9|| The mares in this contests I would greatly prefer to stay in the Herd. I hope not to see you trying to plan them to leave to join another herd as they were made specifically for this herd. If I do (while I cannot do anything about it), I will be disappointed!

Some information on Yakbears:: ♦ Yakbears are the embodiment of a mixture of a bear-pawed terror and the subtle hints of Water Ulun'suti heritage. ♦ They are large in stature, with a thick coat of fur to protect them from the elements they seek so hardily to survive and thrive in. ♦ They are carnivorous in nature and will become ill if they try to eat grass or other plant matter - even the common herbal remedies used by the Helbredes causes their stomachs to turn. ♦ They have the need to hunt normally daily (unless others hunt for them) and have a substantial appetite that can put most other Soquili to shame - rather gluttonous! ♦ In battle, though bulky in stature, they tend to move across the cold grounds of their territories with practiced ease - their wide feet acting in a snowshoe-like fashion so they don't fully sink in deep snow. ♦ Sharp claws and teeth and large horns make them very deadly in combat, and they are not against using sheer size against their adversaries. ♦ They tend to strike toward soft spots on their enemy - face, throat, stomach - anywhere that can potentially blind or maim them, before they go in for a finishing blow that will likely kill their foe. ♦ In deep winter, they are commonly found napping - very much like the bears and their hibernating ways in the wintertime - and can be easily roused to irritation and anger if bothered.
♦ With being part 'Suti, they have the minute ability to summon a pool of water. that is no larger than themselves. They can manipulate it to be used as a weak barrier against another, slowing down an attack (up to two physical hits). The water wall weakly circles the water user, but is purely defensive. It shatters after two hits (either from the enemy, or the user inside). Splash can only be used once a day, either as a small pool to drink from or to form a barrier. Water can be summoned in smaller increments throughout the day, but in the end its about the same amount of water per day.

Name: Yrsa Meaning: "Bear" Role: Queen Personality: Yrsa is someone you really wouldn't want to be your opponent in a fight. She is the Eldest and largest of the six sisters and will flaunt her girth at every opportunity. She is both a lover and a fighter, with the will and the strength to protect that which she loves and cherishes - which is her family and her Tribe. She had a boisterous humor and a very loud, thundering laugh that is a normal thing to hear echoing throughout the caverns of Hjordheim. But even with this humor, do not cross her or make her angry - it is a bad idea. She rises like a dragon from it's slumber, looking to take down that which has caused the affront. And very much attempt to maim or kill them for whatever it may have been. It is a good idea to run - or try to turn her attention!
Second-Born Name: Sága Meaning: "Seeing One" Role: High Priestess Personality: Sága is the polar opposite of her elder sister, though is second born. She is slow to anger, and is a very calm, gentle creature. She has devoted her all to the gods, but her family is always there and knows of her love for them. She loves to be around foals, and is not without trying to love on smaller Tribe members if they give her a reason. She is easily amused, though her humor is not always all that funny - she tries! You will never see Sága in battle, nor will she trouble herself in becoming angry - that's what Yrsa is for.

Sixth-Born Name: Sigrún Meaning: "Secret victory" Role: Dreng Personality: Sigrun is family oriented as her culture dictates, but she is overshadowed by her sisters and seeks to make a name for herself. Her queen will always have her loyalty, but Sigrun wants to prove that she can be more than just a loyal sister. She strives to become a better fighter, a great leader, so that she may aid Queen Yrsa properly and bring glory to their family.
