Currently: Living staked out in the city, away from Light and Wily's range. He still loves his father, and will come to his assistance if needed, but since the whole Protoman fight debacle, he's sticking to his own guns.
Plots? You're welcome to use him as a plot device - since, you know, he kind of is Megaman. He's currently a little put off about knowing both the robot sides and human sides - having been a 'hero' for the city, in their grand schemes of things, and he's not sure where he stands anymore.
I'd love for him to get in little tiffs, I'm sure a few Wily bots would love to attempt to kick his a**, if needed. If they just want to meet him on neutral grounds too, k, that's cool also, but don't expect him to waltz right in.
(He also always has time for Blues and his father, and his sister. And his clone. Brother? X.)

Hey kid, want a trinket? Giro is the owner of Giro Express - a lucrative business, which is open to anyone, and is specialized in transporting everything, "illegal or not". He is willing to do business with all sides of the fence, but if he was on the ball, he would consider himself chaotic-neutral, bordering on good.
Zero? Whoever gets Zero, I would kill to plot with you - Giro is connected to Zero on a biometal level, so I'd love for them to be connected someway.
