Tier exclusive can be released through Flynn's Plunder or community prizes, but will never be directly sold in the cash shop through a CI or individually.

There's no NPC shopkeeper EI planned for the remainder of 2014, but it's definitely a possibility for sometime after the new year!

Items in the locker will not be lost. If you have more items in your locker than the allotment you will not be able to add more items to it until you move out enough items to bring the count below 600. This was done for optimization reasons.

We felt that 10k was a reasonable amount that would be easy enough to earn through Daily Chance alone. However, based on some of the feedback we have seen from the community we would be happy to reconsider the amount. What would you say is an appropriate amount?

Since ZOmg has been taken down and many of these items still are and may be used in Alchemy formulas we wanted to be fair and make them available. The chances of winning the more rare items like Blood Bat are very low and many users have to spend a large amount of gold to get them.

Getting into Club Verge and Loyal's Bazaar is a pretty big deal.
But for some reason we don't get achievements for getting into either loyalty program.
And that is pretty silly.

You're right! in fact changing the multiplier wasn't hard, neither was adding more bubbles so all the numbers show. ...So what's the holdup? ....for the changes to take affect the entire Aquarium project has to be recompiled. It keeps erroring out and the build fails. I've been going back to it between other tasks to try to get it all fixed but it seems like for every one I fix I get 2 new ones! X_X

Some users tried accessing Gaia Fishing while Gaia was having site disturbances and are stuck in the lakes servers. Clearing cache/history and restarting computer does not help. For instance, this account has been stuck in a room in Bassken as Player 0 since yesterday morning and I receive a disconnection error that tells me to check back in 1 minute. Will this be fixed soon/ASAP?

The art team isn't heavily influenced by one user or artist that I know of- but many of them have their own OCs and have creative projects of their own that inspire the creation of items. We're glad that you like the items and feedback always helps our art team with new ideas!

It seems the recolored items aren't showing up on tektek. This is a bit of trouble for an artist trying to draw commissions for people and not having the best reference. It's also difficult to see what true potential my avi has since half of my items are missing when I inventory tektek.

We are both very grateful for the Mellow Yellow bundle, but the more yellow the merrier!
Also, different shades of yellow would be lovely, specifically the pastel shade used in Lucid Lucy and Sweet Angelic Bride.

Yellow! Yes, we can do more yellow items- we try to release colors/shades that our user base want and that are popular so your feedback is really helpful! I don't know if we have those specific items in the works but we'll definitely consider them.

Some users totally took advantage of this glitch and bought 8O+ of that item, and now they're selling it on the marketplace for a 1b profit each sale. Are you guys planning to do anything about this (isn't exploiting a glitch against ToS??)?

We do not plan to do anything for this. It was our mistake that the item was put into the shop for 29k instead of the Gaia Cash price. We have no plans on doing reversals for the items that were purchased during this time.

The fish currently have extremely low sell-back prices.
This was ok way back in the day.
But now that everything costs a whole lot more, these sell-back prices should be increased as well.
Fishing is one of the easier ways for new people to earn gold, but now that the prices aren't matching the economy at all anymore there really isn't any point in even touching the game unless you're in it for alchemy, winning trophies, or trying to get both Angelic rods.
Even then it's still debatable because our profits from the game are so tiny...
Examples of how low our sell-backs to the shops are.
Not putting every single fish up here, but with just a small list you'll get the general idea.
Seedkins are - 7 gold
Pebbo Feeders are - 11 gold
Guppies are - 3 gold
Bass are - 8 gold
Stripers are - 13 gold
Tunas are - 17 gold
Koi are - 8 gold
Goldfish are - 3 gold

The Angelic Rod was placed in the most recent Gen by mistake and removed immediately. I apologize to all of our users who have earned them- we have no plans for releasing them for cash in the future. Previous aquarium/Housing and fishing items that have been released in the past were done so because a. they were sold for cash prior and no longer available in the store and b. they were essential for alchemy and not available through means of purchasing.

With the end of zOMG!, I have a question: In the event Gaia wants to create another video game based on the history and the site, or whatever idea you guys come up with, would it be feasible to work with a video game company (such as TellTale Games, for example) and have them create and develop the game, while it would be published on Gaia's behalf?
I see it as a win/win for you guys. If a video game company, even an indie one, were to create something based on the site, it can be ported to several different platforms, essentially bringing a wider audience to the site. In addition, it may cull and appease the users who feel distraught over the loss of zOMG!, by giving them something new to play and experience. Plus, a bunch of other ideas to tie the site with the game.
That I can see working in your favor.

