve into anyone's minds without permission. It wouldn't be long before Isaac's thoughts would end up being heard by Blizzard and Freth, facilitated through Cera mentally rebroadcasting them.

Odd would arrive in Mossdeep City after seeing the story still playing out on the news in HQ. Kaya and Lykas were with him. "Go!" He told them. "Lykas, go stop that rocket from launching with Ein on it!" He ordered his boyfriend." Kaya, with me. We're going to try and put a stop to these goons!" He continued. The two hybrids nodded.
"Gods, I love it when he takes charge!" Lykas growled as he took off.
"Didn't need that knowledge." Kaya chimed as he and Odd ran into the crowd. From the look of it, Blizz was handling the Zapdos hybrid with a little help from Tristan and his Lightning Rod ability so that left Aden fighting Dull, the creepy trans-dimensional Gengar hybrid. "Aden needs more help here so I'm going with him." He said before breaking off from Kaya.
As soon as the to hybrids disengaged, he'd be right behind Dull, slamming an open palm directly into the small of his back, siphoning his spiritual energy from him, or attempting to do so, at least. From what he'd seen, maybe an attack that went straight through might not be warped through the hybrid's body. Could Dull send an entire body through himself?
Kaya headed toward Zera, notseeing Amaranth attempting to clear her gas cloud away. He was relying on that for temporary cover."You're not hurting me so easily!" He declared as he charged through her Poison Gas , drawing his sword from it's sheath and swinging it towards her just as he emerged on her side. He could only hope that Amaranth hadn't managed to clear it too fast and he'd remained concealed long enough for this to still be a surprise attack.
Lykas would continue onward towards the rocket, following along after Sub, whom he noticed had only just taken off in that direction from the look of it. He'd follow Sub in, only noticing after the arrival that Darts was there as well. "Wow....I've really been out of it today..." He grumbled under his breath, igniting a boiling flame in his hand, preparing to singe Miror B.'s hideous 'fro into oblivion.

"B! Still helping the man who killed your only two friends I see." Sub shouted as he came upon the disco freak, releasing Ulalume as a precautionary measure. The man had thought about just jumping Miror B. and taking him out swiftly, then moving onto more important matters but he had plans for the dancing afro man. "Darts, go ahead and find Ein. I'll join you shortly." He told the dragon hybrid behind him. "As for you..." He said, turning back to Miror B.
"You have two options; help us put an end to Ein's madness and I'll see to it personally that all criminal records pertaining to you are expunged and you can live out the rest of your days in peace, or you can continue to allow Ein to destroy every little thing in this world that could bring you or anyone else joy. If you pick the second option I won't be taking prisoners...not this time." Sub said in a cold monotone voice, making sure that Miror B. knew what he meant. The guy always came off as being a crazy idiot but he was talented, no doubt about it, and he could be a very valuable asset to them at the moment. "Besides, don't you think we treated you better in that jail cell than Ein ever did?"
There was another reason why Sub sent out Ulalume as well, the squid floating behind Sub. The Malamar was utilizing a weak hypnosis through her gaze and body movement, attempting to infiltrate Miror B.'s mind with suggestions that it was more beneficial to go along with the Snagems than with Ein. This wasn't exactly hard to do as Ulalume found hostility towards Ein already in Miror B.'s mind and Sub's words were providing fuel. Whether or not Miror B. was sensitive to chi it would be hard to realize what Ulalume was doing as Sub stood in front of her, his own naturally dark chi acting as a shade to partially cover her actions.

