A small garden sat nestled beside a strip of shops to act as both an environmental tie-in and a decorative focal point to draw customers commiserating about their purchases. Conveniently located at the edge of the Destiny City University campus, the ferry point offered easy access for all senshi of college age or those who lived nearby. In the garden itself sat an aesthetic arrangement of manicured bushes, a smattering of trees, and a single fountain built out of assembled rocks to form a makeshift stream flowing down the jagged surfaces. One branch hung thickly over the fountain, offering shade during the daylight hours. Grass grew throughout the entirety of the garden, healthy and green, to provide soft seating for those who sought enclosure.
Ferry 1 - Faust, Guardian Cat Snowball, Guardian Cat ------Eternal Thraen, of Gardens (already has a pearl) ------Knight Niflhel (volunteered !)
All comers are welcome to have post in one of the three ferry threads to receive a Moon Pearl of their own (if a senshi), meet the Ferry Mauvians and senshi, and go to the moon! If you chit chat a bit, this RP would count as a reg (remember 450 words!).
Night colored their surroundings in deep shades of yellow, creeping into the nearby garden to cast jagged shadows from every blade of grass. Faust stubbornly pushed the location for a ferry point, as the well-manicured area offered a variety of bushes, rocks, a few trees and even a fountain that the Mauvian often used as either a playground or a relaxation point. It sat in a blessedly central location, near a strip of shops that stood just on the edge of the University campus. Any senshi from the area or visiting would likely feel their presence - that included students with the potential who ventured out of their dorms to taste the night air in a second identity.
Faust, upon arriving at the location via Thraen's ShoulderTaxi, immediately leapt to the ground and landed just near a large rock. Once he was certain that Thraen's attention lay elsewhere, the Mauvian immediately rolled onto his back and wriggled about in the cool, refreshing grass, often using his shoulders to scoot short distances. Once satisfied, he righted himself and shook emphatically to dislodge any nature debris that might've clung to his coat.
Pleasure achieved. Now came business.
With a touch of concentration, Faust dug at the angled pocket between rock and ground before forcing his head into the tight space, and afterward tugged a moon pearl out from the ostensibly dead end. It hung from his mouth on a short chain, glimmering lightly due to the full moon arisen overhead.
Grunting, Faust looked to his eternal companion before up toward the sky, where the moon hung as a disc among a plethora of stars. Afterward he started his pace, unable to sit still beneath the humming presence of the moon. From rock to tree to edge of fountain he went, ever pacing, while he waited for the arrival of Snowball and the other senshi.

The suggestion was not bad in Thraen's estimation, especially on merit o fits ability to catch knights errant who might be near campus and not privy to the senshi announcement system. The fountain was a needed relaxation, and his first point of interest for half-thoughtful balancing, arms unnecessarily out to either side, and walking around it's perimeter while the light breeze cooled him with a spritz of the spraying water from time to time.
Summer nights were far too hot.
His attention was mostly on the auric energies around them, though- there'd not been enough volunteers to double man all three ferries, or double mauvian them. He was the lone ferryman at Number 1, which meant that while he was going back and forth (even were it instantaneous), the two cats would be unguarded. It was an unfortunate necessity, unless any senshi showed up who would volunteer on the fly once they received their new pearl charm. They'd also need the energy to manage the back and forth.
He'd been induced sleeping with NyQuil for the last two days to ensure he had it himself, and felt a little cottony of it. Nothing turns without unforseen challenges. He checked his messages, calling over to Faust, "Athene and Liryn are in place at Ferry Two. Ash will probably be there soon. No word from Horatio, Kallichore and Ida yet"

