Like the title suggests, this is where you can post any of your RPCs that do not have a house or apartment in the city. If you ever have them move in with someone who is a local, get their own house, apartment, or duplex, please relocate their profile to the Locals topic Name: Age: Gender: Visiting for:(approximate number of months or years) Sexual Orientation: Favorite saying: Powers: (if any) Other: (if any) Appearance: Bio: Personality: Why is this here? It really helps new role-players find out which characters know the most about the town, finding a character that may have a larger number of friends makes it much easier to get into the roleplay.

Colors: Forest green and spring green.Name: Fuyuki Rin Hiryū.Age: 390 years old.Gender: male.Visiting for: Indefinite.Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual.Favorite saying: "Courage is a fool's excuse for stupidity." Yet he's plenty full of stupidity and courage.Powers: He transforms into a silver-white dragon and breathes white fire. In addition, he can transform into a female human—only as an illusion—but he never does because he finds it boring and exhausting to keep up the magic.Other: He's a wonderful juggler and automobile repairman. In addition, he suffers from Leucism, which explains his pale skin, white hair, and blue eyes. He is not an albino; it's just that his pigmentation is reduced. Fuyuki was born on the 21st of December and loves to eat fried octopus. He doesn't like the darker parts of his family's "business", but he doesn't interfere with it either. He is engaged to the familiar of his family's protective deity, the Kami, but he doesn't know what she looks like or her exact age. However, he does know she's much older than him and no fidelity is expected in their marriage, which has left a deep sadness in his heart that he's mastered ignoring. He's had his own flings in the past, but he always threw away the feelings of love that developed in those relationships because what was the point of being in love when he'll be in a marriage completely lacking in it?Appearance: Dragon form.Bio: Fuyuki was hatched in the mountains deep in Japan with both his parents and their parents. It was a large batch of eggs and most of his fellow hatchlings survived into adulthood. Because they needed to hide from the humans, they lived in a community developed with the other dragons in the area hundreds of years ago, but not outside of Japan. His family started up another battle from long-standing feud with the Chinese dragon Kuò Clan across the Yellow Sea and it left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. Since then, he and his family have been staying low, blending in with the humans around the globe and building fortunes. He's partial to shiny things.Personality: Awkward, dorky, and all around friendly, Fuyuki makes more mistakes than not, but he never holds any malice (unless you're a certain Chinese dragon) against anyone. He likes making friends and collecting shiny things like rare metals and gems.

Colors Indigo and violet.Name: Leticia "Leti" Paula Abernathy-Chambers.Age: 23 years old.Gender: female.Visiting for: Indefinite.Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual (actually homosexual, but don't tell her).Favorite saying: "Five-finger deals are the best."Powers: None, she's just an ordinary human being with no special powers.Other: Leticia is a nomad, moving from place to place, working odd jobs to get by. As such, she's learned to rely on her wits and her quick hands. She can hot-wire a car in two minutes and pickpocket without you knowing it. In other words, she's an excellent thief, but she's a good person, so chances are, if she likes you, she won't steal from you unless it's replaceable. Leticia was born 15 March 1992, just after midnight as a premature infant. However, she has managed to grow up healthy despite the rocky start.Appearance: Bio: Leticia comes from a poor, abusive family from New York City, but it didn't stop her from graduating high school at the top of her class two years early so she could start college early and pay her own way through her classes. She worked forty hours a week while taking night classes, but she lived in her car to make ends meet. She graduated with a bachelor's in medical biology and herbology, which she uses to her advantage when she's in a pinch. She would have stayed for her major if her latest in her string of boyfriends became a violent stalker. Since then, she's been traveling state to state, even crossing borders, just to stay out of his radar. Plus, it doesn't help that she has several warrants out for her arrest for petty theft and other minor crimes caused for her survival.Personality: Leticia is intelligent, both book smart and street smart, just not smart when it comes to relationships. She blames her childhood for her poor taste in men. So, as a result, she's always on the run from bad relationships and has no solid bonds. She is suspicious of authority and thus everyone else and doesn't befriend people easily. However, she is a kind, warm, and happy person, especially toward children because she wants like a million of them. But first, she needs a good and rich man to marry.

