The room appeared to be empty for now, a thin layer of dust coating most of everything, as far as she could tell. The place was a bit dreary, though, in the best way. Papers were strewn everywhere, though most of them were pinned to a board, a few of them connected by various color yarn pieces.
The lass had ventured to this particular club room in search of answers. Jacks implication that Bonnie had secrets was no laughing matter. It was true, she did have secrets, more than she even knew. The idea that he knew more about her than she did was irksome, to say in the least. That information was buried beneath years of foster homes, misfortunes and bureaucracies, assuming his previous statement had been about her father.
Bonnie let out a sigh, shifting her position to the bulletin board, fingers moving to follow the strings, her gaze shifting over various news articles. She would wait for Jack to show up, surely as the president he had to stop by at some point in time, or maybe one of the members would grace her with their presence and she could squeeze some info out of them first. Her lips cracked a smile at the thought, gaze unfaltering as she turned her attention from the board to a new set of books, a few trigger words catching her eye. Daemon, Miracles, Psychic: A Guide to the Veil, The Fall. It was practically a hunters' private library, at least this section was anyway. Da would have loved it. A couple of the books she'd even seen him with before. Well...perhaps strewn across his study, with the other 500 books on demons.
Picking up one of the familiar bound books, Bonnie flipped it open, the lass beginning to chew her lip in an oddly cute manner, as she glanced over the text. The adjective was weird on her, the ice queen was not cute. She was cold, angry, bitter even. Guarded, definately. But not cute. The lass began to concentrate intensely, even taking a seat with the book, as she awaited someone's presence. HOPEFULLY, someone with answers.

Jack Hollow Jack would silently enter the room not even making the slightest of sounds. Once inside Jack would see Bonnie sitting in one of the chairs reading rather intensively one of the many books in the club room, a rather wicked grin would appear on Jack's face at the sight. Jack would silently make his way over behind Bonnie before reaching down to place a hand on Bonnies shoulder, " Ah I see you have taken quite well to the club room already. There are several fascinating book's to read aren't there?" Jack would say with a grin while looking down at Bonnie before walking over to the fire place on the far wall and flipping a switch turning the fire on before taking a seat in a nearby chair facing the fireplace.

Her gaze scanned him for a moment, calming down but remaining guarded, her lips pursing lightly. The lass had been so engulfed in the familiar text, that she had failed to even hear him enter, let alone approach her. And then the hand. She didn't even know this person and here she was sitting in a danky room, him putting his hand on her shoulder like it was some gentlemanlike gesture, Her proceeding to flip s**t at the sudden contact.
"I've read most of those..."
The lass's hand gestured to the pile of books from before, various occult titles peeking out from beneath the dust, hoping to redirect the attention back to the conversation, and less about her...reaction.
"...I used to know someone with books like these. They were really, really into this stuff. They disappeared, no trace, no body, no contact. Never to be seen of again."
Her accent graced her every syllable, the odd nature of her challenge, enhanced by it. Bonnie slinked around the perimeter of the room for a bit, fingers gracing the titles of every book, the edges of every scroll, the shelves even. Her Auburn irises were big, trancelike as she took in every speck of the room, fingertips confirming existence and nonexistence.
"Tell Me Jack."
Bonnie glanced back at him, her expression focused but estranged, as she rounded the room, mimicking his action from earlier.
"How far are you willing to go...to find out what you want? Just because the subject matter fails to exist, doesn't mean that you're guaranteed to return."

