--What is it:
To understand entire Squadron, I have created, this, a Nexus Thread. For those of you whom do not know what a Nexus Thread is; let me describe it for you. A Nexus Thread is in fact a thread that describes, the layout, the rules, ranks, and all regulations of the Squadron. It will also link you to all of the places within the Squadron and various other locations that are needed to become of the Squadron. If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
Organization:
-- Overall Squad Organization:
To understand the factions that lie within the Eleventh Division or otherwise known as Squadron Eleven, one must know how I run the Squadron. Squadron Eleven is broken up into four different Branches. Each so called "Branch" has a specific job or entitlement. The four branches are entitled as, "Militia", "Armory Specialist", "Defensive Unit", and lastly, "Security Core". When someone is selected to join the Squadron they are given a title and a rank. Then after analysis of the higher ups within the Squadron, a solder is given a branch in which he or she specializes in. Each Branch is led by a Soul Reaper who bears the title as "Commander". Usually the "Commander" is one of the higher ups within the Squadron.
--Militia:
This Branch is the elite members of Squadron Eleven. The Militia's are the elite of the elite. They are the true "swordsman" within the Squadron. They have not only mastered the way of constructing a sword or mastering the concept of structuring a sword, but they have had complete training and mastery over a certain range of Bukijustu or Kenjustu. The Militia are in fact the scariest and the most fearsome of the Eleventh Divison. They are in fact the so called "monsters" or "demons" of the Soul Society. These are the men and woman who love the thrill of clashing blades or fighting. They are indeed the men and woman whom live off the adrenaline in the admits of battle. They are usually called upon the front lines in the war frontier. Every swordsman dream and or member of Squadron Eleven's goal is to be in the Militia. They are the "offensive" unit of the Squadron. There is only one being worthy of leading these men and woman into battle. The so called "Commander" of this branch is the Captain of the Entire Squadron. The Kenpachi, Mūkade.
--Armory Specialist:
This Branch is also known as the Second Branch inside of Squadron Eleven. This branch acts as the weapon construction specialists. Members of this core are usually the ones whom are chosen to work in the public armory. They are widely known for constructing and destructing weapons. The knowledge of the sword can not surpass these men and women. However, they are not as skilled in the art of battle as say those whom are chosen to be in the Militia but the knowledge they hold upon the actual weapon itself is very impressive in its own matter. Those whom are placed within this branch are by far the most creative. The "Commander" of this branch, TBA
--Defensive Unit:
The Defensive Unit is also known as the Third Branch within the Squadron. These men and women are skilled in the art of battle however, they are not at the peak of their potential. However, they are not to be taken lightly either. The prowess they process in the art of battle may not surpass those within the Militia ranks but they are to be feared none the less. The men and women charged within this branch are trained to be on stand by at all time. They are also channeled and stationed in various locations within the Squadron. If the Squadron is under attack, this branch takes the lead as "leading branch". The "Commander" of this branch; TBA
--Security Core:
This Branch is also known as the Fourth Branch inside of Squadron Eleven. The last branch of Squadron Eleven is known as the Security Core. Those within this core are usually Soul Reapers whom have just joined or have yet to make an impression on the Squadron as a whole. The Security Core is broken down into two sectors. The "Patrolling Unit" which are the Shinigami whom actually deal with Security Issues and are stationed at various points and work with the Defensive unit and patrol the perimeter. Then the other portion is known as the "Organizational Core". Those beings whom work within the "Organizational Core" are the Shinigami whom do not see the battle field at all unless they are promoted. These beings are seated at HQ where they deal with paper work, supply issues, as well politics from other Squadrons. It is true, it is not a glorious job; especially in Squadron Eleven but someone has to do it. The Commander of this Squad is, "TBA".

"So what is Squadron Eleven? Why are they special?
Well, I am so glad you asked! Squadron Eleven host the elite swordsmen and Zanjustu experts within the Seireitei. It is our job to know everything there is about the sword. As well as various other weapons if needed to be. Our job is to the first on the battle field and kill anyone who wishes to kill the dreams of the Soul Society. No questions asked. We enjoy the thrill of fighting and that is that. We fight to win. We fight to kill.
"Does Squadron Eleven have any kind of Symbol or Color that signifies their unity?"
Yes we do. The National Color for Squadron Eight is indeed lavender. This can be seen on any official document that is pertained by Squadron Eleven. They also have a symbol. The Symbol for Squadron Eleven is the insignia of the Yarrow which signifies "Fight". The captain has also infused the Soul Society's main armory within the Squadron as he took the reigns as Captains.
"How is the Squadron Ranks Organized ?"
The Squadron is organized with an average ranking style like that of any other normal Squadron. However, you are also enlisted in one of the four main branches within the Squadron. More information on this is listed above.
"What is the layout of the Squadron?"
It is very simple. Squadron Eleven is divided into two different Categories. Kōruihora & Gaitenkyūden. Kōruihora is the actual land that surrounds the entire Squadron. Meaning as long as you step foot within the Squadron; you are technically upon Kōruihora's land. The land is known as Kōruihora. Gaitenkyūden is the officially Headquarters of the Squadron. Gaitenkyūden is technically upon Kōruihora but it has its own significance therefore it gets its own category.

"How do I apply to be a Member/Commander of Squadron Eleven?"
Well, that is easy. All applications should be presented in the appropriate forum, which I will post a link soon, It is then decided by the current Squadron Eleven Captain, Currently Roka Fukunaga on what position you can be entitled with. How this is decided is how well your RPC is formatted, your literacy skills, or perhaps even your originality. This is all decided amongst your application process. Due note, even if your RPC is accepted, you must apply for this squad, the same way everyone else does.
"What is an Activity Check?"
An Activity Check will be held once a month at a spontaneous time. This is to ensure that the people who hold the higher up positions within Squadron Eleven are active. If you miss one, you will be immediately demoted. However, if you PM me or you have posted somewhere within this guild or within our own absents forum. I will post a link soon. However, if you do post there or PM me your demotion will be null and void. This is done so that we know that the people within Squadron Eleven are loyal and active. You must also post in the Main Guild Wide Activity Check.
