Skills? Well, that's an interesting story... I'm actually a bit of an explosives expert. Don't ask. I have a good amount of medical knowledge, too, especially considering my age, but I'm not... certified or anything, and I don't tend to use it as much as I maybe should. Mostly I just like knowing the anatomy and physiology of stuff. I can't really think of what else.... I don't tend to cook or anything, so I don't know how good I am at any of that stuff.
I guess you could say my 'Status' is that I'm currently a Trainer and an Ex-Member of Team Imperium. If that counts for anything
I'd say my preferred types are Psychic, Dark, and Poison, because of how I was trained.
Not sure I have a least favorite, but I'm less inclined towards Grass and Flying, for some reason. I'm not against them, though-- I just don't tend to connect with them as much. I don't know if that really even holds true since I havent exactly spent a lot of time trying with any of them.
People tend to say I'm anti-social, but I don't think that's quite accurate. It's more that I'm perfectly content being alone, or just with my pokemon. I tend to strongly dislike those people that are always friendly, or energetic, or optimistic-- if you've got that positive an attitude, you probably just don't really know what the world's like, or you're desperately trying to ignore it. I'm a pessimistic and expect the world to burn, in the end, but in the meantime, I plan on enjoying what I can get from it. I'm pretty comfortable with who I am, even if that person isn't the nicest, because at least I'm not a complete sociopath. I might have a major dark side, but I can be decent if I want, or see fit. Music is my life's passion, the one thing I constantly fall to, even if I don't make a lot of it myself. Musicians earn a lot of respect from me.
... You want to know about my past? Fine, okay. It's not that interesting, though. I grew up with two pretty affluent parents. I mean, they weren't absurdly rich, but they were pretty damn well off. I was never that into the whole 'wealthy lifestyle', and my parents didn't pressure me. But damn, I was bored with it. When I was in my teens, I managed to cross a couple of... interesting characters. Long story short, they recruited me into their group. It started by just coming to 'meetings', seeing what they were doing, basically hanging out. More and more, I got involved, and started participating, and eventually I left home and committed myself fully to the group. For the next several years I was taught to be a bomb mechanic, and work with the psychic pokemon the group, Team Imperium, specialized in, as well as the dark types that often accompanied them.
After a while, I got bored with that, too, and decided to leave-- and now I'm sort of wandering around, finding stuff to do.
Besides that, there's not much to my life, though I have been reading books about physiology and medicine since I was little. So I at least know some of that stuff, too.

Fritz finished cleaning his face off and looked up to see Oshawott positively fuming over his loss. The little guy sure was getting worked up over this. Was it because he just hated losing? Or was it because their trainer was, well... Kail. Personally, the fennekin had had fairly positive interactions with the trainer, but that didn't mean he was blind, or had missed how he generally treated them. And he'd consistently ignored any of the fox pokemon's tripping and overall klutziness, even when it held him back and made him have to run to catch up with the trainer. There was a distinct lack of empathy or interest that practically radiated from him... but at least he seemed able to... somewhat acknowledge the accomplishments of his pokemon. Sometimes.
With Oshawott gripping the consolation ticket in one little paw, and the others they'd earned in the other, the two started to look for their trainer. It wasn't very long before Kail found them, though, stepping out from one of the stands to stand in front of them. Oshawott, face burning with a furious blush, shot his little fists up to hand the tickets over, which Kail took, an oddly passive, cold expression on his face. Oshawott didn't seem to notice-- he wasn't even looking at him. Fritz, though, tilted his head questioningly to the side.
"We're leaving," he said simply, and this time both pokemon looked up in surprise, only to be returned to their pokeballs. Kail put the pokeballs away, looking down at the tickets, and pulling out the others he had got. It was too bad... he had a pretty good sum here. But, he had made up his mind on what he was going to do, and with the holo caster message he just got, he wasn't going to waste any time with it. He would go and get Cyndaquil and Lelanna... he would return Oshawott... and he'd figure out what to do with the others. Maybe he'd even keep a few, he wasn't sure... but he wasn't going to stick around the festival, so the tickets were useless.
He organized them into a two stacks, thumb and index finger holding each end to bend them, before snapping in, unleashing them into the air, and scattering them to the wind. Who knows, maybe they'd go to some good use for someone else... or something.