Jack Hollow Jack would remain sitting in his chair staring into the fireplace grining at Bonnie's reaction, fear was always such an amusing emotion and all of the various way's that one could scare another never ceased to amuse Jack. He would continue to daze off or so it would appear though in actuality now that Bonnie was in his club room she was now completely in his clutches and thus Jack could afford to appear to have dropped his guard. "Hmm is that so? Well then It might pleas you to know that those there don't even really begin to scratch the surface of my collection." Jack would say in response to Bonnie's statement as he continued to grin with what appeared to be a bit of satisfaction as he continued to listen to what Bonnie had to say. "Hmm that is indeed strange and they didn't even leave there 'digit's' for you to contact them by?" Jack would ask with a bit of a smirk since he knew all to well the people she was referring to. Jack would rest his head on his hand as he stared on deep into the fire as Bonnie made her way around the room before addressing him directly. "Hmm... I suppose for me it's not really a matter finding out what I want but more of how far I am willing to go and what I am willing to do to obtain what I want... What about you Bonnie? Just how far are you willing to go and what are you willing to do to obtain what you seek? Knowing full well that once you begin down some roads you can never turn back." Jack would ask as he stood up and turned to face Bonnie the fire light barely illuminating his face as he reached into his coat to retrieve a sealed file. "I ask again Bonnie how far are you willing to go to learn the truth and see it for what it truly is? I ask only that you agree to join my club and help me run it and for that you will know all that I know on the matter. Just keep in mind should you choose to agree there is no turning back from this path." Jack would say with a rather serious look adorning his face for a change.(OOC: No worries stuff happens, by the way I have been meaning to ask were your picture is from? It is rather interesting.)

As Jack stood to face her, Bonnie stiffened, lightly, holding her ground as she met his gaze with her own. The lass heeded his words carefully, taking them into consideration before responding. How far was she willing to go? She'd sooner die than back down from the possibility of figuring out what exactly had happened to her father. Jack's offer seemed sweet, but the value of it depended upon his gathered knowledge of the subject. She could agree, be bound by her word, and the man know absolutely nothing on the matter.
"I can't say I make a habit of turning back on many roads in the first place. Most people call it stubborn."
The lass's anger flared a bit, her gaze becoming a bit more determined as she retorted, stepping into Jack's intimate space, and looking up at him. His answers had been vague, the man toying with implications, though overall revealing nothing.
"I'll do what needs to be done for the truth to be revealed. Nothing more, nothing less. Your roundabout answers leave me with nothing but more questions. "
Bonnie watched him cautiously, not daring step down from her challenge. Her gaze remaining upon him, forehead lightly crinkling.
"What makes you so sure that you want me to help you run it? Research can only reveal so much. Papers don' change the fact that you don' know me. "

Jack Hollow Jack would continue standing and staring Bonnie down as a rather menacing grin crept across his face. Jack was getting more and more excited by the second the time was drawing very near for him to take action. Though for the time being Jack would simply listen to all Bonnie had to say first then watched as Bonnie moved rather close to him while appearing a bit irritated that she wasn't getting any solid answers or so she may have thought, though had she truly paid attention as he had spoke earlier she would have heard the hints as to just how much Jack actually knew. Once Bonnie was done speaking Jack would move ever so closer to Bonnie. "Hmm then it is as you say, you are in fact set on this path and are willing to endure any consequences that come with taking this path so long as it leads to the truth no matter how crazy it may or may not seem? Very well then Bonnie I shall help to enlighten you and help to uncover the secret of your poor father's demise." Jack would say in a rather menacing way as he circled Bonnie much like a predator ready to pounce on it's prey before stopping behind Bonnie and gently placing his hands on her shoulders before leaning closer to her. "Because you my dear are a rather astute researcher whom I have a bit in common with, also a quick word to the wise do not underestimate just how much my research tells me after all you despise being close to people yet just look how close we are right now. Now then I suggest you quickly brace yourself for the pain that comes next." Jack would say before swiftly shifting his arm into a blade and running it through Bonnies heart killing her within seconds. Jack would then remove the blade from Bonnie before shifting his arm back to normal then gently laying her down on the floor before reaching into his coat pocket and taking out a Queen chess piece of his own design that was wooden with a pumpkin seed implanted in the center of it and small vines wrapping around it. Jack would then place the piece onto Bonnies chest letting it sink into her before healing her. "Now arise my queen and take your first step to discovering the truth that you seek." Jack would say before moving Bonnie's body to the nearby sofa then stepping back to wait for her to come to.((OOC: Hmm I see it certainly seems like a fun game.))

