With one battle out of the way, Abbi thought she would just lead Eldrid back to the Great Hall and patch them both up, but they had another creature to deal with first. It hopped out at them, startling the girl enough that she didn't even attack, she just ran back and hid behind the man. "I am not scared, simply startled!" She told him once she'd realized how silly she was being.

Incidentally, Elly had already been licking his wounds on his arms lightly, when they were accosted with another creature, sending the little one reeling behind him.
Laughing lightly, he grabbed his Horseman's Pick again, hefting it in his hand before looking down at her.
"It's alright. Let's teach it a lesson for scaring you!"

"Right!" Before she could set about doing as he'd suggested, another fighter joined the fray and did a bang up job of attacking. The girl cheered for them and swiped the monster with her glaive, quick as she could.

Oh, goodness that was a lot of explosions.
As Abby and the new fighter worked on the boss, he just sot of stood there, going to wave to the new fighter.
"Fantastic work, thank you very much!" He called out, before finding a little ticket at his feet. He may have danced a bit.
Danirate's greeting to them both was a lifted hand as he grinned triumphantly with his reply, "Our strength grows."