Snowball arrived not too much later than the others dragging along a knight. "Sorry we're late. Niflhel was trying to do other things before we came here. I thought though he maybe more interested in this."
The white fluffball of a cat searched for a cool place to lay before settling himself down. The hot summer days he preferred to be inside, where he couldn't melt from the heat. Though even now it was horribly hot for his amount of fur and maybe a little humid. The cat frowned thinking he felt his fur frizzing a little. Polaris wouldn't be happy if he became a poof ball.
Niflhel sighed as Snowball excused their 'lateness', "I cannot help I would rather insure that Merlin is well watered and fed before we run in case this runs a little later than it's suppose to." He stood there arms crossed before looking between Threaen and Faust. "Niflhel, Knight of Saturn." He added as an introduction.
Before finding himself a tree to hold up while watching the senshi and two cats. "So while these. . . ferries, as Snowball's explained are running who's watching the cats?" He asked in a tone that suggested concern for the felines.
Eris was late. Why? Because she had to relearn the city and get used to the feeling of things again. At least, that's what she was going with. It couldn't have been because she'd been half asleep on the couch and completely forgot about what today was. Ether way, she'd managed to get here and hesitated.
Her dark eyes narrowed as she came near the place the meeting was going to happen at. Word of mouth is what got her here and Eris prayed she didn't miss anything serious. Taking a deep breath and stepped closer and she could hear voices and see a Mauvian ...or two? She blinked a little more before stepping closer to everyone, hands behind her back. She wasn't going to draw too much attention to herself because well, she needed to be caught up on a few things. So far, she didn't recognize anyone, but she wasn't sure she would.
Then Niflhel introduced himself, so she felt compelled to speak up. "....Eris, Senshi if Discord." She couldn't answer the Knight's question, so instead she just tugged on her gloves and adjusted her skirt in a nervous way.

Auras approach
Thraen stopping in his circumvention of the fountain, stepped carefully down. As the sources revealed themselves, they were all the more welcome. The second Mauvian meant that the aura blocking for the ferry would be secure. He gave a respectful nod to Snowball and the arrived knight. "Well met, Niflhel. Thraen of Gardens, and this is Faust. "
He indicated to the over-large floof of cat-self with the Moon Pearl charm. "Unfortunately, while there were a good amount of volunteers to man three ferries, this ferry didn't have a second Senshi or knight to watch the Mauvians and greet comers while they concentrate as the first ostensibly took people up. Ferry Two has two Mauvian and two Senshi, and Ferry three has two senshi, but only one Mauvian. "
Another senshi approached, fine-boned and luminous whites as usual beneath the moon. "Well met, Eris. Do you have a Moon Pearl Charm for your phone? "
" If either of you would like to volunteer to watch the Mauvians while I ferry, I would be grateful for the help, but it isn't strictly necessary. They aren't helpless, and Faust is versed with his laser should trouble come. I can take either or both of you in a single trip up. Have either of you been to the Moon Ruin before?"
Niflhel nodded, "Aye, Snowball's still a bit new though, and his senshi does worry about him even though she couldn't be here tonight." The knight made sure to sort of explain why he asked the question.
"While I can't obviously ferry I'd be happy to welcome people if you'd like that way if you weren't here they'd still know they were in the right area?" The knight seemed a little more than willing to stay behind until the last second.
"I've also been to the moon ruin before. I usually catch a ride but it's been a little while since I've been there."
Snowball chuckled slightly, "Ah well, at least with Niflhel we wouldn't have to play target practice. He could hold it in spot." Snowball answered as he licked a paw and was trying to be sure he did a good job damping energies.

