LaRousse City is a city located in the Hoenn region. It is a technologically advanced city with moving walkways and a enormous presence of Block Bots. The city's main power source seems to be its wind turbines. The most famous attraction in LaRousse is the Battle Tower. There have been a few sighting of two Deoxys roaming the city.
