There's an entire hallway dedicated to spar rooms. A couple of them are normally reserved for classes, but the rest are free for the Guardians to use.

Tracer began centering herself as soon as she arrived. Her biggest problem was always making sure she didn't get too cocky with her speed. She had heard a couple of her old jumping bird friends say that they might take some time to watch, since they normally came to cheer on her sparring. She was too happy to care. She loved sparring. Kept her one her toes.
-Nox showed up to the room his hood still up and mask still on as he took the place across from her speed would not be an issue for him as a stalker he knows how to strike quick and quite even with only his hands as he took a stance before stepping out of it and pointing at her weapons that she still had on like the blaster waiting for her to take it off like he did his as he took a stance too ready to strike or be striked-

"Sorry, luv. I'll take these off," she said, removing her weaponry and setting it with care against a wall before going back to the sparring pad in a battle ready stance. She was the fastest reaper alive, she could probably outpace the stalker, but she wasn't willing to make the first move. If there was anything the reaper training had taught her: let the enemy show their cards first. She waited patiently, suddenly all business. She would be ready for whenever he striked. She'd be absolutely sure of that.
-Nox watched her as he stood up seeing her taking a position he got the idea as he jumped in moving kinda fast but no where near his top speed to dieter and underestimate him thinking he was not all that fast maybe better then normal but not his kinda as he made a quick punch to her side with n power as he stood protecting the opening he made on purpose to counter test her skills-

She easily dodged backwards. He probably was pretending with that opening. No self respecting Guardian would leave an opening like that. She Also refrained from using her full speed. She could move just as fast as a Guardian with a nitro pack, if not faster on a good day, but she simply matched his speed. "Quit pretending, luv. You're a guardian, you know better than to leave openings," she said, still hanging back slightly. She jabbed experimentally, knowing her could easily block it or dodge, testing the waters.
-Nox saw that she did not take the bait to attack someone so weak seeing her jab coming he got an idea and easily blocked her attack grab her arm and uses his free hand to hit her funny bone to shake her up a little as he jumps back and moves on his feet testing her water as well noticing quickly that this is a test of each other ability before we even start thinking who is going to be the 1st one to show what they got he watched to see her reaction to the funny bone shot to see if it would be funny-

She made a surprised sound, leaping back when he hit her funny bone. She couldn't help but giggle as she shook it out. "Never thought of doing that. I'll have to remember that," Tracer said, skirting around to his left side, seeing which side he preferred. He was holding back, she could tell, and it took everything she had not to just go ahead and out-speed him.
-Nox saw the almost annoyed look on her face on how she was holding so much back but was enjoying teasing her not holding because he thought she was weaker but because he knew he was weaker and might be able to make an opening if she thinks he is not as fast as he really is might try to match his held back speed and make her open her self to a strike even though he had no intention on winning over a reaper he would at lest have some fun he sped up he moves to block and make a quick jab towards her right moving faster then normal mid rank Guardian who just got out of school trying to get her to underestimate him for any kinda of opening-
[OOC: this is fun but i don't plan on winning at lest if the reaper is smart enough to catch on his bait]

She easily dodged, not quite trusting anything he threw at her, putting more speed than him now. This fight was getting interesting. He was faster, which was good. She finally actually struck at him, aiming a kick at his stomach.

-Nox jumped back and grabbed her foot holding it with one hand as he kicks at her side with his free foot noticing very quickly that she was getting happier about the sudden bust of speed his hood still over his head trying in anyway to anger her by making it seem like this is all he has got or he is holding back before she is a girl anyway to make her mess up as a stalker he knew if you cant find an opening you make one-

She tenses in surprise when he manages to grab her foot, barely bringing her hands up in time to block his kick from doing too much damage. Once its deflected away, she jumps up with her free leg and twists her body so he's forced to let go, dropping her to the ground. She moved to sweep her leg out and trip him, all tactics going out the window. Time for just some good ol' gritty fighting, and she didn't mind playing dirty, especially since he seemed to be pulling his punches since she was a girl. She was gonna have fun beating some sense into him.

-Nox let go of her foot and shook his hands after the twist looking for her before he fell over from him being tripped he falls on his back and coughs getting the win knocked out of him. He took a moment to catch his breath then flipped up to his feet and noting her attack was kinda dirty and this is a spar he thought he must be getting to her so he did a fury of fast jabs. Fast for a normal stalker but still not as fast as him to trick her to think that's the bar.

Tracer leapt up while Nox caught his breath, readying her stance again and catching her own breath from her purposeful fall. When he began throwing punches, she giggled dodging almost each one, deflecting some of them with her hand and ignoring the couple that got through. She then grabbed his arm and tried to use his own momentum against him, flinging him forward and whirling to kick him in the back with one smooth, swift movement.
-Nox went flying threw the air as he kept calm 'here we go' he thought to him self as he did a flip as she was flying to kick him in the back he touched the ground and did a fast dash at his top speed not near her top but still faster then most he quickly turned and grabbed her foot using her momentum just like she did on him to lift her her over his shoulder and heading towards the ground at the same speed she was going to kick him in the back with to send her face 1st towards the ground-