Name: Chua Age: How rude to ask a lady that! (She doesn't remember, but she's old.) Gender: Female. Visiting for: (approximate number of months or years) Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual. Favorite saying: "You'll have to find that out for yourself." Powers: Chua is a dragon who also has a human form. As a dragon, she has the ability to fly, is very large and strong; and she can also go into a deep sleep like hibernation for hundreds of years if she chooses.
In her human form, she often feels sick (a result of squishing all her power into such a small form), but she has heightened senses and strength, as well as being very beautiful. Even in human form, her eyes are like a dragon's, with slits for pupils in the light. Other: She can sometimes work magic, but not always. Appearance: As a dragon, she's a deep purple colour with amber eyes, pupils silted like a cat's. Her wings change from being scales on the edge to feathers.
http://loiiypop-chan.deviantart.com/art/Chua-494374771
As a human, she has long black flowing hair that is usually pretty messy since she never bothers to straighten it out. Her eyes are the same as in dragon form. She appears to be about 18 years old in human form. She also always has a loose kimono like dress. Bio: Chua used to live in a great group of dragons, who all hunted, lived, and existed together. The group was attacked and both her parents along with many others from her group were killed. Her grief caused her to go into hibernation, from which she has been in the last 100 years and is just waking up from. As she slept, New Shiro seemed to spring up around her resting place. Personality: Chua, as a dragon, is very prideful. She doesn't like or appreciate having her flaws pointed out (of which there are few) and will likely react poorly towards you if you do. She has a weakness for shiny things and being praised or admired. She is often confused by what she sees around her, after all she's been asleep for the last 100 years. She can be sneaky, sly and rebellious, but she is also loyal to those she cares about, once they earn it. She is still young by dragon standards, even though she is very old, and she longs to be around her own kind again. However, she's also independent, and doesn't like to feel like or admit that she needs anyone, even when she's lonely.

Colors: Dark cyan and cyan.Name: Aoi Kökedai "Köke-Erdene" Zaya.Age: Actual age: 957; appears 23 years old.Gender: Male.Visiting for: 14 months.Sexual Orientation: Asexual aromantic (apparently).Favorite saying: "Wisdom is not determined by age, but experience. Never allow someone you perceive as an adult belittle you for your age despite your experience. Never."Powers: Aoi is an immortal water elemental. He can control anything to do with water, so from the clouds in the sky to the deep ocean waters, so he's a very powerful water elemental. In Kuro Shiro, he discovered his powers became somewhat subdued, so now he can't change the weather anymore or anything really drastic, which is good. He doesn't like being powerful.Other: Aoi has an impressive memory, and that's not just due to being over 900 years old. He can remember any moment in his life by just thinking of it, which he finds odd, but helpful. Aoi is skilled in all martial arts (including mixed), weaponry of any age since his birth, survival, fine cooking, interior design, gardening, carpentry, etc. He finds being immortal gives him many opportunities in life he would not have in a normal situation, so he takes full advantage of his immortality and learns all he can. In addition, Aoi carries around some magical knickknacks around that he uses to store his valuables and clothing. One item is a Victorian locket that contains all the paintings and photos he acquired over the years. The locket also serves as a translator. It copies and stores the languages known to the owner and will copy and store the languages of anyone who wears it. As such, it translates the languages being heard to the wearer into the language they prefer. The locket does a few other things, but that's for another time. Another charmed item in his possession is a little cigar case containing all his personal items, including clothes, weapons, armor, etc. He has an enchanted jewelry box containing all things glittery and shiny, basically all his jewelry. He typically keeps the jewelry box in the cigar case because it's easier than carrying both with him. He was born sometime in the fall, but he doesn't know exactly when that was. It could have been early or late, or it could have been winter. If you ask him for his age, he'll just spout out whatever date comes to mind. Aoi suffers from depression and anxiety, but it's been under control without medications for the last hundred or so years. However, as soon as he's triggered, he takes his medications because he knows he won't be able to properly function without them. The triggers can often seem random or blatantly obvious, but they're triggers nonetheless. If he doesn't take his medication when he's triggered, he will become frozen in place and utterly useless in whatever situation he's