Kaiden walked into the training grounds, confident and ready for what he had to do. He was tired of being the weaker one in his team and certainly the weaker one out of him and kenebo. He got to a secluded part of the fields, sat down and made the lotus position with his body to begin meditation. He took a deep breath, inhaling for 5 seconds and exhaling for another 5 seconds. He went deep inside his own mind and begun to feel for the center of his chakra pool. He began by focussing all of the chakra into the dead center and letting it expand little by little.
The motions he was going through was like a beating heart but for his chakra pool. This was the method his older brother had taught him and he was going to utilize it to become stronger. He first needed to expand his chakra pool before he could continue into the next phase. He felt his chakra pool slowly expand a second time, first being when he started. He was slowly getting used to breathing slowly and controlling his chakra at the same time. His breathing was so quiet now, yet he was still inhaling the same amount of air into his lungs.
The process of expanding his chakra pool was going to be long but it had to be done if he was going to become stronger in using his ninjutsu. His chakra pool began to grow bigger inside of him. He could feel the pressure become more intense as it became larger. It was a good thing it was growing in small increments other wise he was going to explode. He wondered if Feza and Mariko knew the same intense feeling.
Time passed as the boy sat in the shade, while inside his body chakra was building up. His chakra pool felt like it had grown three times its size since he started. Kaiden had drowned out all outside noises from around him. He could only hear his own soft breathing and nothing else. His chakra flowed at a constant rate into the center of his chakra pool like a flowing river. The boy was understanding how chakra control worked as he was using it more and more in his ninjutsu. He could feel he was gaining more chakra but he knew he would have to stop soon otherwise his joints would look up and he could do some damage to his chakra pool.
The boy was coming towards the end of his meditation session, breathing at a slow pace while manipulating the chakra inside of him. He could finally understand why his brother did this, in a way he was alot like Satoru when it came to abilities and knowledge. The flow of chakra had swollen his chakra pool to an extra tenth of its original size and he could definitely feel the difference. He felt alot more powerful now as the flow began to fade. He let the chakra flow go back to normal before he slowly opened his eyes and he got up from where he was sitting. His whole body was on fire but the sacrifice was worth it, he had gained a deeper chakra pool so he could use more ninjutsu in combat.

