Natural Ability: Flight: Imperial Dragons are wingless, but though a manipulation of Fear they have little trouble flying. This is, of course, something that young need to practice, and as they get older they are able to sustain distance or height better. Hovering also takes a fair bit of practice.
Personality: Li Xia was raised to believe that she is better than many other dragons, and really other creatures, too. She can see herself on equal footing with some kinds of demons, but most monsters, undead, and less refined demons are 'beneath' her. Not a way to make them servants or unfit for socializing, they just can't understand how amazing she is. Their lives must be so tough. She takes pity on you, lowly creatures.
Li Xia believes herself to be kind, loving, and giving. She's not. This is a perceived notion based on the fact that anything she gives (handouts, time) is, in her eyes, worth far more than it really is (as well as a disconnect from how society generally works). She is selfish, when it comes down to it. No one ever told her not to be.
It's her way or the highway (unless you are her parents). She is stubborn about that. She will charge headlong into whatever she is doing because she knows the best way. So what if she's never done it before? She still knows better than you.
She speaks her mind, only because by sharing her thoughts she's helping. Obviously. It's not that she thinks anyone's stupid (well maybe a few folks), but she's just better at noticing things than the general public (again, this is her own view and probably not a real fact).
All in all, she's probably what most would call spoiled. Her parents love her, and they love themselves, so their daughter had the best they could give. She's used to this, and used to making her own decisions.
Her parents did instill a decent work ethic within her, Dragon/Family Pride and all that. (Aka: She intends to have great grades at school. And excel at whatever she plans to do in life.)
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Tradition. Her parents had both been shipped off to fancy-pants boarding schools when they were old enough (ages ago), so they intended to do the same for their daughter. How better to get an education and learn to live on your own? They chose Amity because of it's location, classy logo, and the fact that they'd heard of it.
Li Xia is excited about the whole boarding school aspect of the place. Make new friends, meet other fancy people, have her very own room to herself. Might as well call her an adult because she was one now (nope).
FEAR Ability: Gambler's Chance: Lightning Strike - Li Xia's Fear manifests itself as something similar to lightning. Powerful and quick, as well as unpredictable.
