We're not sure how, but these two foxes are related to each other. Siblings? Cousins? Father and daughter? Aunt and nephew? We don't know! Maybe you guys can help us figure things out? Team up with a partner and give us some info on these foxes! When the end date has been reached, we'll sit down and judge the contest to determine our winners. Anyone can enter. Yup! Doesn't matter how many foxes you have or if you even have any at all, anyone can enter this.
One entry per pair. Yep, just one. You can't pair up with more than one person and you can't have more than one entry!
Don't mess with the form. Just fill it out and post it.
Forms should be posted in this thread. There's no need to PM us your forms or anything like that. Just post them here when we announce that the contest is open.
No trading/swapping prizes. Sorry guys, this isn't happening. You either keep your prize or you give it away. Trading/swapping prizes makes things confusing, especially during large events.
No bribing, whining, complaining, crying, etc. We're all adults/teenagers here, so let's act like 'em, alright?
Don't give us a novel. If your entry is longer than a couple of pages in Microsoft Word or something, we're not gonna even bother looking at it. Sorry!

I've got a story for you!

Female's Name: Lianas
Female's Mood: Open-Minded

Male's Mood: Glum
Female's Personality: Lianas has always been precocious, which gave her father no end of grief when she was kit. She hungers to learn about the world, and questions come as easily as breathing to the female--and nothing is off limits. When she was younger, she asked many questions about her other parent (a female) and, when her father admitted to it existing, her sibling (a sister). In spite of her father's naturally somewhat dark outlook on life, Lianas loves the world and those that inhabit it, the "good" and the "bad", if you can really attach judgments like that to other foxes--and with that love comes determination and strength and stubbornness; so when she finally became a full-fledged adult and made up her mind to seek out the rest of her family, the family her father would just as soon pretend doesn't even exist, nothing would stand in her way.
Male's Personality: Llinos is a glum fox--as his mood says--and tends to take a negative view of the world and the events in it. Take the crackbreeding that produced his daughter, for example; he regrets that he had a one night stand, and is annoyed that it was with a female, of all things. (Llinos, naturally, is gay). While he disapproves of how Lianas came into his life, he does love his daughter, for all that they're more dissimilar than alike. Where she burns to know about life outside their cave, he would rather stay at home, with what he knows. While she loves the world, the good and bad, he tends to notice and acknowledge the bad much quicker than the good. But despite these differences, he still supports her. He does not approve of Lianas' quest to find the other half of her family, as he holds some resentment toward the female with whom he mated. But he also knows it is in his daughter's nature to leave the nest, seek out and explore the world, and so he will not stand in her way. He will support her. He might not always be the most physically or vocally affectionate father around, but he loves his daughter, and he will always support her, if he can.
Their Relationship?: Father and Daughter. Llinos became father to Lianas completely accidentally and completely stupidly. It was a one-night-stand with a female (a female!) with consequences that he only accepted out of a sense of duty: his daughter.
Lianas was a loving, carefree kit, traits which somehow carried through to her adult life. Somewhere along the way--he couldn't tell you the exact moment that she went from a large responsibility to a small joy--he grew into the role of parent, of father. He hasn't seen Lianas' mother or his other child since the day the BCRs appeared, and that's alright by him, but now Lianas is talking about tracking them down and 'reuniting' them. Well, she's a big girl, she can do what she wants; maybe now he'll have some peace and quiet and time to himself...
Lianas loves her father. Really, she does. Even though she knows she was not only unplanned but largely unwanted. He took care of her when she was small and didn't abandon her, and that's all that really matters at the end of the day. All the same, they're very different foxes, and Lianas has come to accept that he will never be like her, and she will never be like him. She doesn't know if she'll ever find her mother and her sister, but she's at least got to try, doesn't she? Besides, she's been with her father since the day she hatched, and it's about time she stretched her (metaphorical) wings a bit, isn't it? She knows she'll always have a home with Llinos, but she also knows she needs to try and make one for herself.
(Just so you know: if we were to win, Rea and I would totally be customing in the CrackMama and the sibling at some point in the future. FAMILY DRAMA FOR DAYS. <3 Best of luck to everybody!)