Kaiden waited for the feelings in his muscles to fade before he began to walk towards the center of the field. He looked over to where the tree line started, turning his body to face the trees. “I need to do as much damage to them as possible,” he said as he clasped his hands. He channeled his chakra to the palms of his hands as he prepared himself. “Wind Style: Violent wind palm,” he commanded as he parted his hands and he thrusted his right open palm. As he did a powerful gale of wind burst from his hand and hit the trees. Leaves and branches were torn away as the attack struck.
He channeled more of his chakra to his palms, he was not going to give up until he became the strongest ninjutsu user in kumo for sure. “Again, wind style: violent wind palm,” he shouted as he thrusted his left palm forward. Sending another powerful gale of wind towards the helpless trees. The gale hit the trees, ripping away branches and loose pieces of bark off the trunks. He was slowly chipping away at the trees and it was going to work.
“I will become stronger!” He shouted as he focused more chakra into his hands. He had watched his friends all become so powerful, and now it was going to be his turn. “Wind style: Violent wind palm!” He shouted again as he sent another blast of wind towards the trees. He felt himself being forced half an inch away from the blast as the shockwave affected his body. He could feel a small strain on his chakra but he was going to ignore it.
He made sure to pace himself, not pushing himself unnecessarily. He let his chakra flow at a constant rate through his arms and into his palms. He drew his right palm back to then thrust it forward, sending out the next powerful gale of wind towards the trees. The strain had not grown but he was starting to notice it more with each jutsu. He had felt it before but he had just increased his chakra pool so his body was still getting used to the extra amount of energy inside of him.
For some reason he felt his body turning so he went with the motion. Storing a massive amount of chakra in his right arm as he pivoted on his right foot anti-clockwise. “Wind style: Beast wave palm,” he mentally commanded as he brought his right arm round. Sending an even more powerful wave of compressed wind currents. The wave hit the trees, taking big chunks off the trunks and even ripping the bigger branches away. He was understanding how he could use his wind style jutsu in one flowing motion to keep enemies at a longer distance and still deal alot of damage from far away. He was really starting to feel the strain on his muscles and chakra pool now. His breathing was becoming more heavy as he spent so much chakra. He had no idea how the jonin or his older brothers did this constantly everyday.
Kaiden took a few seconds before he began to channel more chakra into his palm. He brought his left palm back, aiming for the few trees with a few leaves left. “Wind style: Violent wind palm,” he bellowed as he shot a wave of wind at the trees. After this jutsu, he had stripped all of the trees of their leaves. Now he was going to strip them of their branches. His breathing was becoming even more heavy, his right arm had become sore as that was his dominant jutsu casting arm. He took a while before he got his breathing under control. His wiped away the sweat that had gathered on his forehead before he got ready to cast the next jutsu.
Kaiden was starting to do alot of damage to the trees, he figured it ws time to bring out the big guns. He made a few hand seals, the final one being the ram hand seal. He focused his chakra through his lungs and into his mouth. “Wind style: Powerful wind wave,” he mentally commanded as he took a deep breath. When he exhaled in an almighty push, he fired out a blade of compressed wind. He quickly took another breath and fired a second one. The two joined together to form an X shape which cut through 3 trees, completely ripping them apart.
He smiled but the happiness was short lived as a massive wave of dizziness came over him. He knew the constant use of chakra was not healthy after his chakra pool had been deepened but he was going to plow through it. He did not wait for it to subside before he channeled chakra into his right palm.
He thrusted his palm forward and shot another violent wind palm to rip away any more branches from the trees. He was getting a bit more used to the strain as the headache subsided. He channeled his chakra into both arms, he had first used this jutsu on a rock so this was going to be easier. He took a few steps forward, he jumped into the air while twisting his body. He released the chakra in his arms as the spun towards the trees. He shot two beast wave palms directly at the trees, taking down several more trees with it. He did not feel the strain as much now, he was truely getting used to casting many jutsu’s one after the other.
Kaiden could feel the flow of chakra become more like a normal body function, he was not having to think about it as much. He focused chakra into his palms and clapped them hard together, releasing a powerful wave of compressed wind. He was changing the training grounds appearance but he did not care. He was going to become kenebo's equal and he was going to do it now through this. Kaiden was exerting huge amounts of chakra by doing this but he needed to stretch it out and put his body through its paces in order to become more powerful.
Kaiden could feel his arms strain and ache now but he did not care, he had to keep going. He focused more chakra into his palms and let loose another gale of wind that rushed through the trees and knocked away every last leaf. Kaiden was down to the trunks and he was determined to rip them from the ground. He was going to prove that he was the best jutsu user there had ever been, then maybe people would not take him as a joke.
The boy was running low on chakra but he continued to focus it into his palms. His body began to droop slightly as more sweat cascaded from his arm pits and forehead. He rose his hands and clapped them together, a shot of pain running through his right arm as he did so. This caused the next gale of wind to fly over the trees. Kaiden cursed before he got ready for his next jutsu. Kaiden was so grateful that he meditated first, otherwise he might of run out of chakra at this point.
The boy kept his focus on the trees as more chakra flowed through his body, making his muscles ache even more. He winced at the pain but he decided to ignore it best he could. He rose his hands and he clapped them, aiming for the trees this time. The gale shot out but it did not affect the trees anymore as the trunks were too strong. Kaiden cursed again, he knew he was going to have to use more power if he wanted to succeed. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, letting his lungs have a quick rest.
Kaiden thought back to when Saturo had denied him of brotherly bonding time and he rarely saw kai. He did not need Satoru or kai to train after then and he did not need them now. He also remembered the time the two had fought over something to do with his missing older brother Shenron. he remembered the lightning, lasers and gale storms flying all over the place. He wanted to be that strong, he had to become that strong if he was to be recognized. He channeled wind chakra into his lungs as he formed several hand seals. As the final seal was made, he opened his mouth and shot two blades of wind one after the other to form an X shape which ripped through a quarter of the remaining trees.
He smiled as he breathed heavily, he was so close and could feel the casting of jutsu's becoming so natural to him. He formed the same hand seals and channeled his wing chakra to perform the same jutsu, this time taking out a considerably higher amount of trees. There were not many trees left and Kaiden could feel he had one more jutsu left in him before he would possibly pass out. He straightened himself out, every muscle in his body in pain from the sheer amount of jutsu casting.
He formed the same hand seals as before as he channeled the last amount of chakra he had. He opened his mouth and shot the two blades at the remaining trees. As the final few trees had shattered, a wave of accomplishment washed over the boy as he completed his goal. He could feel how easy the final jutsu's had come to him as he cast them. Kaiden turned away from the shattered mess and stumbled into one of the corners of the training grounds. He had finally become a ninjutsu specialist and he was a force to be reckoned with for sure!