in.Appearance: Typical clothesMore typical clothes. He has no problems dressing in Western clothing.Bio: Born to a poor mixed couple—a Vietnamese-Mongol father and a Han Chinese-Ainu Japanese mother—with his twin sister Akane. Aoi had a difficult time growing up in China where his family lived. Since both his parents were mixed, thus making himself and his siblings mix-blooded, they all became outcasts in Chinese society. This in turned caused them keep to themselves as best they could while making the most of their lives. The Zaya family was an ordinary family with no powers until Aoi and Akane turned six. Around that time, the two went into the nearby forest to fetch wood for the winter when something happened to them. Neither of them could remember what exactly happened, but when they came to, they realized they could control the elements: Aoi with water and Akane with fire. The twins immediately showed their parents these strange new powers, but were met with fear and a promise to never reveal them to outsiders. As the years went by, the two practiced their skills and grew in strength to the point where they could control elements beyond their original boundaries. Akane could control hot and molted metal, bending it to any form she wanted or using lightning to set fire to various flammable items while Aoi controlled the weather and the moister in living creatures. Ten years passed with no incidents, though the two had many close calls because Akane's passionate, independent, and fiery personality. Then one hot summer's day Akane's recklessness lead their village on a lynch mob for them and their family. The villagers believed Akane and Aoi were demons and needed to be killed to please the gods to put a stop to the recent drought that was plaguing their village. While trying to escape the mob, Akane accidentally set the village ablaze, thus making them more angry and giving them more incentive to kill her and their family. As the flames grew larger and the villagers readied the nooses for their throats and hatchets for their younger siblings' skulls, Aoi quenched the fire by summoning a fierce rainstorm. Then, when that had not been enough to cool the fierce tempers of the villagers, he created a large ice wall to separate his family from the villagers, enveloping his family's land so they would be properly supplied. As news traveled of the twins and their powers, they remained at a standstill with the village for three months before the army of the Chinese Emperor Zhezong came with a decree: Come under the emperor's service or die. The Zaya family chose the former and moved to the country's capitol where Akane and Aoi would enforce the emperor's word. Under the young emperor's rule, the elder twins worked as the emperor's "faithful" servants, or rather as Empress Dowager Gao's servants because she was Regent for the young emperor. The rest of the Zaya family lived in a large personal estate with their own servants. Under this arrangement, all of them were prisoners of the imperial family and they could do nothing to free themselves from the Empress Dowager's grasp. Seven years passed on like this until the natural death of the empress. After her death, Aoi had hoped the emperor, now of age to rule on his own, would release him and his family, but this was not the case. Over the years, Emperor Zhezong had grown to fear Akane's and Aoi's powers after several bad incidents which had nothing to do with either of the elder Zaya twins. Yet the young emperor came to believe these incidents were forms of divine punishment caused by the twins' presence in his imperial court. As such, he ordered the execution of all members of the Zaya family by hanging upon his coronation. On their execution day, the blindfolded and bound twins felt the wind stir and the air thicken before a powerful windstorm blew through the courtyard and knock their executioners their feet before releasing them from their constraints. Their rescuers were the ancient leader of the Yellow Sea dragon Kuò Clan, Cong Li and his loyal servant the air elemental Jiang Feng Chi. For the last 17 years, the Cong Li had his clan searching for the newest incarnations of the elementals of water and fire, so they would serve his clan like the other elementals he had under his command. Upon hearing they were in the capitol about to be executed by the young emperor after years of faithful servitude, Cong Li decided to rescue the Zaya family instead of waiting for their elements to be reborn somewhere in China. As a result, the elder Zaya twins served under Cong Li and fought alongside his dragon, human, and hybrid army against the Hiryū Clan. In exchange for their service, Cong Li placed the "gift" of immortality upon the elder Zaya twins and relocated the rest of their family to a city where they would be safe from the emperor's army, but under the strict gaze of his own army. For the next 70 to 80 years, Akane and Aoi fought for the Kuò Clan and their allies while their family lived in oblivious bliss. Then, one day, Akane rebelled and killed several of the top leaders in the Kuò Clan's compound. Word about the attack