Darts, who had been hurrying onto the rocket with his jacket flapping back and forth, sees Isaac put himself directly beneath the rocket's thrusters and doubles back, holding a gilt hand over the side of the boarding platform, which is beginning to sway and disengage as the rocket fires up. "Isaac!" the Giratina hybrid shouts, hands cupped around his mouth beneath his golden crest. "I don't think there's time for that right now! It's almost impossible to stop a rocket once the launch has been initiated!" The gambler waves towards himself frantically, having to ignore the orders Sub was shouting at him from inside the rocket. "We've got a couple of seconds at best, get on board the rocket!" His hand dangles a couple inches away from the engineer's face, pleading with the distraught man to trust him. SubonicXP "B! Miror B.'s temples would bulge out of the sides of his head from the psychic onslaught that he was unknowingly being bludgeoned by, but even as the outlaw dancer tried to continue swapping out tubes of vaccine for virus, he found himself turning towards Sub almost against his will, his bloodshot eyes coming into view as his sunglasses topple off the bridge of his nose. "...I can't stop you... that much is true..." Miror grunts, a migraine building inside his head even though he had no idea why. He does a kind of half-sad dance, pointing back along the wall where he had started, rows and rows of virus having been placed by vaccine. "And I can't undo what I've already done... but if you want me to show gratefulness for being thrown in a kennel and forgotten about, like a dog? That I will not tolerate... I get enough of that from Ein." The white and red afro turns towards the sealed door leading further in and he sighs, sadly, turning to look wistfully out the rocket door as the humming of the turbines below them all increases exponentially. "I'll make you... a counter deal. You let me go, for right now, and I'll go give some backup to those people back in the city. I'm going to be on the run from Ein one way or another, but my best bet isn't in the hands of the law. I need to be able to get out of here and escape, which I'm confident I can do on my own." The volume increases again, prompting the dancer to yell. "Deal!?" Requiem of Whyspers As soon as the to hybrids disengaged, he'd be right behind Dull, slamming an open palm directly into the small of his back, siphoning his spiritual energy from him, or attempting to do so, at least. From what he'd seen, maybe an attack that went straight through might not be warped through the hybrid's body. Could Dull send an entire body through himself? Darksol88 "Could really do without her going on a- agh!" Without any chance to brace himself, Aden would get a harsh reminder of why he didn't care much for attacks like that, and not just because of any innate weaknesses. The Heat Wave roasts Dull, but the fire continues to flicker over his body and through, following the same pattern as before, but the edges of his jacket start flaking away slightly, like burnt paper. He takes the time to land a solid punch to Aden's face, right before he rights himself and straight into Odd's attack. Which, on the other hand, would have a bit more effect than anything Dull had ever run into, seeing as he was pure spiritual energy, the attack actually eliciting a surprised "Urgh!?" from the phantom gambler. He turns to react to the attack a lot faster than anyone had ever seen the guy move so far, a hunting knife coming up out of his jacket as he prepares to stab Odd straight in the ribs. On the other hand, Odd would get a full taste of Dull's otherworldly chi coming through his siphon. Think of it like a massive coronary, as the shiny Gengar hybrid's chi would feel and taste like poison to him, gumming up the connection like fat in an artery. Blizzard120 Freth and my instincts tripped, but before we could manage to step off to the side the bolt manages to re-direct...and crash into the Electrike hybrid, making the kid stand up rigid on the tips of his toes for a second then slouch for another few with a dopey grin on his face. The feint works, as Kess moves her sword defensively to block the incoming attack from Blizz, only to be met unexpectedly by Freth's Frustration, the Zapdos hybrid's breath coming out of her in a gust of air as the female Articuno hybrid catches her by surprise. "Damn... you..." she grunts, twisting her body to try and regain some momentum and angles her head sharply forwards at Freth's seeing as they were in such close proximity, an Agility-powered Drill Peck headbutt of sorts seeing how her electric attacks were on temporary lockdown. Espeon_Commander Tatooine would snarl as the Unfezant crashed into her, the dragon skidding to the side a bit before turning to attack the bird with a Dragon Claw. The virus begins spreading through Unfezant as Tatooine dominates the much smaller bird, slashing viciously through the plumage over and over again as he mauls his victim in midair. "'Fezant no!" Zera cries, a second before the Sandstorm blows in on top of both of them, obscuring the pair from view... Requiem of Whyspers Kaya headed toward Zera, notseeing Amaranth attempting to clear her gas cloud away. Right before Kaya's slash hits home. There's a girlish scream from the other side of the sand barrier that they all now found themselves in the middle of, but judging from the couple of strips of golden cloth that came flying by whipping in the wind, Kaya had only served to hit some of the dress. Zera was stumbling backwards in the storm, calling plaintively for her Unfezant that she could hear getting attacked somewhere in this mess... when she plucks a white and purple Pokeball from inside of her dress, the letter 'M' emblazoned proudly on it. "...help me." she whispers to it, before releasing the Pokemon inside. All at once, both Kaya and Aile would be able to see the edges of the sandstorm butting up against something enormous and very solid-looking where Zera had last been located, and anyone that sensed chi back in the ruins would be able to detect... a very similar flavor now emitting from the middle of the storm. In the storm elsewhere, a focused beam of pure, freezing ice would zap out from the whirling clouds to strike Tatooine in the chest, defending the prone Unfezant who was shivering beneath the savage dragon.
