The Guardian's record show that: Arch Stanton's father was a pioneer in the weaponizing of the T1-T4-N. Originally a construction robot, once the Union began its attacks, Arch's father quickly went about upscaling weapons to be used in conjunction with T1-T4-N's. Arch grew up a forerunner, and knowing everything about the T1-T4-Ns, he naturally went into the T1-T4-N training program. Unfortunately for the other students, Arch was one of the more arrogant of the recruits. Due to his father's involvement in the T1-T4-N program, Arch thought he knew it all, and his skills took years to hone until he was on par with the average recruits.
The advantage of being the son of such a prominent member of the Den was he got to use the best toys. His Shogun class T1-T4-N, dubbed by Arch 'Kthulhu,' is armed to the teeth with the best technology the Den can offer and is a walking fortress. It can deal with nearly any threat in a one on one situation but is VERY susceptible to overheating if Arch isn't careful. He's crack many of his weapons at the practice due to them overheating.
On his first outing as a T1-T4-N pilot Arch abandoned his unit to pursue a low priority Union convoy only to be met with an ambush. While destroying the convoy and four enemy T1-T4-Ns, Kthulhu was crippled and Arch almost killed. Due to Kthulhu's record setting costs to build, Arch was blacklisted from driving a T1-T4-N for two years. He took this time to go back to training in practice T1-T4-Ns and do his own research in his father's department to hone his skills. A lighter version of Kthulhu has recently been completed and Arch's suspension ended. Arch named this new model Lovecraft. He is ready to prove his worth as a T1-T4-N driver and clear his besmirched name but is afraid his nickname Jackie Boy, a parody of Jack the Giant killer, due to him virtually "killing" his own T1-T4-N.

So here's my heavy Titan. With your weapon lists, it DOES seem OP compared to my original design here:
TORSO:
30mm Cannon (2) - Ammunition (5000 armor piercing rounds; 2500 rounds per cannon) Can fire at up to 3000rpm and swivel up to 30 degrees in its forward facing direction. Accurate up to 500m.
ER (Extra Range) Large Laser (2) Each laser can produce a beam of light that heats a point of a circle with a radius of two centimeters to 10,000K (17,500 degrees Fahrenheit) for a split second. The Laser requires three seconds of charging before discharge and takes five seconds to cool down. Accurate up to 1250m.
WARNING - Frequent use within 80 seconds can cause serious issues to gear in the T1-T4-N's torso. Staggering fire is recommended and dual firing is not advised.
ARMS:
ER (Extra Range) Medium Pulse Laser (4) Each laser can produce three beams of light that heat a point of a circle with a radius of two centimeters to 2,000K (3,100 degrees Fahrenheit) for a split second. The Laser requires 0.5 seconds of charging before discharge and takes one second to cool down. Accurate up to 250m.
WARNING - Frequent use within 300 seconds can cause serious issues to gear in the T1-T4-N's arms.
PORTABLE:
LB (Large Bore) 20-X Auto Cannon Large shotgun like weapon that fires five 200mm slugs in rapid succession at high velocity. Each slug can be programmed to fragment at a certain distance or upon impact. Must be reloaded after every shot. Accurate up to 250m.
WARNING - LB 20-X is prone to fracturing due to overheating and sheer power of its ammunition. While an immensely powerful weapon, it generally must be repaired after firing only 20 rounds. Discharge is not recommended if the T1-T4-N has sustained structural damage to its arms.
But, I went with your weapon lists, so xp . I could downgrade to a medium Titan if I could have a concession of having two shoulder mounts but maybe cutting it to two other weapons. I just LOVE the design of the titan in my pic. I'd even settle for two weaker shoulder mounts, IE not TWO railguns. Whacha think?
Spoke too soon, which is why I edited the former post of mine. Since I like the picture and idea enough, I changed shoulder mounts to 2 on the medium Titan, which means you will only have to sacrifice1 weapon since shogun was filled, but you can keep your picture. Which would be a Samurai instead of a shogun. If you can make it work and sacrifice 1 weapon, I approve the list. If things get too op top quickly I'll throw a curve ball in the way to fix it.

Sweet. That works for me. I can even work it into the story. He got demoted a Titan class down to a samurai because he f*cked up his shogun. So, just take off one weapon and I'm good to be approved?

Yessir. I have made the correct changes on the Titan page. You are good to go.
