The Guardian's record show that: The son of two bakers who would not allow this young man outside of the Den a day in his life. Roddrick was birthed to settle down a guardian who was a warrior, leading a small force back in the days of a great rebellion. Knowing his son would follow in his brash footsteps. In this, the young man was sheltered, selling bread, and letting his social problems show with the growing ages. Though he was naturally talented in being a Guardian, he was made out to be a timid bakers son. His body strong, but his brashness weaker than most everyone around him, especially around women. Though upon the eve of his 15th year of life, his father was called back into his position, making it obvious that Roddrick had a natural talent for this for a reason. His father went out for around 5 months before sending for his eldest son. Roddrick to join him on the front, and he began to train him in the use of his own suit to ensure that he was to precede him when he left once more in a circular cycle to take care of the Bakery.