With the end of zOMG!, I have a question: In the event Gaia wants to create another video game based on the history and the site, or whatever idea you guys come up with, would it be feasible to work with a video game company (such as TellTale Games, for example) and have them create and develop the game, while it would be published on Gaia's behalf?
I see it as a win/win for you guys. If a video game company, even an indie one, were to create something based on the site, it can be ported to several different platforms, essentially bringing a wider audience to the site. In addition, it may cull and appease the users who feel distraught over the loss of zOMG!, by giving them something new to play and experience. Plus, a bunch of other ideas to tie the site with the game.
That I can see working in your favor.

This question deals with the trophies won from the fishing flash game and Paws Avatars.
The other day I was surfing around in the Marketplace, I was looking at the fishing trophies won by awesome people each month.
But I noticed that they can only be used by a human avatar.
There are no listings for trophies that can be used on a Paws avatar.
See for yourself.
Well that isn't fair at all.
People that use the Paws avatars should have the choice to choose a trophy for that avatar style.
Especially if they go through the trouble of earning a trophy.

I have a couple questions pertaining to the wishlist, I'll separate them out in different posts. I posted a thread in the Site Feedback but it might be hidden amongst the other threads. But..
1. Is it possible to have it where when you get an item from a pack (any of the Item gens, Project [insert name], monthly ci, etc) that there be an option for "received" or "received from pack". Bought can work but it's kind of confusing because you didn't exactly buy the item itself.

People don't really use this forum for the correct reasons anymore.
There is a lot of bot spam in this forum that I have reported and it is still up.
Even after I was told that mods will look into it and take it down a few weeks ago by a staff member.
Just to prove my point look at these spamy threads found in this forum.
Some are misplaced threads, some are made by actual spam bots.

Apologies if this should have been broken up into separate posts, but I thought it all pertained to one thing: a token rework.
• tokens revised to cost maybe 1,000g each
• all games now cost quite a few tokens to play
• all games now require more tokens for extra lives/more time/etc (with the option of GC instead)
• all games now output tickets
This gives tokens an actual use, and tickets are MUCH more flexible regarding economic changes than gold and its frequent value fluctuations.
(This also implies that Prize and Joy be updated)

This is a good idea and one we have been looking at for a while. Aside from general updates the games definitely need standardizing.

Users have decided to list their items cheaper! S'all there really is to it. We do not directly control what users can sell items for on the marketplace, so it will be up to them to decide what they want to sell it for.

This question deals with alchemy and achievements.
The wing mastery achievement is one of the hardest achievements on Gaia to get.
The few people that have earned this achievement have spent loads of cash, gold, and countless hours trying to save up for the formulas and quest for each component needed for each back wing formula.
But they only get 100 points for it.
Gaia, during the last Halloween event I got a couple of achievements that were 150 points each and one that was 250 points and it only took me a few hours if that to earn them.
This is not fair to the people that have spent countless hours to earn this achievement.
If anything it's more like a slap in the face really...
My question to you is...
Can you up the points on this achievement and add more titles to give these people the respect that they so desperately deserve?

We can definitely update the amount of points awarded to specific achievements and add some new titles as well. If you have anything beyond the Backwings achievement to recommend I'm all ears.

Alchemy is steadily getting more popular now that caches and other components are easier to get.
Everything is fine and dandy until you get to level 10.
Once you get to that level you are now able to work on back wings and complete them if you dedicate enough time to it.
Except there is a slight issue...
The formulas are so dang hard to find it's not really worth it to go after them...
To prove my point let me link you to the Marketplace listings of each formula.

Could you increase the odds of getting these formulas out of the Alchemist Cases, Winged Crafting Chests/Bundles, and maybe on occasion offer these formulas as singles in a cash shop sale?
Maybe even putting the formulas into GoFusion would be a good idea... We could exchange tons of charms to get them.

Recipes are definitely one of the last things we know we need to make more available for users in order to make Alchemy more accessible. We'll look into it and if you have any more recipes you'd like to see feel free to let me know!

While the new pink is nice, can we start getting saturated pink items again (Happy Melody pink)? I've loved the looks of several items released lately, but it seems most pink items are colored with brown/cream/tan in mind, rather than neutral colors like white/gray/black. The brown-based pallet reduces the ability to create well-balanced colorful avatars.
P.S. - Light blue items would be nice too.