Kaiden sat in the corner in the lotus position. He knew the others would be meeting here so he thought he might aswell regain his chakra. He had not shown what he was capable of yet to his fellow team mates so his sudden affinity to ninjutsu would seem like he had always had it. He knew that was not the case but he was not going to tell them that.
As he sat in his corner, feeling his chakra slowly come back to him, he wondered how tough the challenge Sensei had for them would be for him. Especially after the strain his body had just gone through, he was lucky he could rest up before it happened. Kaiden was also curious about what Mariko could do. He had already seen what Feza could do, which did impress him but at the same time scare him. He wondered if fire style was the only thing she could do, or if there was something more to her he was just not seeing yet.
Kaiden also pondered on the idea of telling them about his kekkei genkai. Although his brothers had made the clan more notable and powerful, they were still not notorious throughout the whole village. That was the one thing kaiden was really excited for, shooting lasers from his hands at stuff, not he could cause some mayhem with that!
Kaiden's chakra was almost fully recharged, the extra chakra he gained from meditating earlier would definately help him later. He could now use jutsu easier and more frequently. Now all he needed to do was learn more powerful jutsu so he could really deliver some power. He was not just happy with his mastery of ninjutsu, he wanted to accomplish more and that was what he was going to do.

Fūton: Jūha Shō - [Wind Release: Beast Wave Palm] Rank: C A strong gathering of chakra in the arm is used to release this technique. It does not require any hand seals and once the person swipes their arm in a horizontal motion a wave of wind-chakra is sent from their arm at a high speed that will slash almost any material. A skilled shinobi would be able to send multiple slashes of the wave in rapid succession.

A few days had past since the last time he saw his genin and the last time he would get to see his brother. Forever. The death of Kazuto took a toll on Kai but after a few days he would have recouped enough to train his genin again. It was the least he could do seeing that he left in such a hurry before.
Walking into the training grounds he could see that Kaiden was already there. Now they just had to wait for the other two."Ah I see your already here Kaiden. I apologize for the other day I lost someone close to me and needed to attend the funeral... I hope I didn't upset you guys too much?"He said to him calmly.

Kaiden did not move from his spot until his chakra reserves were all filled up. He may have seemed a tad rude as he was still sitting when Sensei showed up. "Good morning Sensei, and i'm actually glad our session was posponed, gave me time to deepen my chakra pool," he said with a smile as he jumped up from his corner and he bowed to show the man respect. Kaiden kinda liked Kai, yes he was quite attractive... yeah Kaiden was really starting to question his sexuality. But it wasn't just that, he almost looked and acted as an older brother from his clan. "He might be a good role model, I will have to see as he tries to teach us new skills," Kaiden thought to himself as he brushed the dust of his a**. "So teach, what we learning today?" kaiden said with a cheeky grin, he was happy he would finally have a formal teacher and not some stolen scrolls to work off.

Hinako left the building and walked down the streets. Everyone stopped and stared with big wide eyes as Hinako walked passed them with a smile plastered on her face. She waved hello and gave nods as everyone she passed just bowed in respect. She spoke to those who talked to her, not wanting to come out rude and just ignore them and thanks to the small talk she manage to find where Kai was at. He was at the training ground with his genin and Hinako wanted to drop by to see how he was doing. She was sure better then her as her eyes never matched her smile but it was easily fooled to the villager. Hinako walked for a bit stopping and asking where the training ground was until some shop owner was kind enough to guide her to the training field. She smiled and thanked him as she cautiously approached Kai and his genin. She didn't want to make him uncomfortable nor the young genin and so she stopped a few distance away.

