This is probably the worst decision that I've ever made. Let's hope it doesn't blow up in my face and make me lock this down before it even takes off!
Back in previous eras of the community, every year we'd open a thread called the "Skill Assessment." Basically, you reply to the person who posted above you. What do you reply with?
- A compliment. - Constructive criticism. - Funny jokes. - Anything pertaining to their RP.
You think the person has a field to improve in but don't know how to say it? This is your chance to be open about it. The only thing I ask is that you leave your prejudices out of this. Constructive criticism only, if you're going to give criticism. AKA, don't be an a**.
Here's an example of what is not constructive criticism:
Trent: I hate your gimmick and you suck.
Here's an example of what IS constructive criticism:
Trent: You've got good direction with your gimmick, keep working on it. Try sucking a little less.
Of course I'm joking with that last bit, but you get the gist of it. I should note that posting in this thread does open you up to criticism, so please take it well. Keep it light-hearted, constructive, and have fun guys.

Unleash the TIGAAAAAH!!
Seriously, Tiger Hat can be the best writing character ever. Look into continuing to vary your writing style, and be even more cryptic.

2.0 is like a King here man, like his character, Kelly King! It's like, life imitating art or something! Or an internet life imitating art while the real life is unable to imitate art because of a lack of incest blood in the body! Dunno this is getting too deep!
He's good at the writing lark and maybe one day we'll be as good as him! All we can do is try! blaugh Have enjoyed writing with him when our paths have crossed, each time getting slightly more crazier than the last!

This is here for the same reason BitB is.
To get your cocks sucked.
Except this is just in 'Orgy-Slut' Mode.
Now excuse me.. *gets on knees, unzips King, gently tugs the special member out..* King, you're a legend. You're as solid as Chrono, Cartwright, Landry, Shanhan, Mad Dog, St. Joey.. y'know the Elite rper's. Y'all are gold encrusted diamonds with mad platinum storylines. I hate you all in insane jealousy. Go die.
I hope you got off on that, King Jizzwad.

*sigh*
I would have to suck off Cartwheels, here.
But his name was included in the list of compliments, when I suckled King.
So.. less people for me to service.

Hey. Hey. Hey.
Fox, you're one of my favorites when it comes to storytelling. Your developments with Guy Cancer over the years have been entertaining everytime you post, Ardomis has become one of the bigger guys that I'd love to compete against, and your story with Riker is one that I've been itching to see reach a finale. You're fantastic at what you do, and you do it well.
Plus, you've thoroughly intrigued me with Awesome Face. You've been more active than ever with that character, and I really hope it keeps up.

Matt: Your characters amused me, and I appreciate you taking the reigns of the community when it was at it's arguably darkest hour. That being said, I think you put too much into yourself, and can't take compliments or anything that people would like to give you. This includes HoF nods and things of that nature. You have a career that parallels if not exceeds those that DO have HoF nods. Yet, you decline it. Regardless, I'm anxious to see you step up your game and bring a little something people haven't seen before into BBW, that I know you're more than capable of doing.
Joey: Each take on Tiger Hat is a breath of fresh air, you find a way to bring a unique air about him, that it feels each time he's different. Though I think at times he needs to be a little bit more serious, I along with others I'm sure would like to see him get into main event pictures, and hopefully step out of the shadow that St. Joey the character left behind.
Dion I've... Seen next to nothing from you, and it's probably from my own ignorance for not seeking out every single match from every single person. Though I think it'd be beneficial to find that point between your best work (where Dion has a goal), to where he achieves it. If your best work is where he's seeking to obtain something, but falls flat when he gets it, then what's the point? I believe Dion can benefit from a re-hash of sorts, or at least play a character that can get your creative juices flowing at least until you can get point where Dion feels fresh.
Trent I find that you're very respectful, and that can go a long way in this community especially from someone who's relatively new. I look forward to seeing more with your Omen character, I hope he doesn't become one of those stereotypical monster dark heels, and you flesh him out give him a story something we've never seen before or things we've seen often. I have the confidence that you can given what I've seen with your other characters.
King We've had our differences, I haven't seen anything from you this year (which I've done purposely) but I think for the 2.0 character, what stories does he have left to tell? Other than that one big match that was planned years ago that probably won't see the light of day. I'm interested to see what you can bring to your royal family of characters that sets them apart from 2.0's shadow, arguably a hard task to do.
Cart There's literally nothing that can be said badly about Cart, I mean I personally wouldn't mind seeing him try his hand at some new characters but he has this unique charm about him that many of the gaia vet characters don't have. He has ways to continuously make his character seem unique, and ever changing. Don't change Cart, at least as a person.
Fox There are many things about Fox that can be said, but the word that comes to mind is Underrated. There's no doubt that the man behind the screen is batshit crazy, and some of his concepts are a bit farfetched, but what makes him unique is that he's one of the few that thinks outside of the box. Often times he misses more than he hits, often times he does things that are questionable but he continues trying and doesn't give up. He can benefit from a self confidence boost, and needs to understand that he's just as good if not better than most vets, when he's not trolling and actually applies himself.

Haha. Fun, this again.
Dion, you're a great writer and analyst. There's nothing I could tell you that you don't already know. But for the sake of the topic, I'll tell you that I'd like to see more of Dion. I know you've got other characters you work on, and I'm all for people branching out and thinking of new avenues to explore. But the Hardcore Paladin is a great concept, and I really hope we get to have a match this year. We've never been able to throw down before for real, so maybe the stars will align in BBW at some point. Otherwise, what can I tell you? Keep up the good work, brah.

Salem, from what I've seen, you're very respectful and friendly, as well as being extremely creative and an excellent writer. You're very detailed with your posts and have a knack for storytelling.
As for my criticism, the only thing I would like to see is assisting in putting over your opponents as well. A storyline isn't just only for you too look good. Learn to lose, it's a give and take. It's important for your opponent to have as much fun as you are, and if their only contribution is to put you over, than the angle it most likely go sour quickly.
Either way, you're a remarkable roleplayer, and I look forward to see what else you have in store in the future.

Ms. Hottest Commodity of all time!
You're extremely deserving of all praise, you put in a shiton of hard work, and you're the greatest female RPer of all time, in my eyes. You've mastered RPing as a male or female, and you're one of the nicest people I know. You've been my friend for many, many years. You know what you're doing, and you know how to do it.
I can't even try to critic what you do. I just want to see Dallas wrestle more, and I'd love to see you give another guild a shot, mainly F:G. I wanna see more Dallas, we all do!
You're great! biggrin