First came one knight accompanied by the second Mauvian, then a senshi by the name of Eris arrived. Faust already offered the introductions, thus circumventing the awkward portion of the conversation for Faust. The remarkably large and fluffy feline only grunted, pearl hanging from mouth, and nodded emphatically with the explanation of the shortage for senshi at this location. However, he ceased agreement immediately and wholesale stared at Thraen when he offered a voluntary position in watching the pair.
Initially he tried to speak around the moon pearl, his vocalizations coming out a garbled mess. Frustrated, he spat the pearl into the grass unceremoniously. "Do I look helpless to you, Thraen? Do. I. Look. Helpless. To. You. Lemme answer that for you: no. I ain't helpless, neither is Snowball here. We don't need no damn babysitter while you shuttle some kids off to the Moon." With a great huff, Faust turned around and sat with his back facing the eternal, effectively ostracizing him.
... And offering him a better view of the knight, Niflhel, and their newest arrival, Eris. "But, if one o' you needs babysittin' while you wait yer turn, I guess I could spare a little time. Or somethin'." Gold eyes fixated on Eris in particular. "Got somethin' wrong with your fuku?" He asked, entirely oblivious to subtle social cues.
She listened to the introductions from Thraen as he introduced himself and then Faust. Then the attentions were on her and Eris just shook her head a little. "..I do not have a phone..." She admitted with a frown. At the time she'd been most active it wasn't needed. "So, no." Short and sweet, unlike Eris. Well, she was a bit on the short side, but she wasn't sweet.
"From what I can recall," she started, thinking about her past, "I haven't been to the moon ruins before." Nor had she actually visited her home world, but she supposed that goes without saying. It made her a bit sad to hear moon ruins. Her goal still wasn't complete and it was her own fault. She'd slacked off and left the country for a while. Eris had a feeling she was being stared at and turned her head to look at Faust, dark eyes totally unamused as he pointed out her fixing her fuku.
Eris shook her head and put her hands behind her back so she didn't actually fidget anymore. "Everything is fine."
She didn't know what they were going on about, needing a babysitter, not really, but she certainly did not. "....Apologies if I seem sharp and short. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things." Not that she was any different before, but it was a partial truth. Maybe once she got to know them a bit better she'd relax. It was one of the things she was going to work on. A while ago Eris realized she couldn't do this by herself.

Didn't I start that explanation with assurances that you precisely weren't helpless-oh. Nevermind. He's irritable because he's gotten as little sleep as any cat could be in horror of. It isn't as though they make Mauvian NyQuil. Besides, it is rather cute to be ostracized. Best be focused on the job at hand, not his fluff. "Faust, if you don't need to hold energy to ensure the use of a laser in addition to the dampening, you can make Discord a phone with that energy and the dampening, can you not? Or likewise for Snowball. "
Thraen turned his attention to Eris' apology, "The efficacy of expediency is not foreign. I do not ask you be something you aren't. You are in luck with Mauvians here to help- once you have a phone and charm, I'll take you up. "
"The short explanation, not knowing how much history you know, is the Ruins on the moon were the central court of the Ruler of the Silver Millennium roughly a thousand years ago. The civilization was brought to mysterious end as with all our worlds. There are wards that make it safe as a meeting place from the reach of Chaos without exhausting Mauvians. It is safe, as ruins go, but for right now it would be better if you didn't wander further than the cloister. Once the meeting starts, if you haven't already asked others about it, I can try to answer questions or direct them to those who can and a present. "
The eternal of gardens extended his hand to her, while looking to Niflhel, "And if you do not mind the sentinel duty, I gladly ask it boon of you."

Thraen's plan sounded interesting enough, but that wasn't why Cybele was there, really. She was there because there was going to be a meeting in space. Despite what she said to the Negaversers who thought she was an alien invader or... whatever it was that they thought, she had actually been interested in space since the beginning, interested enough, in fact, that now that she had a chance to go she was willing to stay up until three in the morning for it, far later than her usual bedtime.
Actually, it was a bit after three in the morning. She'd ended up having to chase down a youma on the way to the ferry point, which meant that she was now late, which she hated, and a little worn out on top of being sleep deprived. Luckily, when she got to the cute little garden, it didn't look like she had missed too much.
"Hello," she called as she approached, looking over the three humans and two cats. Thraen was there, but other than that she didn't know anyone, so she smiled and added, "I'm Cybele. I'm the Senshi of the Hunt. This is this is the place that..." connects? She didn't know the details of space travel, other than that there were pearls involved, so she started over. "The Moon Ferry, right?"

