Things don't always work the way I've planned. I come out of my Dimensional Gateway, and into a park area of some sort. Checking my instruments it seems I'm in the right time, but once again the wrong dimension. Ah, according to my instruments this is Central Park, New York City. It's quite lucky no one seen me teleport in. Speaking of being seen, I decide to morph into a more human looking appearance.
I use my power to scan the area for mutants. Faint mutant power, inconclusive ability. Must be out of my range.
What surprises await me THIS time? I really need to speak to Order and Chaos about these damn universal laws of theirs. Getting back to my own dimension would be so much easier if I could do things my way, instead of theirs, or relying on machines. Tearing a hole in Space/Time is far faster, and easier than playing guessing games across the omniverse.
I suppose I could explore this realm a bit. I wonder if my island exists in this world? If this world has its own TarSi, or not? Most importantly, if HE is here as well? Perhaps my son, or daughter?
Well I might as well visit a familiar spot while I'm here. Walking along a path littered with humans walking and jogging, I soon find myself looking at an area dedicated to games of chess. I find the one I'm looking for. Sitting down I almost expect Charles or Erik to sit for a game.
I suppose this spot is good as any to relax and review my data. Next step will be to fly to my lab. With any luck it exists in this dimention? Hopefully HE doesn't still lay claim to it. If so, it could be a problem to deal with.
I continue to use my power like a radar to scan for mutants. Same thing as before. Faint detection, just at my range limit, can't determine their mutant ability, at least until they come within range. Last thing I need is some upstart bugging me. Perhaps I can get some equations done while I sit and relax, while trying to prepare for my next dimensional jump. Assuming I'll need to leave in a hurry.

After receiving the message to head to Central Park at noon time, to sit and wait at the chess area. She found herself hesitating. To go alone? Wasn't as if she had greeted someone like this before. As a precautionary measure, she performed some sort of eye signal with Cerebro, that only the computer would pick up on. A marker, imprinted in along her contacts which transferred to communications throughout the senior staff present. Unknown if anyone else was watching, she got up from her seated position and headed to the garage. It wasn't long until a cherry red mustang purred out of the garage and Out onto the driveway. Checking her mirrors, she departed the mansion grounds. It wasn't long until Jean pulled into a parking space. Stepping away from the mustang, she made her way into the chess playing area. Finding she wasn't alone. Watching several people of all ages pass a smile and glance her way. Moving to take a seat at the only vacant chess table. Glancing down at her watch, she noticed that she was three minutes early. So she waited, patiently for the mysterious person that wanted to meet with her.

TarSi stands and waits right inside the shadow of the tree nearest the chess table, undetectable by prying eyes. He stands motionless, watching, listening, keeping his mental imprint hidden for when Jean arrives (a trick Professor Xavier and Jean taught him in another universe).
He watches as Jean Grey cautiously walks up to the chess tables, and has a seat. He can't help but to chuckle to himself, "Ah Jean, always early to any affair. "
He quietly emerges from the shadow of the tree in his human form, wearing his unassuming business attire. Takes five steps, places his briefcase on the ground, and quietly has a seat in front of Jean. He smiles warmly, trying to appear non-threatening.
"Mrs. Grey. It's a pleasure to meet you face to face. My name is Tarquin. Tarquin Sinclair. Before we start, I'd like to firstly commend you on your punctuality. Early, I like that.
Secondly, I'm glad to see you came alone, although I'm sure I'm under surveillance. Any electronic devices we're nullified the moment you sat down. This would include Cerebro. You may tell Xavier he may stop trying to scan for me. I will not register, unless I allow it. For now all you need to know is that I am not a threat to you, not yet anyway. That will be determined as to how well, or poorly this meeting goes. Although knowing you, you have little to fear from me."
He pauses to note her reaction, and let what he said to sink in.
"Now then I am, as you may have guessed, a mutant, of sorts. It will take some time to explain, which I am willing to do. I'm sure you have numerous questions, and I will answer what I'm able. For now... yes I have access to Cerebro, including the Xavier Protocols. That's how I was able to contact you. No, I am not a villian as you know them. Finally, yes, I might be here to help, especially for you!"
He folds his hands on the table looking at her right in the eyes, smiling. He explains how he came to this reality, his past with her, how she used to be friends and helped in his lab. Her marriage to Wolverine, and the resulting friction between Logan and himself. His friendship with Charles and the X-Men in his original reality, and with various villian, including Magneto and Mr. Sinister. His eternal war with Apocalypse and how he killed his beloved in his original reality. His cloning and DNA manipulation resulting in his current level of powers. His relationship with various galactic beings and his rules for power usage. He explains about his marriage and his children, and of his son who may be here. His recent arrival in this timeline, and the battle with Apocalypse here, and his takeover of his island home. Finally he explains how in this reality he still is alive back on his homeworld, and how he and his love BayLa never left to come to this world.
"Now, do you have any questions for me? Or have I answered all your questions? You may choose to believe me, or not. Either way, I am now in your reality."

