What do we do and
Do we choose our partners then choose the mission or do it the reverse way

But basically:
Make your first Pokemon's profile in the Team Database, then go and complete the first mission. It's located HERE. First Post!
After you finish you'll be rewarded and then can roll for your partner!

First off i wanna say thank you so much for making this guild and thank you even more for inviting me!! (:
As for a question, do you think we could join someones team? Like join an already existing team? I feel like itd make it more enjoyable because it feels like were just talking to ourself otherwise. I dunno maybe im not thinking right or not understanding but is there anyway to communicate with others? Or do you just communicate when not on missions? Im very confused x3 also will there be story arcs?

You're welcome~ I hope the guild is as fun as the last few I was in!
You can do co-op teams with other members yes! You can make a post in the Ooc board asking if anyone wants to do one with you!
Co-op teams still have to do the starting mission first, but we'll go ahead and let you roll for a partner beforehand and you can RP out the mission.
I'll make a thread dedicated to how Co-op teams work and link it here for you!
The teams are basically just your collection of characters, they CAN interact with other teams and you can RP whenever you like!
Just make a thread in the guild or the guild locations subboard!
You can also make team rooms where others can drop in with their characters to say hello!
There will be story arcs soon but the first few Chapters (which is what we call our story arcs) will be focused on getting the guild rolling!
The entire story arc itself isn't anything too crazy (YET) and there is a 'villain' as well who will pop up eventually!
If you want I can make a startup RP thread to show you how it works and we could RP. You have to have your Team Leader's profile done first before RPing though! :3

If I'd known there'd be that much interest I'd have made it sooner! xD
There's a bit more work required for co-op teams but that's because there are two people working on the mission instead of one!
And HERE is an example of an OPEN roleplay thread! If you want to do a private thread with someone just make sure PRIVATE is in the title!
When you finish the thread, mark it as closed so it can be archived! :3

Yes you can~ You make your team leader first and earn your recruit once that's done but you can roleplay immediately after making that first character!

Oh i get what your saying. ^^ and nty its fine i know what you mean. Ima make my profile tomorrow, need time to think of a pokemon.
A few more questions.
What are your views on a shiny?
Will there be a battle system and lvling? Like when you fight will there be a hp bar?
Do you have to evolve your pokemon? And if you dont have too, can it still be just as strong as the evolved? Sorry for so many weird questions i get so curious x3

Questions are fine! They help get things sorted out!
We allow shiny Pokemon, albino Pokemon and recolored Pokemon as long as they still look like the Pokemon they are suppose to be!
My Pikachu for example has really muted colors with some gray, but he still looks like a Pikachu!
The only leveling system is MP which moves you up in the ranks of the guild! But chapters will have a HP bar and dice will determine if your character takes damage and how much damage they do!
Also you NEVER have to evolve your Pokemon if you don't want to, and we determine strength by experience so them being unevolved isn't an issue!
