Biography: Isis was raised by her religious grandmother due to her parent's separation. Having grown detached to the family due to incompatibilities of her parent's personalities, Isis only hopes to one day live away from her biological family and live on her own. Being the only granddaughter of a well-known wealthy member of the community, Isis was raised with an iron fist. It was always School and Home for her and very little outings with friends. Despite having someone to call a best friend, they never talked about family and personal issues. They are both private people with conservative families so family related problems are never allowed to be shared with a non-family member. A friendship that would last but never fully deepen.
Isis' lifestyle and issues did not help in her growth as her health was constantly challenged by illnesses. Her love for sports weakened when she was badly injured during a track meet in PE class on her 7th grade. Her right knee was badly fractured and it took about a month for her to be able to walk normally again. Her injury required an expensive surgery which Isis refused to take, she did not like the idea of embedding metal between bone and muscle or installing screws to her kneecap. Surgery or not, she was advised never to apply too much pressure or else she would have difficulty walking or even standing for some time. Her knee became her physical weakness that seemed to have darkened her perspective in life all the more.
Having grown up without the love of family and true friendship, Isis has come to avoid it. The only real love connection she has ever had was with another girl older than her in her previous school which she became rather infatuated with and even confessed her feelings for. However, a relationship built with various walls as is within an exclusive school for girls, it did not last the moment the girl had graduated and had found a man for her. Isis was the one to break the relationship as she knows she could not blame her for falling in love. However, it gave Isis the feeling of lost and betrayal she knows she should not feel but cannot deny feeling so.
Isis' grandmother fell ill at the end of her 10th grade of school, leaving Isis worried for her only close relative. Her grandmother needed to be treated at a hospital in another country but her grandmother did not want to leave her only daughter under the care of their house keepers and workers. Therefore, Isis was sent to Kuoh Academy to live in the dormitories and continue her studies as her grandmother seeks treatment.
Sacred Gear:Alexandria's Genesis
Appearance after transformation and Gear activation Level 1: Demonic Mark (shadow manipulation) Permanent Effects: Right eye color turned purple Turns Isis'right eye purple in a bleeding transition of color upon transformation/activation of Sacred Gear. This single eye grants the ability of manipulating her own shadow as she wills. Her shadow can be as gaseous as mist or as solid as her own physical body. The strength her shadow has is thrice her physical strength. Depending on the density of her shadow's form, the denser it is, the more drained of energy she will be. Excessive continuous use can result in fainting, temporary disability of Sacred Gear.
Appearance with both eyes purple, but without marble skin. Level 2: Devil's eyes (Marble skin) Permanent Effects: Skin becomes immune to burning and tanning Temporary Effects: Left eye turned purple Turns Isis' left eye the same color as her right, balancing her eye color. This eye enables her to materialize a marble layer above her skin as protection to counter her weak physique. This has little impact on her energy level upon reactivation of layer. However, it chips off when it takes damage on a covered area, leaving that area vulnerable until regeneration. Regeneration is slow but takes little to no energy/effort. Regeneration looks like an animated hole closing in towards the center.
Appearance without marble skin, tattoos reaching her shoulders. Level 3: Possession (Telekinesis) Upon activation of mode, turns both eyes fully pitch black and enables use of Telekinesis. As her energy is drained by the power, Tattoos will mark her from the eyes down to her fingertips. Once the tattoo reaches her fingertips, she will experience an immediate disability of her gear and a lethal shut down of her nervous system that could cause irreparable damage to the brain and nerves. Energy drained will depend on the weight of objects that she lifts or moves.
