Personality: Psyche can be aloof and cruel, though a great deal of this is due to a curse which greatly afflicts her persoanlity. Because she has been prevented from loving anyone, she tends to keep herself seperate from everyone around her, not socializing, especially with anyone weak who may not be able to break her from her curse. Her greatest desire is to be free, above all else, and she hopes one day she will meet someone who will truly care for her and free her from the chains that bind her.

Biography: Psyche was born to a family of runts, and was abandoned by her father -she assumed for that reason- and left to be with their physically ill and weak mother. Two of her siblings died at a young age, and despite the ailments of her family, Psyche grew up fast in hopes that she might be able to protect them. Because of this desire, Psyche grew up to be exceptionally strong, despite her lowly beginnings. She took it upon herself to protect the rest of her family, which was otherwise incapable of protecting itself.
Then, one day, Psyche returned home and discovered that her entire family had been slaughtered... by her own father. In a blind rage, she fought him and eventually defeated him... but at a cost. Her father told her that his line was cursed, and that in every generation a child would be born who was unable to love anyone: Except the one who defeated them. Once they were defeated, the curse would be passed on to another member of the family. Because Psyche defeated her father, she became the only one he could ever care for, and similarily, she took on his newly broken curse and was unable to love any but the one who could beat her in battle.
"Through flight, through fear, and through your own fights... you will never be free."
Psyche's father, though injured, fled after that, unable to cope with the fact that his daughter was not only his only love, but would also be unable to love anyone else herself. Psyche, however, did not leave her birthplace, instead deciding to remain. Slowly, word spread of the cheetah girl cursed to love only the one who defeated her, and many came in an attempt to free her from her curse, and have her love for themselves... but none could beat her.
And a pile of bodies is now Psyche's only company.

Biography: Usingizi is, unfortunately, what most would consider… not all that bright. But the trick with him is more discovering what he IS good at. He isn’t what most would think of as overly-ambitious, mischievous, or… well, apparently, that interested in anything at all. But what he does is he finds something to fixate on. What does he fixate on? What all cheetahs know and love. Running. Usingizi feels the need for speed in a big way… but if you asked him to name something that had nothing to do with running/speed/some show of athleticism in the next fifty seconds? Probably wouldn’t get much of a response… he doesn’t really focus on much else. He’s a nice enough guy. He’d just rather be taking off at the speed of light, and can often be found bounding around the boarders of the pride… and can carry back news at the same speed as some adults. He should watch himself, or he’ll pull something.
