This was mission 5 for Danirate Levinski. This is the mission for the Greater Helmet of the Red Rubra Wisteria Tree, the 5th piece in a set of six pieces of armor. Once he has reached the objective of having completely gathered all 6 parts of the armor he had been commissioned to accomplish in the form of the 6 missions he has been undertaking, he would achieve a milestone in growing his strength and reputation as a formidable beyond formidable fighter, a warrior to be thought twice, scratch that, more than twice so much more than twice of before crossing.
Danirate Levinski was almost at the point of being done with these series of quests for his goal at advancement, yes yes he could feel how close he was in the near maniacal triumph he would experience at the thought of only having one more quest to get out of the way after this one was over with the stamp sealing his success in the form of having obtained this artifact he was to retrieve. In his mind, it was already in his grasp, he was positive and so so absolutely certain the end was near for this part of his endeavoring and bigger and better things were next. He was ready for them!
These thoughts occupied Danirate Levinski, the so so very great, very incredible Danirate Levinski as he went through the burden of having to stock up on supplies before setting out and thus he was less impatient than he would have been otherwise, he reckoned. He mounted his steed again and part of him wondered as they both set out to the first step of this 5th journey how long his horse would manage not running away before the likely possibility of his steed running away would actually happen with the high chance that this would come about given the events that had transpired to this effect numerous times in the history of these quests as Danirate has undertaken them.

It was a rat that attacked him during the start of this 5th journey for the artifact of this quest, in fact, a rat! And the infernal varmint bit him, yes bit him the so marvelous and magnificent Danirate Levinski was bitten by a rat, a rat that dared to bite him! And yes and and and with emphasis through repetition: no no no no no no no with more emphasis by repetition he was not going crazy from all the questing and such and such blah etc blah blah etc blah blah blah! Perhaps the presence of his steed actually attracted annoying disturbances in the form of rats, spiders, snakes, and the like but it was him that was targeted as opposed to his horse. He was the calm one, make no mistake about this. His steed's getting startled was the reason behind his horse cramping his style as the shocked movement in excess on the part of his mount for example had resulted in the earlier mishap with the spider encounter. Then the snakes, at this point, Danirate Levinski chose not to further bother thinking about the thoughts of recollections crossing his mind to be recalled as he mentally shoved them aside if they tried to resurface.
The most important matter about all this is that he had triumphed yet again! The artifact was in his secure hold and he lifted it with great pride in himself and his perseverance, determination, admirable existence, and all! He had not succumb to the hallucinations the weirdness that stalked him throughout the quests had attempted to induce in him in the form of illness and accompanying attempts at discouraging that all failed to deter him. He conquered each and every obstacle and he would continually do so to always rise as the winner!