Snowball paused, "I've got the phone part if you don't mind Faust, I need more practice with phone making and Ash showed me the new ones!" The snow white Mauvian got up from his spot and thought for a second before popping a phone out of thin air. One that worked well with Eris' fuku, "You're new phone my dear. It's got apps~."
He paused and then blinked, "Uh.... where do we get the moon charms from?" The mauvian gave a sudden blank stare.
Meanwhile Niflhel face palmed at his fluffy white companion, "I would say something smart but I'll leave it for now." He directed at the cat, before giving Threan a nod. "I don't mind, I'd be happy to watch them s'why I offered. Sentinel duty is one of the things I do best."
His attention soon turned to the new comer, Cybele, "Indeed, do you have a moon pearl yet?"-- Which why he was asking he wasn't sure since she could've probably gone there if she'd had one already.
Despite having put her hands behind her back, Eris tugged at her gloves regardless of what she wanted. Damn her body betraying her nervousness. Damn her for being nervous, she knew she shouldn't be. Still, the Super just toyed away at her gloves while the others were talking and then she nodded when Thraen said a Mauvian could help her with her phone. "I see.." And he went on explaining what the Ruins were and Eris just took in the information with squinted eyes and nodded.
And then a knew Senshi stepped forward and Eris gave her a slow nod and a tiny smile. Senshi of Hunt? That was new... But she imagined there were all sorts of new Senshi now else there wouldn't be a need for a Ferry.
Either way, she stepped towards Snowball when he caught her attention and then she took the phone from the air and gave a little smile. It looked like she could personalize it. Eris would do just that after tonight. Sometime in the morning after breakfast. "Thank you for this." Then at Snowball's question Eris looked back to Thraen, who seemed to have all the answers.

Faust offered no objections to Snowball creating the phone, as he hadn't fully remembered how to do so. And when Snowball produced a legitimate smartphone, Faust's eyes widened while he produced a high-pitched "Whaaaat?" Blinking twice, he trotted closer to sniff the phone. "How the hell you do that? That is one sweet a** phone!" From what he remembered, senshi phones were rather run-of-the-mill, so to see something like this... "Dayum!" Afterward he retrieved the Moon Pearl charm from the grass, jack plug-in facing outward from his teeth, and drove it into the accessory port of the phone.
But with Snowball creating phones, that meant no one dampened the energy.
Wordlessly Faust returned to his claimed grassy patch, lying down sphinx-style with both paws extended before him. Closing his eyes, he focused on an imagined field of energy diminishing as his method of reducing the auric energies present. It demanded a significant portion of his concentration due to the number and level of those present, but with enough concentration, he found it manageable.
He both felt and vaguely heard Cybele's presence when she arrived, and offered his own greeting to the best of his ability when devoted to the task. "Yo, Cybele." Unfortunately, it was the most he could offer without disrupting the dampening activity.

He woke up late.
It was the excuse he used plenty of times with his teachers, who'd gotten tired of reprimanding him and simply waved off his apology and constant promises of it never happening again. He never delivered in that regard, they soon realized, and so they left his grades to their fate, issuing warnings only when a big assignment was due or something similar. Tonight was no exception to this little problem of his, though as he jogged up to the little gathering he didn't offer them any sort of excuses. Or apologies, for that matter, granted he was more than a little relieved that he didn't seem to have missed much of anything.
Ashur nodded first at a knight there whom he recognized only from that first meeting at Olympus, then waved at Thraen and the other senshi, as well as the Mauvians that were there. In all honestly, Ash never realized how often he had to note unfamiliar faces whenever something like this was happening. ...Not that that was particularly important right then, so he tucked the thought away in favor of focusing on the current happenings. The guy figured he could worry about socializing with others later on.
Thankfully he didn't need to ask -- another senshi had already done so -- and he walked over just as Nilfhel explained that he was, in fact, at the right location. "Ashur," he dropped a quick introduction with a grin, a hand quickly going up to scratch his head. He was only kind of nervous, he figured, hence the gesture. "Good to know I'm in the right place."
