Mission Type: Search and Destroy Drones and robotic scouts have been seen patroling the hot spring and we have confirmation that they are hostile after sending a group of four soldiers to the location. Video transmission shows that there is an army of these drones, and that they have build a small manufacturing plant. This plant uses the spring's water to stabilize the metal needed to make more drones. Take out the manufacturing plant and the drones to complete mission. [CAUTION: Drones do not have guns, but are fast and use plasma swords. There are two large drones that take minor damage from bullets, and absorb plasma rounds.]
Aven Gaerd, Abaddon Baal, Oblivion Nox, and Anako M. Katashi are currently on mission.

Anako M. Katashi Jumping Bird Anako tilted her head to the side as she listened to their responses. She flicked off Aven, not liking his doubt of her abilities. "Things won't go to hell if we've got a Reaper on our side, so don't worry about me. You guardians always underestimate us Jumping Birds, who are capable of combat on the ground as well as in the air, but I find myself being doubted particularly because I am a girl. Don't be so biased." Anako found herself increasing the speed of the Nightingale as they flew and it was almost to the point where the stealth would deactivate automatically. She lowered the power of the thrusters and adjusted the turbines so that they could fly more calmly and breathed as she tried to calm herself down. Although, Abaddon's response had her wondering what he was thinking and for a moment, she stared at him intensely trying to get into his head. The moment she heard a ping from the monitor she turned back and snapped out of her concentration on him and started to focus on the coordinates. "We're right above the manufacturing plant." Steam was coming from a source below on the ground and Anako lowered the aircraft, circling around the plant and her eyes grew wide as she looked at the drone army surrounding the structure. "I think we need to land fifty meters away before we strike. You two got any suggestions?"Guardian prefers to use:Bouncer

Abaddon listened to Katashi and Gaerd as they continued to converse, Katashi seemed aggravated with the Guardian for being over protective, while Gaerd seemed unwilling to drop the protection he wanted to offer. Their personality seemed to suit their roles well. So did that mean a Reaper should of been the distant estranged member of the group? Maybe, Maybe not. Abaddon didn't care enough to bother thinking that over anymore. As Katashi seemed to stare him out, Abaddon continued to watch her as she watched him watching her. Was a tension growing... That was a amusing thought, she did compliment him, by referring to his occupation with high regard. But he did not have time to think this one over, the alert sounded and they had arrived, he made his way to the closest display/window and took a look for himself. "Its a Swarm.." he said softly to himself. While they discussed landing at a distance... he was tempted to just 'Leroy Jenkins' this mission and dive out of the bird and begin the assault. But he had stopped being that reckless when Seras died.
"Agreed" he said in reference to the distance they wanted to make. "Hit the plant, stop them from producing more of themselves then take out the remaining force..." he suggested to them. He had moved closer to Katashi to look out onto the swarming drones, so he had to turn a little more than normal to look back to Gaerd. "If we can get to the plant quickly, the amount of drones to deal with will be considerably less than if the battle turns lengthy..." he looked back to the display, "I feel I should mention dropping in from the air would be the quickest way... But landing would be safer..." he then took a set back away from the monitor. "Your call..." he said to the pair of them. He was fine with ether option, but if someone had anything better to suggest, that would be fine too. He did not however want to deal with an army of drones that could manufacture more of themselves to continue the fight.

Anako M. Katashi Jumping Bird Anako listened to the Sentinal speak, and found that he was more concerned rather than doubtful and felt bad for getting so defensive towards him. "Well I'm sorry for getting defensive, I'm just tired of hearing the same thing. Thanks for your concern Aven." Anako smiled and winked at him before listening to Abaddon's suggestions. "I'm gonna call you Aby! But I can eject you out of the Nightngale and light the manufacturing plant up before landing. Abaddon looked back to Katashi with his head tilted to the side... after her comment about his new nickname, he returned his head to an upright position, she could eject him from the nightingale and send him right into the fray while highlighting his objective, excellent. "Very good, Anako.." he said. Formalities were over if she would be giving him a nickname. Turning his head back to Gaerd... Aven, he wanted to know about damage. Thinking for a second and looking at the display unit again. "The drones won't be a problem, I can more than likely put the facility out of action... at which point the majority of the drones unaffected by the soul sweep will converge on my location... I'll be reloading at the time" he said the last part looking back over to Aven. That was would be when he needed back up. "Once I finish reloading, I'll empty another clip into whats left of the building... to be sure, then I'll turn tot he remaining force... I will be quite vulnerable during the attack on the facility". He did not add to the last part, they most likely knew he would be in a very risk position, and that the chances of the two larger drones would try to dispatch him, would be higher. But still, he felt the need to voice the concern, he wanted the back up that was offered.
Unslinging his Bouncer, the front part of the grenade launcher had been modified lightly, the end of the barrel looked a little like a dragons head, and it had a flame decal over the mag. He unlatched the safety and then let it hand as he lifted his right arm, he checked the Duster on his wrist, arming it before deactivating it, it worked. He then turned back to the pair, "Eject at will". OOC: YAY! Activity!