Curiously Mariko was not annoyed by the journey she would have to make from the coastal region of Kumogakure to the training ground. She was not annoyed after receiving the summons by a ninja her sensei had finally made his way back but decided to have the team meet at the training grounds. What annoyed Mariko was at the embarrassment she felt after she allowed her mind to be distracted by her obsession with her novella. Matatabi felt the uneasiness of her host, wanting nothing but to comfort her as Mariko took slightly lingering steps towards the entrance of the training grounds. She was not prepared for whatever would be said in regards to her actions; however, she hoped they would ignore her intrusive outbursts and continue on the training assignment given before.
Cautiously with her steps still a slight shuffle, Mariko began to see what resembled her sensei and one of the fellow team members. She rose her hand to wave, hoping in part they would ignore her and allow her to mellow in self loathing. Truly the outbursts she created were nothing for her to worry about, but she considered other people's opinions when it came to herself. Would she truly be able to recover her self esteem after this? Chances were she would with a new obsession to write what she felt into a journal entry, processing it later into character development.
Kaiden listened to Sensei Kai, making sure he understood what was going to happen today. When Kai mentioned about not having to worry about destroying stuff, his eyes quickly darted to where the destroyed trees were then back to Kai. He did not want the man realizing that Kaiden was already ahead of him when it came to destroying stuff. "Well I can't wait to begin and prove I can be a true shinobi!" Kaiden said with a smile. He was excited they were finally going to train and be taught by a real jonin. Kaiden out of the corner of his eye spotted a women behind Kai about ten or more meters back. He leaned to the right and raised an eyebrow, "Um hello?" he half shouted so the women could hear him.

▬▬▬▬ι═══════════════ﺤ || Running into the training grounds after her brief nap to energize herself and regain some chakra that was lost with her previous fight, Feza panted hard as she came to a stop, hunkering over and placing her hands on her knees, she exhaled for a short moment before slowly getting up, "I'm here! Sorry I'm late!" She said before hunkering over once more. She wasn't use to running places after she first wakes up- hell she probably would have forgotten her bo-brush if it weren't always next to her. gyuki only seemed to sigh at the girl with her whole performance of being late to train, "Kokuo has no idea how disappointing you are to me..." Feza looked to the ground with the sudden remark but brushed it off as she looked to her squad mates and sensei. || ▬▬▬▬ι═══════════════ﺤ
Hinako was spotted, and not wanting to be rude she walked towards Kai and his Squad. While she was approaching, something zipped by her. It was the last squad member from his group and she was trying to catch her breath because she was late. Hinako had to chuckle because there was time where she was always late. She always got in trouble because she would be out late with Kazu... HInako shut her mind off from the member as she looked at Kai then his squad. "Forgive me for interrupting. I am just here trying to get to know the Jonin from this village." Hinako grabbed his file and then seen on his list the names of the Genin he is training, Feza, Himura, and Mariko. "How is everyone today? I am Hinako Yuki."
Kaiden could not wait to get started and it seemed everyone was her. He was suprised to see Feza running upto them being late. He would of thought she was the prompt one who took everything seriously. Kaiden mentally shrugged at the thought and guided his attention towards the woman that was walking upto them. He had not seen her before but he could tel she was a shinobi, maybe a jonin or chunin. Kaiden's eyes quickly darted to the two girls, he could see that Mariko was keeping to herself, he bet in battle she would be strong as the quiet ones were usually the deadliest, just like a fart funny enough. Kaiden giggled at the thought, the others would probably scold him for the immature image. The woman began to introduce herself and explain why she was hear, her explanation was good enough for Kaiden so he held his hand out for her to shake. "Hey i'm Kaiden, the best jutsu user among all the genin," he said with a bright and wide smile on his face, cheerful and big headed as ever. "You might know my brother Kai Himura who is in the ANBU," he told the woman. Every chance kaiden got to make his clan look good, he would take it. He wanted everyone to know that the Himura were the best clan Kumo had to other.

Mariko had been focused on the issue at hand, her behavior as one who held the kind beast with Matatabi. She would be lectured later intensely about her intrusive actions and little focus on the events which unfolded before her. She reacted almost automatically with a wave back at Kai and the others, finally making her way to stand entirely in front of the group.
