Everyone ties the name to one of the biggest loose cannons that only functions on balls to the walls, give all, no looking back of all time. She was born as a Forerunner by two Jumpingbirds. Her parents brave nature bore deeply into her genetic make up as she was always adventurous as a child. By the time her eighth year came around she was quickly admitted into training. Her superiors were impressed to see that when it came to jumping for the first time there was no hesitation; she just jumped. Over time, Yuri became known by her instructors for always going all out and never being afraid to try something a little off the wall. Then the offer to become Orbital Impact Sky to Ground trooper was extended towards her. Yuri didn't hesitate to take the deal and was swift to welcome the offer. It was in this field that her skills blossomed in an unexpected way. Her mind was wired to border on completely insane when it came to dropping behind enemy lines. She could drop behind enemy lines leaving a scar of destruction in her wake.
Her initial armor set worked well for a while but in the middle of a mission it burnt out. She had pushed it to far and every system malfunctioned. Trapped behind enemy lines she had to fight her way out and without the movement-assist of her armor. It was a struggle but once she got to the rendezvous point and her armor was removed. The time it took her to recover from the burns was all the scientists needed to reconstruct and upgrade her armor to fit her high-impact high-heat drop-style. She has yet to don the armor but it is expected that she will be fairly proficient with it, especially since she has yet to see the weapon upgrades that will allow her to put on quite the show.