Anako M. Katashi Jumping Bird Anako smiled when Aven asked how much damage he could do. She tapped a few menus on the touch-screen monitor to pull up the ammunition count. "Well I've got two miniguns with 600 bullets in each. That is a lot of damage, although those bullets are going to be gone within a minute or two." Abbadon's compliment made her smile. "Thanks!" As he explained his part she nodded in agreement with his plan. "Hold on to your underwear!" She lowered the jet at high speed and hoping the two guardians listened to her forwarning she pulled a lever and the bottom of the holding area opened with a foamy plasma surrounding the two so that their landing would create an impact that harmed anything in the way, but didn't do any damage to the two.Guardian prefers to use:Bouncer

Loading~Data Retrieval SuccessNow Loading Guardian FileAven GaerdAnvil - "Juggernaut of Justice" Aven silently cursed under his breath as he was ejected from the Nightingale alongside Abbadon. He was falling much faster than Abbadon because of his heavy gear and armor. "Hey, make sure you damage some of the important stuff, hopefully cause an explosion," he said, opening his comm to Anako. "Guess since she ejected the both of us I'll try and get the majority of them to focus on me, while you run off to do your job," he said, switching to talk to Abbadon over his comm. It wasn't long before Aven was close to crashing down, and it would no doubt draw quite a bit of attention from the thunderous crunch of metal as he landed on one drone in a small patrol. Swinging the large round shield attached to his right forearm as hard as he could, he managed to knock two of the remaining six drones off balance and into another drone, quickly pulling his Pirahna out of its side holster with his left hand to fire a large heavy slug into each of the three drones. he only managed to get a direct hit on one drone, and it was in the shoulder, another drone was barely clipped by the slug in the side of the head, and the third missed entirely. Raising his large shield in a defensive stance, he braced himself for a flurry of swipes from the drones, scratching and digging out very minute cuts in the face of his shield.WEAPONS

Abaddon fell through the air with Aven, the plasma like foam that had surrounded them seemed like a good idea. This way he wouldn't need to worry about using his jump pack until after he was on the ground. The sudden shift in the altitude of the nightingale had been sudden, but he was holding onto one of the over head straps so it hadn't caused him to much discomfort. "No problem" he said to Aven through the coms, he could see Aven was falling faster than himself, and for a moment activated the jump pack to slow his decent a little, also to change his trajectory again. The plan was to lad as close to the facility as possible. Setting the bouncers first grenade for a delay, one bounce. As he deactivated the jump pack, he fired. Aven was already in the middle of a grouping of drones.
The grenade landed before Abaddon did. It bounced on the ground and towards the plant. The grouping of drones had seemed more focused on Aven, which was good, the grenade made contact with the side of the manufacturing plant and the high explosive ordinance erupted. Then, he landed. There was a certain amount of stalling between the force that was the drone army. For a moment a sizable amount seemed to freeze, before turning their attention towards Abaddon. He hadn't actually landed on any of them, he had been trying to maneuver around them to land, and had done rather well. But now on the ground their attention had been drawn. And the manufacturing plant had a fair hole in one of its walls. Perfect.
Sending a message to both Aven and Anako, "Letting loose the EMP", and then, activated his soul sweep. Its not that he didn't want to be in combat with the drones like Aven was. It was just he really wanted to blow the plant up before it could make any more of them! As the EMP pulsed out from him, many a drone fell to the ground like scrap metal. Which gave him the time he needed to fire the bouncer again, this time however, there was no delay or bounce. And like before his aim was true. The grenade entered the hole in the plants wall, and almost instantly, as it passed through the hole, exploded! This was not enough to destroy the plant, but it was a start... and that hole was looking much bigger than it had done before. More than big enough for him to 'bounce' four more grenades into it, THAT should be enough to put the plant down... until he could reload and send another six into it. OOC: Sorry for posting so late, had a long few days.
EDIT: Not sure if the last sentace came across right, he only fired two shots, one made a hole, the next a bigger hole, the rest of it was kind of like, his next set of actions, the ones he was planning in his head, he didn't fire the other 4, or reload yet.... Just wanted to be clear.