Jean A Grey

Overhead, a group of what appeared to be ordinary flock of pigeons flew over and landed in the area of Central Park that Jean Grey and this unknown individual appeared. Pigeons were common sight in Central Park. But these pigeons weren't ordinary in the least. They were genetically engineered homing pigeons with implanted micro surveillance equipment in their brains due to the microsurgery skills and technical genius of Mister Sinister. What they saw and heard, Sinister heard. They roosted in the trees, and began to peck at the ground near by where Jean Grey was sitting.

The hands upon Jean's watch synced perfectly in alignment together. Twelve o'clock. Right on the dot. Releasing a light sigh, Jean allowed her mind to relax and silence all of the unnecessary conversations that were about. Cocking her head slightly off to the side, she couldn't help but feel as if a fog had been lifted. Gradually, she could sense the presence of another superhuman or mutant within a small radius around her. By perceiving distinctive mental radiations off others. She was unable to pinpoint who exactly might be seeking her out or not.

Suddenly a man appeared, approached her from seemingly no where. Took a seat and began speaking with her. As if they had spoken with one another, just the other day. When that was not true.Jean remained seated, sitting there quietly, listening to the man speak. Allowing the man the time to make introductions as well as time to speak about the present and his past. When it appeared that he was done, Jean spoke up.

"First off, Mr. Tarquin Sinclair, please do not call me, 'Mrs. Grey.' I am not married. I became a widow after.... death. So, if you please, Ms. Grey is fine. And you are right, I have plenty of questions for you. Obviously if you didn't feel confident enough about telling me your history. We wouldn't be sitting out here in public, would we?" Studying Mr. Sinclair, who say across from her curiously. Somehow receiving the feeling that he had been searching for her for quite sometime. Instantly replaying everything he had said to her then. To say she was dealing with an overload of information, was saying a lot. To hear, that at some point in time she had been married to Wolverine. NOT Scott Summers! Trying to wrap her head around that bit of information was almost too much to absorb. Somehow, Jean managed to take all of that information and swallow it down with a spoon full of sugar to help it all go down.

That she apparently had helped this man out before? Helped him out in his lab? How was that possible? She couldn't remember him. Perhaps that was because she had only returned back to the world of the living within recent time? There were still pieces of Jean missing. Only certain X-Men knew of Jean's return and accepted her as if she had never died. Jean had been half expecting Emma Frost to have a few words with her, as well as be upset with her for speaking with Scott. But.... Emma Frost was no where to be found. "Mr. Sinclair? Whereas you feel comfortable in speaking about all of this in the public. Where all can be seen and heard by others. I do not wish to discuss this topic further!" She wasn't being rude, she was speaking her mind on the situation that they were involved with then.

