General Rules
1.) During Events, we will hold a sign up sheet a few weeks before, and only those who signed up may attend. However, if you recently came back from vacation or just joined, you may ask to sign up and depending on where the event is, you may join in. But during an event, all I ask is that you stay active. If you have life getting in the way and cannot be on much, please as least try to post some as there are prizes in some events, and must be otherwise earned.
2.) Follow Gaia's TOS at all times.
3.) No harrasing anyone ever. We are a family and will continue to be one. Please be friendly!
4.) No talk about religion is permitted. At all. I don't want people starting fights. If you want to talk about that, move it out of our guild please. ^^

Battle Rules
1.) You can only control your character's. You can't control other people's!
Example:
Bad: Pikachu attacked squirtle. Squirtle got sent flying and died!
Good: Pikachu attacked squirtle, hoping to attack.
2.) You can only battle the elite - 4 once per month. You can battle a gym once every 3 days.
3.) Absolutely no power playing / god modding during opponent battles or any kind of battle! That is when you automatically make yourself the winner. Please refrain from that, please keep in mind during battles the speed of the Pokemon, the attack power, and it's defense.
4.) When you know your losing, you have to know when to stop and admit you lost. If you just keep going and going and going, and not taking in any amount of damage you've been given, you'll be banned from that battle. Example? If you have a butterfree, and that butterfree has been hit more than 3 times with Fire Blast...and you still refuse to admit defeat, you'd be banned from the battle you're currently in...;-;
5.) You can't just dodge every attack thrown at you, it has to hit at least half of the time. And if you do dodge, take the time to remember every time you dodge...you have to add how tired your Pokemon is becoming from doing it. When you run, you get tired after all, right? :3

Rules of the Wild
1.) When you pick one of the region's, you can only catch the pokemon on the list of whichever location you are, rolling a dice that decides which jumps out at you.
2.) You can only catch one pokemon a day. However you can continue to keep rolling on a Pokemon to train on and get some EXP. You are able to travel from region to region, forest to lake, for the Pokemon you desire though.

Pokemon Rules
1.) You may only gain four levels a day, please no form of cheating. This would mean editing in a level in which your Pokemon has not achieved yet.
2.) Please refrain from giving yourself a Pokemon you have not yet caught.
3.) You may keep up to as many Pokemon in your PC as you please.
4.) Evolving a Pokemon works the same way as the show. Once it reaches a certain level or is used an item on, it can evolve. Use Serebii to help with trying to figure out how to evolve a Pokemon. Some Pokemon have different ways of evolving, and all evolve at different levels.
5.) Your Pokemon may learn as many moves as it can, but you may only learn them at a certain level. Serebii will provide that information for you.
6.) The attacks your pokemon uses must be able to learn them. Meaning, a pikachu can use thunderbolt...but a charmander can't use surf!

Character Rules1.) You may own up to as many characters as you can handle, and each character may catch there own Pokemon.
2.) Your character must not be anything below the age of 8. This only counts for a gifted Pokemon. When you are age 10, that is when you get your starter.
3.) Only one Pokemon you may have at the start, whether it be a gift from your parents, or a starter from your region.
4.) Please post your character in the Profile Acceptance subforum by making a new topic, (Not in here) and wait for it to be accepted by either myself, a crew, or a Vice Captain. Please do not post until we have accepted it!
5.) You may be whatever you desire, a coordinator, trainer, breeder, but if you wish to become a leader of one of the Organizations, or an Elite Four, or a Gym Leader, you must sign up for it! I will post a link here once the thread is completed.
6.) Please fill every section out.
7.) If you have any questions, please don't be afraid to ask! I'm happy to help! c:
8.) You can post once I have accepted you profile and marked it with a ✪.
9.) You may edit your character profile as much as you like to fit your tastes, just please keep all of the info there. : 3
10.) Canon characters are allowed.
11.) You're only allowed to pick a starter from the region you came from. For example, if you've picked the Sinnoh...you only have piplup, chimchar, and turtwig as your starter choices. Will add more if I need to...

Roleplaying Rules
1.) Please...be literate as possible! Dnt tlk lyk dis. You must be able to at least type a paragraph.
2.) Don't spam! Post in the correct topic.
3.) You can only control your character's. You can't control other people's!

4.) You can be realistic, so this is like a real-life community.
This means you can go ahead and do whatever you so desire, be that you continue to follow the rules and not bend any.
5.) If your character is in love with another thats fine but please just keep it limited PG, kissing is fine but don't overdo it. Cybering, stripping, explicit scenes etc. would get you a warning or most likely a ban so please avoid from doing any of that.
6.) Absolutely no cheating, if I catch you cheating anything like levels or exp, I will give you 3 chances before you're banned. I hate having to resort to that, so please don't cheat.
7.) If somebody wants to roleplay with you guys, please let them. Don't force others out, unless there's a reason; like they're spamming it up or it's a 2-player roleplay or something. Please be nice to everybody.
8.) Officer Jenny, any of the Professor, and Nurse Joy will be played by me (or anyone who wants to play one). When talking to them, please don't role play as them, the person in charge of them will quote you when they get to you.