Loading~Data Retrieval SuccessNow Loading Guardian FileAven GaerdAnvil - "Juggernaut of Justice" Aven decided to take advantage of the EMP as it just barely reached his small group of drones, preparing when he got Abbadon's message over the radio. Leaning back on his legs a bit as he bent them, he quickly gave a hard bash with the large, round shield,hoping to knock the rest of them into it in that short window of opportunity. He was lucky it had worked . . . sort of. One of the drones was still twitching and spasming, having gotten the last half-second of the blast. Grabbing onto the drone's plasma sword, he jammed it into it's head and readied with his Hellfire to provide cover.WEAPONS

Abaddon continued with his plan. Aven had dealt with the drones in his immediate vicinity, and the drones around Abaddon himself were ether lifeless, or twitching on the ground. He fired again, his objective to empty his chamber into the facility. He was aware of the sudden attention of the drones outside of EMP range. They were moving towards him and the facility itself. He had managed to fire three of the four before a drone closed in, Its energy blade swooping towards him. Abaddon dropped to a knee and moved to the side, part of his cloak was nicked, but he managed the last shot set to bounce. The first shot had entered the hole the previous two had made and erupted as did the second with minor delay. The third vanished from sight for a moment and as Abaddon dropped to a knee, it exploded, the last shot went into the darkness inside the facility and much like its previous comrade in explosion, vanished. Abaddon's amour moved out and the Energy Scythe on his left arm activated, erupting into life, through the drone. Unlocking the camber of the bouncer with his right hand, he let the whole chamber fall to the ground. He ripped his arm free of the drone, ending its system processes before activating his jump pack, sending him into the air with a burst of speed. At which point he reloaded a chamber into his Bouncer. This was his last mag, if you will, his last six rounds. As this was a do or die kind of mission, Abaddon had brought his own bouncer, he would discard it when it was empty and assuming the drones had no malice, he would retrieve it once the mission was over. As he slotted the chamber into the weapon, he looked to Aven. OOC: OMG work sucks..... especially this close to Chaosmas. BUT from he 18th I'm not working xD HOLIDAY SHUTDOWN! With pay!

@Momo-Kun: No worries man, We shall carry on with Anako flying around, maybe occasionally shredding some drones with the ships weaponry?

Loading~Data Retrieval SuccessNow Loading Guardian FileAven GaerdAnvil - "Juggernaut of Justice" Aven held the trigger down on his Hellfire minigun, sending a small volley of HEAT rounds at the drones closing in on Abbadon. He had managed to get the attention of most, if not all, of them. Immediately, a large group of drones were sprinting toward Aven, trying to flank and surround him. He stood his ground and kept firing into them for a few seconds before letting his Hellfire hang against his left hip and, raising his large circular shield in front of him, charged head on as fast as he could.
A moment before making contact with the large group of swift metal soldiers, Aven turned on his Dragon Skin and his Strengthening Unit. Giving one final push using all of his leg strength, Aven crashed right through into the middle of the group and was bashing and swinging with his shield, firing off his Pirahna single-handedly, and just doing everything he could to buy Abbadon some time. "Hey, anytime you're ready to blow the place, do it. Wouldn't be too bad if you sent a grenade my way, if ya can spare it," he told Abbadon over the radio.WEAPONS

PairsOsocks I'm assuming heated bullets in the Hellfire description are HEAT-warhead tipped bullets? I can edit if needed. Nagrom Helllion I think I should probably have Anako fire on my location with the miniguns on the nightingale, but I'm unsure on if that'd be alright.