spread quickly and Cong Li's soldiers swiftly apprehended Akane. As punishment for her actions, she was stripped of her immortality before being executed in front of Aoi and their family at the "imperial court" of the Kuò Clan. After years of enduring Cong Li's cruelty, Aoi thought he had seen it all, had accepted it all, but the thought of losing his sister, the one person who calmed him and understood him made him snap. He lost his temper and fought against the ancient dragon and his court. The water elemental, with the help of the other elementals, mages, and the likes forced to serve Cong Li, fought against the loyal soldiers of the Kuò Clan while defending their own families. With Akane's help, Aoi killed Cong Li while the others sealed the immortal Feng Chi in the mountains. The water elemental allowed the surviving Kuò Clan soldiers to escape and deliver a message to the rest of the Kuò Clan: The Zaya family and the families of the others who rebelled and won, would never fight again and never for anyone. Afterwards, the Zaya family moved to an isolated Mongolian village where his siblings, including Akane, married locals and started families. As his family moved passed the hellish life they led for the last 70 years, only Aoi remained unchanged. He was still an immortal and thus was stuck watching his family age and die. As soon as it became noticeable that he did not age to the local villagers, he started becoming a recluse, hidden from the villagers. He did not wish to be viewed as a god by the villagers and worshiped as such. The water elemental simply wanted to watch over his family and their descendants until he couldn't stand seeing everyone he loved die while he remained the same. Once Akane died, he left Asia and traveled the world until he settled in Kuro Shiro. The small town's odd powers weakened his elemental powers, which was a welcomed relief to the immortal after over 80 years of slavery and killing. Aoi isn't sure if he wants to permanently settle in Kuro Shiro, but he's thinking it's a definite probability.Personality: Like water, when undisturbed, he is tranquil and friendly. With his years of experience, he is a wise old man in a young man's body, so he has learned the best ways to befriend people and does his best to be likable. However, once his surface is broken, he is a hurricane of emotion and power and will not stop until his enemy is thoroughly and completely destroyed. He doesn't like losing his temper and it hasn't happened since Cong Li tried to kill his sister. Nowadays, he's a lonely and sad man with a smile plastered on his face to make sure no one else feels the way he does.

Name: Nasuada Sahara Age: Ageless, though Nasuada's current state is approx. 10,000 years old. Gender: Androgynous, decidedly female. Visiting for: For however long Nasuada feels it necessary. Sexual Orientation: As far as Nasuada is concerned, sex means nothing. Favorite saying: What Nasuada wants, Nasuada gets. Understand? Powers: Nasuada is a sand spirit, she can shift the sand that makes her form into whatever she feels necessary and whip up sandstorms Other: As a sand spirit Nasuada is extremely susceptible to the wind and water. Appearance: Bio: Nasuada is the spirit of the Sahara. During the Ice Age, what is now known as the Sahara Desert was a beautiful plain that nourished all the creatures of Africa, including the first humans. At this time she was a earth spirit of immense power, respected by all of the spirits.
But as the Ice Age ended, she found her land drying as water spirits stopped visiting her to seek more favorable climes. As they left, so did the creatures she had harbored...and the sand began to creep in. As sand is the anathema of earth, she feared her death was coming soon and decided to do her best to stop it. By sheer force of will, she managed to live, though it turned her into a sand spirit, which would normally be considered the smallest of creatures, though with her will she never lost her land.
However this turned her quite bitter against many of the spirits of the earth, in particular wind and water spirits or elementals, whom she believed to be the reason for existence in such a base form. In return, she turned her back to the world, something no spirit or elemental would do lightly as it kills the land they reside on.
For the past 10,000 years she has alternatively lived in isolation in her land or wandering wherever, which led her to Kuro Shiro. Personality:Extremely blunt to the point of downright rudeness, her anger often snaps at the slightest disrespect. After she turned her back on the earth, she has found multiple things out about herself: one that she had never cared about anything besides it; two, she found that with her "quitting" there was a sort of void in her life that couldn't be filled; and three, that she absolutely despised water spirits or elementals.
Much of her attitude concerning people was formed during the early bronze age late copper age of mankind which stated "If I like it, then it is good and I want all of it; if I do not, then it is bad and I want it destroyed in the most spectacular way possible."