TarSi looks up at Jean after she finishes and nods slowly. He adjusts his glasses on his nose which is mearly part of his disguise.
"Excuse me if I've offended you, but you need to understand one thing Ms. Grey. There is no one on this planet that I fear. I have fought with beings such as the Silver Surfer, and Galactus, and won. When i say i could lay this planet to waste with minimal effort, that is no mere boast, but a fact.
My meeting in public rather than private was to place your own mind at ease that this was not some sort of trap."
He rises to his feet, giving her a long, slow bow.
"I thank you for indulging me, and should you wish to contact me again, simply ask Cerebro to run file 6-12. If you choose to meet again, or not, I sincerely hope this will not be the last time we speak."
He nods his head to her and says a final time to her, "Oh and please give Xavier my reguards. If you choose to meet again, I'll allow you to dictate time and place."
He forces a smile as his mental barrier is dropped accidently. His feelings have overwhelmed him, allowing his surface thoughts, and feelings to be read, "It was um, good. Good to see you again Je...er, Ms.Grey."
TarSi rarely is at a loss for words, but there has been much he's seen, and done, won, and lost. He's usually not one to stutter or flounder with his words, rather quite the opposite. Usually he speaks very clearly, eloquently, precise. Obviously this is one of those rare occasions where he did not, and he knew it. Having not seen her for nearly a century, then to suddenly be face to face with her was a bit more overwhelming than he would of thought.
He takes a few steps glancing back briefly before stepping behind a tree, allowing her to see, just briefly his long hair morph from a drab brown, to a vibrant purple as the wind blows through it.
Once behind the tree, he doesn't leave right away. Rather he leans against it, wondering if he made a grave miscalculation in contacting this dimentions Jean Grey? He let's out a heavy sigh and looks up through the tree, through the branches, feeling the sun on his face as it diffuses through the leaves. He quietly waits, and wonders what the next move will be. Whatever it will be, he's left the ball in Jeans court.

A voice shouted out from another near by tree in the vicinity of the unknown individual, known as Tarquin Sinclair. "Dat not good upsetting a redhead. Especially dat one no?" Stepping out in front of the unknown individual. "Clearly you be needin' some teachin' in the ways of tha woman?" reaching into his coat pocket for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. Opening the pack and pulling out a cigarette and putting his lips around it then using a zippo lighter to light it. Inhaling slowly and blowing out the smoke towards Mr. Sinclair's direction. This was the X-Man known as Gambit...but was this the genuine article? Or someone, or something else?

User Image

Then suddenly, the genetically modified pigeons moved from the area around the chest table where Tarquin Sinclair, and Jean Grey were sitting, to the tree, Mr. Sinclair was underneath. Then suddenly, as they began to land they started to have bowel movements in that tree all at once.

Gambit then started to chuckle then exclaimed "Not even tha pigeons like you, Mon Ami! Dat be bad juju!"

Back at the Chess Table where Jean Grey was still sitting, a strange portal appeared behind her, and closed as soon as the individual stepped through it. A tall beastial person of a man stepped out, Victor Creed aka Sabretooth.

User Image
He belowed out a lion like growl when he saw Jean Grey and took a seat infront of her on the other side of the chess table. "Hiya Red..." he said as he stat down and growled again. "Long time no see girly" he exclaimed sarcastically as he rested his arms on the chest table, and his hands went across the table with his claws digging into the table itself. It was unknown to anyone at this point if this was the genuine Victor Creed. Or if it was someone or something else. Never the less, he was still deadly.

"I would ask you fine gentleman if you have specific business here? If it is for any sort of violence I would do well in warning you, that would not be a wise idea. If we can come to a more amicable solution, then we all walk away. Alive."
TarSi folds his hands behind his back, waiting for their reply. He makes no move, other than watching the two. He knows in other dimensions that these two are usually enemies. He also knows that there is more going on here than he's currently seeing.

Jean paused for a second. Mr. Sinclair's reaction and response had shifted from a profession tone to a more personal one. Frowning slightly in question. But by the time the moment registered, Me. Sinclair had removed himself from the table setting off to the side. Her hands sprawled out along the surface of the table, as she glanced off in the direction of where their conversation walked off too.

