I was wondering, since Erebus rarely ventures outside the safe zone, would he be interested in smuggling someone into a safe zone? Kallichore rarely goes into them but if she has important information or is in desperate need of food/shelter, she'll try and sneak in, but she'll need as much help as she can get. Maybe Erebus could get her up to speed on what's going on in the safe zones? Just a thought.

I also have a corrupted-from-knight General in Sutai, who may or may not have known Erebus from when she was a squire.

Aaaand Bazzite, youma extraordinaire, already thinks knights are tasty treats~

Whichever way you think would be more IC for Erebus. I can definitely have Kalli send out a message or maybe appear somewhere close to the safezone but not too close - she wouldn't want to attract attention. She may power up very briefly so that Order folks could sense the signal and then power down if that would work for you?

For plots with Sutai, we could assume maybe they knew each other? Sutai remembers her powered life but not her civilian and would attack Erebus on sight if you were up for that. I'm totally down with her being captured as well. n_n

Aaaand for Bazzite, it would be a straight battle, I was just offering in case that sounded interesting. Maybe Erebus caught him straying too close to a safezone and goes out to investigate? Bazzite can be killed but will regenerate, so it might be best to ambush the youma before he figures out where Erebus came from. If Bazzi figured out there are Order folks hiding in the woods, he'd alert his master, GK Benitoite. (ICly I wouldn't want him to learn the safezone location either way, it's just a good motivation to kill Bazzi as quickly as possible!)

How's about I start one and you start the other, we'll nix Bazzi for right now. I'll take Kallichore & Erebus and we'll go the "suddenly powers up as a beacon" sort of route so Erebus would leave the safezone to figure out wtf was up? Especially since I don't think Kalli would know where it was/the powered signatures would be dampened in the safe zone anyway.
