Can immortals die of starvation, oxygen deprivation, and/or a combination of the two?
Immortals can die of anything a mortal can, other than old age, assuming they do not heal before the injury claims them. The only sure-fire way to kill them is to chop their heads off, or burn them and spread the ashes. It isn't exactly easy to get your head back to your body ya know?
How many elementals can exist at a time, or does each continent have their own set of elementals?
There can be several of any element of an elemental. There are usually a handful in each country at a time.
How do elementals come into existence?
Some elementals are born that way, others just sort of appear, it is really an iffy topic. Kuro had witnessed an elemental be formed by an immortal before, but never done so herself.
Can they be reborn like spirits such as Sol and Luna, or are they an isolated case?
They can be reborn, though it is less common for elemental beings. Spirits though never stop existing, so if Sol and Luna die they will reappear as another set of people elsewhere in the world
Can one elemental transfer his or her powers to another person? Yes, though they can not transfer them to someone who has powers that contradict theirs. If they transfer it to someone with a similar or highly compatible power then the person receiving it would be very strong. For example, an Ice elemental could not give someone with fire powers their abilities, but someone who could control water would not only easily take to the powers but they would be even stronger.
What kind of repercussions will occur if it is possible?
it very well could remove the entirety of their powers from them, kill them, speed age them, or turn them into a mortal. Most elementals have an extended lifespan, so it drastically shortens it. The person receiving the powers may not take it well, it can cancel any powers they have, make them ill, kill them, or weaken them. It depends on their base power and ability to handle such a powerful transfer

bathing in dragon blood makes your skin strong and resist sharp objects, but there is always a weak spot.
Drinking it can be highly nutricious and for some people it may give you heightened senses or it may kill you. All depends on the individual. For example. Aura and Malum could drink it, but Sol and Luna could not.
If the head is reattached in less than 3 minutes he can live.
Using very strong magic, such as a healing pendant with many many years of energy stored, you can bring someone back to life good as new. It first turns anything remaining into healthy tissue, regrows anything missing, and fills the newly formed vessels with blood again, air flows in and out of the lungs, the heart is forced to beat, and eventually the soul, if the deceased is willing, will go back into the body. This can be anywhere from looking like someone is waking up, to watching dry bleached bones slowly weave themselves back together, and regrow tendons and flesh and being rather bloody and gruesome.
Using other means can cause complications, such as zombies, shattered memories, incomplete resurrection (think of Full Metal Alchemist trying to get their mom back) and other such things. Using dark magic usually doesn't resurrect the person properly and they are not fully revived... meaning they are nasty and their body or mind is not fully restored.
Soulessness may also occur..... hollow eyes and no true feelings or emotion.

Can a magical creature become a full-fledged human? Like a fox demon wants to become human? Yes, through various Magical means, charms, spells, potions, or contracts.
Can love (in any form) break any curse? (Think Disney's Frozen for this question's origins.) Depends on the conditions of the curse.
Can a spell be partially broken, but still apply? Like a spell for good luck that is broken, but still gives the person a favorable life? If they spell is in the process of being broken but it is stopped before it is fully complete, then yes.
Do love potions exist? Not for eternal love, but for intimate relations love (sex). Love potions can only cause feelings of sexual desire, but there are also 'love' potions that work like the ones from Harry Potter, smelling a certain way as to attract people to the individual.
If any of the magic users (witches, sorcerers, wizards) have children with each other, will their magical powers be reduced like a cross between a sorcerer and an alchemist such as Silver? Or will they have normal powers?
It can happen either way. Usually, like in Kuro and Shiro's case, they will get some of the powers of each parent, very rarely will they get all of both parents powers. Quiet often they can end up with no powers too. It's all in hte luck of the draw there.
