▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▃ ▂ ▁「 Personality 」xxxxShiro can very much be considered the strong silent type. So much so that he is actually able to sneak up on someone without even trying. His steps are silent and his breathing is even and calm. This isn’t something that only happens in his assassination jobs either, it often coming in on his own day to day life. Because of his ability to simply walk up next to another without them knowing, he will usually have to either speak up or clear his throat to make himself known. This doesn’t mean they don’t end up jumping out of their skin when he makes himself known, but he always figures that it’s better then having them turn around and him simply being there. Naturally he doesn’t always do this on purpose, but he certainly uses it to serve his own ends and nees. Often times he uses this ability to observe and listen in on others. This is also not limited to other herds that they might come in contact with, or other single Soquili. He also sees no shame in listening and observing his own brothers when it suits him properly. All of his observations are kept in various logs that he stores all over the Kawanii lands in secret locations that he is sure no one will find. Though he will gladly share any of his information with his brothers if it will help them to further their missions, or to even help those that he is teaching to understand something about the world better.
Although he is the strong silent type, Shiro is never more alive or animated than when he is teaching the foals or others. Becoming just as happy and excited as his small students, he can be seen jumping around and laughing as if he is a foal himself! Though it is probably a silly sight for most to behold when such a large stallion is prancing around daintily around small foals, he enjoys every moment of what he does. Taking pride in all the work he does with them. He believes above all else that one of his callings in life is to help spread knowledge and wisdom to the younger generations of the world. This is especially strong in him when it comes to younger ones that will stay within their herd. The traditions and believings of the herd are the most important for the young ones to learn and pay attention to. Something that he and all his brothers believe in and will continue to spread, even when they are far away from the main branch of the herd. One of his biggest things he teaches beyond traditions is language. Though his other brothers, especially his two oldest, do not really see the value in learning the Kawanii language, it has helped them more than once on their missions. Shiro teaches them to speak, read, and write in the language, while also being sure to teach the younger ones their own language as well. Shiro is the best when it comes to languages and is often the one who will read any letters that they receive and pen the ones going out. It is a vital role for his brothers.
The gardens in their home are Shiro’s favorite place to be in the world. Filling them with various fruits, vegetables, and even his own mixes of plants. Really he tries to fill them with anything and everything that he thinks he and his brother might need. The plants that he experiments with are mostly for his brothers to attempt to make various poisons and antidotes with. They usually have a good varying degree of successes, something that he is very proud of. He does grow plants that are considered poisonous as well, though he keeps them away from the rest of the plants. Not wanting them to mingle with any of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Wouldn’t want anyone to end up getting hurt because they couldn’t tell one plant from the other. His knowledge of plants has come from years of experience with these plants. Each one he has tasted and identified on his own. The garden is often where Shiro will go and relax after he has had a bad day. Someone can always tell when he has had a bad day because he will spend an unusually long time away from his brothers in the garden. Anyone who goes into his garden when he is having a bad day will end up being snapped at. Shiro is not very tolerant when he has had a bad day. It’s really the only time that one will find him angry and that he will make himself known and his problems with you known. It’s always best to stay away from the garden when he is having a bad day.
Being a Practitioner of Ceremonies is important to keep his own peace of mind and to be sure that he can help his brothers in as many ways he possibly can. It is an important job that extends to doing lifemate ceremonies and even funerals, if one is so inclined for either. He is still learning a few of them from his older brother and head of the herd, Inari. For the most part though, he is capable of going out and doing things on his own. Being a Practitioner tends to leak into other aspects of his life as well. When he kills a target, he will offer a prayer for their soul so that they may pass on to the other life in peace. This is not something that he does because he feels bad for doing his job and killing others. He does this because if he doesn’t, he believes that there will be a black cloud of doubt and bad luck surrounding him. This will last until he offers a prayer for forgiveness. This forgiveness would come from the one that he had taken the life of, naturally. After prayers he always feels better. This also extends to his hunting. Always praying over any of his prey and the meals that he and his brothers eat. This is simply something he believes must be done in order to keep the peace in his mind and body.
Although Shiro is a large and rather gruff looking stallion, he isn’t mean by any stretch of the imagination. He is the most gentle thing anyone could ever come in contact with. Though most don’t get to see this side of him, it is there. It’s simply that they must be a bigger part of his life than someone he simply observes and goes back to his everyday life after. He is more kind to mares than to stallions though. Seeing them as a kind of delicate flower that needs to be taken care of much like his garden. It would take a very feminine stallion for him to treat them that way. ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▃ ▂ ▁「 Mate Preferences 」xxxxHe is open to loving just about anyone and everyone who catches his interest. But catching his interest is the most important part. He wouldn't even think about getting with anyone who didn't catch his eye first. Though this is such a high thing on his list, he does have a preference to beautiful things. Especially beautiful things that remind him of flowers. Though very open to different genders and such, he is NOT open to others who are inherently "evil." This may seem like a silly thing for an assassin to worry about, but it's important to him that whoever he may decide to mate with is not defiled in such a way. It adds to the beauty of the other.xxxxOOCly: He will be open for flings, but after one or two I would prefer to find him a permanent mate. Probably someone who would be within the herd. I would also prefer that his mates have paws. Though this may be worked around if he gets along swimmingly with a character without paws. Personalities meshing is going to be VERY important, along with the overall look. RP is going to be required. At least a light RP to see how well they click together. This is unfortunate, of course, but it was something that was completely unavoidable.
