Name: Asi'wi Taos
(Ah-see-wee | Ta-os)Stage: Adept
Gender: ♂ Male
Clan: Aiskala
Personality: He's a lot like his element - very stubborn, kind of distant, highly pragmatic, loves the hunt but doesn't mingle with people well, tough to get close to, can be overly sharp/harsh in his interactions with others. On the opposite side he can be very loyal once you befriend him, very big on family and loves his little sister. He's determined, courageous (maybe a bit too courageous) and very adventurous.
Thoughts on the Great Engagement: As an apprentice he doesn't know much about the war except for what he overhears the adults whisper. Living in the isolated city of Targallah, his family has stayed out of the going ons of the war. However, as he grows older and travels to Eowyn and other continents, he hears more and more about it and finally forms an opinion of his own. At first he holds the same beliefs as others in his city and wants nothing to do with the fighting. Eventually, however, he figures that if he *had* to fight, it'd be along side the ords.
Thoughts on orderites: Asi has grown up around orderites and therefor has a much more positive outlook on them than he does the other races (besides dovaa). His opinions, though, are still limited as he has, thus far, only interacted with those that live in Targallah. He sees a variety of different personalities, and while there are some that would prefer to remain apart, blood line wise, from the dovaas, the majority of his interactions with orderites is on the positive side.
Thoughts on oblivionites: Until Asi travels off of Aisko, he will have never met an oblivionite. The only thing he has to go on is the teachings and talk of those around him, in Targallah. For the most part, they're an unknown entity and he has heard both good and bad (from those who seek refuge in Targallah) things about the race.
Thoughts on hybrids: Growing up in a city of mixed races, hybrids are bound to happen. Asi is completely used to seeing ord/dovaa hybrids walking around the city and sees nothing wrong with them. No oblivionite hybrid, of any sort, has ever made their way to aisko and therefore Asi's opinions on them are much the same as his opinions of pureblood oblivionites.
Thoughts on the dragons: Fierce creatures that are not to be taken lightly or toyed with. However, Asi is a hunter and hunting will always include dragons. Their soul orbs contain power and wealth that he will need to use through out his life. Each time he kills a dragon, he sends up a small thank you to the creature.
Thoughts on the khehora: Asi has only met a few bonded khehora and no feral ones at the point that he's still on Aisko. Their personalities seem to vary just as much as any other race on Magesc. The bondeds he has met have, overall, been fairly nice to him. Though he suspects that a couple of them have been that way because of their Magescian counterpart. He's heard rumors, from people and bonded khehora around Targallah, that feral khehora can go through a transformation to make them more Magescian looking and able to walk on two feet. He's fascinated by this and is very curious and interested in meeting one, despite the whispers that the race is dangerous.
As he grows and travels away from Aisko, his opinion on the races will shift and he will start to form opinions based on the actual person, instead of their race. However, his base opinions will remain, until he gets to know the person better.