That was when everything started to shift. Detecting several advanced signature mutants appearing within the vicinity. More so the appearance of Sabretooth sitting down before her. Her confused expression departed in haste as she prepared herself for the worst! Upon hearing the growl from behind, she could feel the tiny hairs upon her arms rise in alarm. The person matching the growl soon made their presence known as Sabretooth took a seat before her at the chess table. "Victor Creed." Jean stated in a cool and controlled voice. Her mind already working at the speed of light to hopefully contact any teammates within the vicinity. As well as try and touch Victor Creed's thoughts, that is if she could gain access to his mind. His mi d was always wild, untamed and spontaneous. Not the type to carry on an intellectual conversation with.

Sabretooth's mind was a mess, something not meant to tango with. Her body language was speaking in volumes. Part of her was telling her to run!!! While the other part was informing her to remain calm and not fight, or invite trouble. Sabretooth was definitely not the gent to play mind games with. Out of the corner of her eyes, she saw Sabretooth reveal his claws out before her as he drug them across the tabletop. As she sensed he was wanting a reaction from her.

I know you both to be men of um...unique character. Surely there is a way we can come to a peaceful resolution without having me utterly destroy either of you. What do you fine folks say? Drinks are on me? I'm buying?"

TarSi gives an evil smirk, something he hasn't done in a very long time. While he was being sincere about wanting a peaceful resolution without violence, there was a deadly truthfulness to his threat. While he smirks he keeps his arms folded, waiting for their next move.

(Wait, how long have we been in this tree?)

(Long enough to witness a convenient showdown and wait why am I explaining this to you?)

Wade unsheathed his blades and flipped out of the tree, putting a blade the Sabretooth's throat. Alright Friskies put the claws away! These two ladies are not your grunge-era scratching posts!

Jean's eyes widened when she heard the new comer shout out towards Gambit and Sabretooth, that she was under his personal protection. This was definitely news to her. Who was this guy? If her eyes weren't already wide enough, when the man suddenly shifted color and height. The screams of horrified people could be heard as all ages began to scatter. The words Monster! Mutant! Danger! could be heard from the different individual minds reaching out onto the astral plane. Whereas Jean could hear the pleas of help from those who departed the area in haste! Taking a stand, up and away from the table that she and Victor Creed had been seated at. The time for action was now. Speaking telepathically with a direct link towards Tarsi then, 'I don't know who you are. The likes of Sabretooth is NOT to be trusted!'

Having already erected up a telekinetic body shield around herself, she couldn't believe how far fetched this situation had become. Before she was able to respond to Sabretooth he had already lept off over her to start a fight with the unknown seven foot mutant who made his real appearance known. The sound of tree leaves rustling diverted her attention over to witness Deadpool appear and attack Sabretooth, leaving herself and Gambit out of the equation! Keeping her ground, she observed the transformation of the man known as Tarquin Sinclair to shape shift into a woman, that looked particularly like Rogue. In a sense, this startled Jean. This man meant what he had said earlier. People and mutants needed to be very careful in this century. Information on certain individuals could be bought and sold for the right price. Whether the price be the life of a person or money. Either way, life was definitely more complex and different from what it used to be. Glancing away from Sabretooth, Deadpool and Tarquin Sinclair. She watched how Gambit seemed to not really interact, violently or make any moves towards the action. He was a very mysterious man who appeared on many playing fields unannounced, in the past. He seemed different. Or perhaps he seemed that way. His mind could not be read, nor could his facial features. Was he a friend? Or foe? Only time would tell.

Tara Sirus looks about the area, suddenly confused as to how this situation grew more and more out of control. As powerful as TarSi is, her power does not include stopping time. It does however include a way for her to get out of this, one without raising too much suspicion.
Firstly, being able to control all forms of energy, she emits a low level Electromagnetic Pulse around the nearby area (sorry to those mutants carrying any electronics). Knocking out curious onlookers who have decided to film the mutant event.
Once that's done, staying crouched, she looks up seeing Sabretooth flying at her. She sees her female form is not going to stop this impending attack...
