Open-ended Questions:
Individual Plot Ideas (Personality, RP, Etc)? I see him as taking after his mother a bit more, carefree and adventurous, constantly poking his nose where it shouldn't be. He's smaller than some other B'alam, but that doesn't stop his obnoxious ways. He is full of energy, never able to sit still, and rather easily distracted. He's recently become a bit of a thief, taking very small and so far invaluable things from other B'alam, such as maybe a feather piece, or some other small,shiny thing. He has a hard time making friends because of how aloof he can be, but once someone sticks around and gets past his silly personality, they will find an extremely caring and loyal friend.
Family Plot Ideas? He loves his family, and will do anything for them. He's often the one to instigate play fights between him and his siblings, and often gets scolded for it. He has the personality of his mother, but wants to be more like his father, doing whatever he can to keep his family safe, even if it means fighting and/or stealing. He is a bit closer to his brother than his sister (if they're both boys or both girls, he'd just be closer to one moreso than the other), because he relates to him a little bit more. Plus he just enjoys picking on his sister from time to time.

100-250 Word RP Drabble:
Being that you and your siblings are presently the only cubs in the colony and your parents are presently the only caretakers, almost all of the time is family bonding time. Today, your parents have taken you and your siblings to the underground water source again and your parents themselves have lost track of how many times you've all been there together to drink, play, and relax with each other's presence. The waterfall thunders before you. Briefly share a memorable part of this visit in your cub's experience.

The waterfall thundered and rolled through the cavern, cascading to the pool at the bottom. It frothed and seethed, white foam rolling from the bottom and outwards, steadily slowing, but not altogether dispersing. The foam was thick enough that one wouldn't see what was beneath it, and alas, this was how he surprised them. Skye had recently learned how to swim. He wasn't the best at it, but he was good enough to swim beneath the water for several moments before he needed to come up for air.

The two other cubs were sitting near the edge of the water, playing and wrestling. They had no idea what was about to happen. Suddenly, a white and blue head burst forth from the white foam, and Skye let loose a small roar, startling his siblings and making them flee back towards their parents. Skye laughed as he pulled himself from the water, shaking his pelt clean. He grinned widely, but his parents were already on their way over. Shyly he looked down as they scolded him for his recklessness, and for scaring his siblings, who were licking the water from their fluffed pelts. Skye was used to being scolded for these kinds of things, but this was the most fun he had had in the underground cavern so far. And he wouldn't let this spoil it for him.
