➔Pronunciation: Self-explanatory
➔Name Meaning: "A sudden, rapid movement," Middle English term
➔Gender: Male
➔Stage: Child
➔Sexuality/Status: Unknown / Single

➔Weight: Athletic and streamlined, though the extra limbs and exoskeletal parts make him heavier than the average child
➔Pokémon: Shiny Yanma
➔Nature: Sassy (impudent)

➔Myers-Briggs Type: ENFJ (idealist type, teacher role-variant)
➔Personality: A highly active and easily enthused individual, it would take purposeful effort for Dart to find himself bored when in his element. An adrenaline junkie, the young yanma can often seem hyperactive in more subdued instances due to the levels he is more attuned to. He knows what he wants to do and makes no hesitation to fulfill such whims if in the name of fun, making him quite strong-willed when it comes to persuasion. On the other side of the coin, this also makes Dart sound rather bossy at times, and highly prone to headstrong disobedience. He is resilient in the face of chaos, but also a strong factor when it comes to adding to peer pressure.
➔Likes: It is easy to see that Dart considers the world to be his playground, rather than the world coming equipped with one. His imagination runs high, to the point that he can often be ruled by it and the dares he puts himself up to. It is not rare for him to fall prey to these passing thoughts, using it as a way to prove himself, whether for his own sake or the sake of others, and at the fastest time possible. Dart enjoys heights, and can be particularly fond of stormy weather -- that is, when it isn't too cold.
➔Dislikes: As aforementioned, Dart has particular disdain for cold weather. This is due largely to such temperatures having a tendency of locking up insects and cold-blooded individuals. In fact, he just plain hates sitting still, capability pending or not. He is highly adverse to things he deems as "girly," and will relentlessly tease someone about it if given the opportunity.
➔Other Quirks: The most prominent quirk of Dart's is his obsession with parkour, turning the city into an overly large gauntlet course to satisfy the enthusiasm. He is, however, also severely claustrophobic, and thus sticks mainly to more open areas. Sweet things are not something he is drawn to, but he has acquired a certain taste for ice cream.

Dart is not hindered by any sort of overseer, and takes pride in that fact. Life is there to have fun, and he's not about to let anyone get in the way of him seeing to that!

There is not a whole lot to Dart's story. The boy had almost always been an inhabitant of the large city -- always, as far back as it mattered anyway. He outgrew his birthplace quickly, as many a wild pokémon is prone to do, and set out for bigger and better things.

As far as bloodline is concerned, Dart has not really made any sort of effort to stay in contact with family. While he's moved on, he last left parents and siblings in good health.

Eden - A skateboarding sylveon that Dart had almost been certain was a girl. This discrepancy, as well as matters of safety, have resulted in a current arch-rivalry to have formed between the both of them.

Theo - A teen that Dart met one day under a bridge while hiding from the effects of a thunderstorm, the boys have developed somewhat of a kinship. While the yanma sees Theo as more of an older brother, it is without the constraints of an authoritative figure presiding, offering a more relatable prescence.

Arashi - Dart doesn't know much about Arashi other than he seemed to be in a tiff with Theo. All that he really cares about, though, is that Dart managed to keep things from escalating to violent levels... or so he thinks.

With a fear as monumental as Dart's, it is difficult to find a place that most civilized individuals would refer to as a "home." His preference for wide, open spaces, heights, and structures to climb have landed the boy with an affinity for the unoccupied rooftops of the city. Not only is there plenty of space up here, but there's no worry about some kid trying to catch himself some shiny bug-type, nor police and child protective services. It's a package deal!

There is very little that Dart feels the need to hold onto as possession, at least without the fear of misplacing or otherwise losing it. Due to this, there is very little weight Dart puts on material possessions. His inventory may fluctuate quite a bit because of this, if not stay quite barren.

➔Flashlight: It's running low on batteries, but hey, it still works for now! While technically Theo's flashlight, Dart kind of... lightens the hoothoot's load at times, so to speak. Without permission. It is used very sparingly, in order to preserve its life.
