Arkham Canteen and Mess Hall
Despite the public outcry to starve some of the Arkham inmates to death, Arkham still puts on food for its residents that are allowed to leave their cells (which admittedly is not many). The large dining hall is littered with long wooden benches for the criminals to eat at.
There is a rigorous security detail and most cutlery is plastic to avoid incident. Due to the nature of the inmates at Arkham, no one is quite sure as to whether or not they should trust their judgement on the food.
