You arrive at a deciduous forest, the leaves are turning a variety of reds, oranges and yellows with smatterings of browns and the last vestiges of summer green. A path lays around the outside and a central deer trail leads to the heart of the forest. Which path do you take?
1) I take the Western path, the sun shines warmly there and leaves crunch on the ground, the day is beautiful and I follow the sun
2) I take the central path, full of brambles and thickets because I am not afraid of a good challenge.
3) I take the eastern path, my destiny is to have the sun at my back and the night in my heart.

1) I take the Western path, the sun shines warmly there and leaves crunch on the ground, the day is beautiful and I follow the sun
Sunny days indeed land before you, sadly your path never again leads to the quiet forest.
2) I take the central path, full of brambles and thickets because I am not afraid of a good challenge.
Your path however arduous and prickly leads you to a beautiful water fall...what secrets does it hold for you?
3) I take the eastern path, my destiny is to have the sun at my back and the night in my heart.
The night is exactly what you find too, you find a good den site somewhere near a pond and fall deeply asleep.
Next question
The waterfall is teeming with life and all around it hop bright colorful frogs, a crow alights near you, he says cryptically "Pick a frog! They will lead you to what you seek but choose wisely or your future looks bleak." You silently question what the relationship is between crows and rhyming and peek around at the frogs. Which do you pick?
1. I pick the blue, standard and true, representing depth of character and freedom too. "Ahem the blue frog please!"
2. Red as the blood which carries me, red as the eyes which scarries me. "Ahem I pick the red frog please!"
3. Green as the summer that has come and gone, green as the trees who's boughs are strong. "Ahem green frog please!"

1. I pick the blue, standard and true, representing depth of character and freedom too. "Ahem the blue frog please!"
The crow says you have chosen wisely. Place the frog upon your tongue and its story will show you the path. Welp nothing else for it but to lick the frog. You do and a swirling picture portrays that you must walk underneath the water fall to the other side.
2. Red as the blood which carries me, red as the eyes which scarries me. "Ahem I pick the red frog please!"
The crow caws and tells you to lick the frog. Sadly for you you catch a horrible rash and cannot for the rest of the week see an acorn without sneezing. You race home to warmth and comfort and scratchy things.
3. Green as the summer that has come and gone, green as the trees who's boughs are strong. "Ahem green frog please!"
The crow giggles and tells you to lick the frog. You lick your frog and suddenly keel forward, you are so sleepy suddenly and your eyes gum together and you fall asleep right there on the waters edge.
Next Question You emerge on the other side of the waterfall to hear birdsong, the last chorus before winters silence. Four different birds call you to them. Which voice do you answer?
1. The harsh chorus of gentle and graceful cranes speaks to you the loudest and you follow their call.
2, The cooing of doves reaches your ears, usually a rather cluslless lot they seem to be more pleasant then not so you give them a chance.
3. You hear the haunting calls of owls, their powerful voices pierce the gloom of the forest and you drift toward them.
4. Eagles trumpet and challenge each other, you puff yourself up and go to meet them.

1. The harsh chorus of gentle and graceful cranes speaks to you the loudest and you follow their call.
The cranes say a lot but seem not to have much to say, they cannot direct you further on your fall quest.
2, The cooing of doves reaches your ears, usually a rather cluslless lot they seem to be more pleasant then not so you give them a chance.
As you suspected they are really nice but have no idea where you want to go, they seem too complacent to bother deciphering your words, no matter how adamantly you coo back.
3. You hear the haunting calls of owls, their powerful voices pierce the gloom of the forest and you drift toward them.
Despite constant identity questions you manage to explain to them what you want and they tell you to head northeast into the forest and always keep the pale side of the trees to your left.
4. Eagles trumpet and challenge each other, you puff yourself up and go to meet them.
Eagles are a rowdy lot and they challenge you too. They give you a skill testing question. "What is the owls favourite question" You snort and say "who?" They say "the owls". Frowning you back track to the owls and find that the eagles are even more cunning then you thought. If you had not been smart enough you might not have figured out that they sent you this way and you would be arguing with them for a looooong time.
The final challenge in your tale turns out to be a fox. She lays decadently on a decorated stone slab. She asks you what the most important animal in the forest is. What do you answer?
1. the bear he commands the forest and keeps us strong
2. The wolf their cooperation keeps us whole
3. The deer they keep the paths clear of trees.
4. The squirrel cause he's nuts.