Female's Mood: Guilt-Ladden

Female's Personality: This angel of a sister is sweet and gentle. So doesn't like to admit she is right because of how it upsets his brother. She'll usually try to make him discover that he was wrong on his own. Then she can't be all /that/ upset that he is... though she does still a little bad. She feeds her brothers grooming habit by helping him groom. She considers it a bonding time. Like her brother she can be manipulated by words. Like if someone twisted her words and made it seem like she said something bad... as in... she feels guilty quicker and heavier.
Male's Personality: Drefan is a bit more than casually smug. He loves to be right and tends to be a pain in the tail when he is. He loves his sister very much but when she is right and he’s wrong he becomes a very sore loser, there are even times he sulks for days after being wrong. Beyond being stubborn and prideful he tends to be easily manipulated by soft words and sweet promises. This is doubly true if the other party is telling him he is right often.
Drefan likes to preen and pose pretending to be the hottest thing around even when it’s pretty clear he isn’t. He has a large distain for violence of any kind and can only stand the sight of blood if it’s prey to eat, even then not too much. He is meticulous about his grooming and feather care spending a good chuck of the morning making sure everything is in place before he starts his day.
Their Relationship?:Siblings. Having left their home together to see the world and grow up outside of the watchful eyes of their parents Drefan and Aiyana stay together because it only made sense that they should have someone they knew to watch their back and of course Drefan was the one who suggested this in part because his dear sister always helped make him look good which would take twice as long in the mornings otherwise.
Drefan tends to run roughshod over his sister who is far too nice to say otherwise to him, when she does he tries to make her feel bad to get his way thinking that if he is kind to her latter it will make up for it. In truth where it not for his sister’s cunning and common sense Drefan wouldn’t stand a chance in the world.

Female's Mood: Introverted

Male's Mood: Curious
Female's Personality: Adalyd is an odd little gal. Only speaking when spoken to, she tends to keep to either her father's side or in the shadows. She's by no means timid, however extremely introverted. She does adore her father to bits and pieces, and has been known to constantly try and set him up on dates. While he never goes on said dates, it's clear she wants her dad happy. Adalyd lost her mother at a young age and grew up always wanting a sister. Now an adult, she's feverishly wanting a daughter and has been known to give her father grey hairs when she discusses her romantic dreams of finding a mate. Sadly, every time she meets another fox she either ruins the date by talking too much about her dad, fleeing, or ranting about herbs. Yeah, that isn't good date talk.
Adalyd studies poisons, however she's yet to try actually making them. When she isn't hiding under her father's wings the girl is usually collecting herbs and poisons, storing them away until the day she finds someone who can adequately teach her how to utilize them. Adalyd is extremely quick on her feet, as well, finding a way through obstacles easily. However, she takes defeat hard, sulking for days before finding the resolve to tackle the situation again. She doesn't back down easily, and needs to learn the hard way to stop trying.
Fun fact: Adalyd is into piercings and tattoos, and keeps considering piercing herself. Her dad won't let her, saying it's unsanitary, but one day she dreams of being modded head to toe.
Male's Personality: Ailein still retains his prideful self from when he was part of his clan but he’s mellowed over the years. He values things for what they are and tries to see the good in everything. He’s very loyal to his daughter and those he cares for deeply. He also loves learning about new things and has a huge curiosity, willing to try anything at least once. This is probably a trait his daughter inherited!
Their Relationship?: Ailein originated from a tribe that valued their pure-blood 'phim lines, and found anyone "tainted" by normal/'daeva blood were unworthy. However, this didn't stop Ailein from instantly falling in-love when he met a beautiful normal. Sickly and frail, the woman seemed unlikely to live long, however he bore his heart to her. His family outcast him, as well as his tribe when they discovered his mateship.
Ailein lived happily with his frail mate despite losing his family and tribe. They lived a good, happy life, and eventually the woman became pregnant with Adalyd. However, the pregnancy lowered her immune system, and she perished during childbirth.
Ailein did not hold this against his new daughter. While it hurt beyond reason, he scooped his child up. Losing his mate only made him more protective of his only daughter and connection to his ex-mate. While he's extremely protective, he wants her to find her own life and not worry about him so much.
Adalyd, however, is perfectly content trying to "fix" her fathers life. She blames herself for her mother dying, and while she doesn't brood on this or view herself negatively she does spend quite a bit of time encouraging her father to meet other foxes. She believes her father needs friends and a mate, though sometimes brief childish thoughts rise in her head that many children suffer with after losing a parent. She's afraid to see her dad love someone else. He always loved her mother, it's frightening to see him move on.
She can be a bit overly dependent on him thanks to his protective nature, but she frequently runs off to indulge her own hobbies. She is very much aware of her father's desire for her to have her own life, but.... she isn't ready to give up on making him happy. Or happier. She does ramble about wanting kids and a mate, but she needs a bit of encouragement to actually get out.