Bonnie steeled herself at the mention of her father. It certainly wasn't uncommon knowledge. Anyone with access to the internet could find a few articles on her father, his work, and his death. But no one knew what had happened to him. No One, except father, and he'd taken it to the grave. The lass's brow lightly furrowed in thought, as she attempted to pick apart Jacks' sentence.
Of course, it didn't take much to pull her out of the thoughts. Jack had made his way around the room, or rather around her, placing both hands upon her shoulder, the lass flinching at the contact. As he began to speak, her entire form was on high alert, the close proximity of the two making her a bit more nervous than she'd like. Face to Face close proximity was a bit more challenge-like, willpower and aggression serving as a distraction of the physical stature of the room. But Jack's position was invading her intimate space more than anyone had dared to in awhile. She was still not amused by it.
His words were stirring more questions. What did they have in common? and what did he mean by pain? Bonnie parted her lips to respond in her usual irritated manner, her shoulder attempting to pull away from his grasp, and failing. One hand released her, the other gripping to steady her, as a sharp, unbearable pain pulsed from her back. Her amber gaze was wide with shock, not from the action, but from the pain of it. Her entire life had been kill or be killed, and she had been dead since she had entered the club room. The lass knew better than to go anywhere near the location, and yet she had still done it. Why? Answers.
Within seconds of possessing the wound, her vision faltered, heart itself fibrillating, as her chest cavity began to fill with blood.
And then she was gone.
Darkness flooded her consciousness, the lass's soul attempting to move onto the next stage. It felt like she was floating, like all of the goodness of the world was lifting her up, and then she saw him. Suspended in the air as she was. Just as dead as she was. Father simply smiled at the lass, moving towards her, shaking his head. It wasn't until she felt the pull that a frown adorned his features, his expression becoming pained.
"It has begun, My Love. Someone has chosen you."
The scene went dark once more. Bonnie no longer being able to resist the pull, moving towards it. It felt like she was swimming through tar, pushing her way through to the surface of an entirely black lake, her breathing non existent, lungs burning. Could she die again? Nothing that she had read had mentioned any of this. Father had not been crazy. He had been right. The knowledge alone drove her to keep on fighting, pushing through, the pull increasing until she reached the surface.
Bonnie awoke suddenly, faint whispering in the background, though Jack's voice bringing her back to the situation. Nothing. No wound, no pain. She was notably dizzy, but that was about it.She had been stabbed, But where the hell was the wound? The lass sat up, eyeing the boy cautiously, as she reached back to search for a wound. Had she imagined it? Surely not. The pain of dying was imprinted into her mind, and who else could have killed her. Her expression darkened.
"You. YOU STABBED ME."
Her tone was more of a growl, as she stood up rather suddenly. Too suddenly in fact, because she immediately gripped the arm of the couch, resisting the urge to sit back down. The whispering continued, her brow furrowing, glancing around to attempt to locate the source of it, before she returned her attention to Jack.
"Legends are lessons, they ring with truth." ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄ ▄▄▄
{{OOC: AGH. I'm stuck. She'd be really mad, and all...but she did get stabbed, and despite Jack healing her, blood loss would definitely be a thing. }}

Jack Hollow Jack would have sat back down in his chair in front of the fireplace while he waited for Bonnie to awaken though now the chair would be facing the couch. Jack would be resting his head on his hand in a somewhat bored thinking manner while he watched on as Bonnie came back to life and went through the motions of being upset yet confused and flooded with questions all at the same time after all Jack had witnessed the same kind of reactions countless times now. Jack would wait until Bonnie addressed him before giving a response. " Why yes I did indeed stab and kill you, that and so much more. While yes it is in fact a nasty bit of business however it was necessary for you to be turned into a demon yourself and thus be privileged to learning the truth that you seek. Though do know now what I have done was make you into a demon of my house and as such you are in fact under my command, though do still free to act of your own accord. Now then for the truth of what I have learned about you, your father, and that event that happened so long ago just as promised..." Jack would say before tossing Bonnie the sealed folder that he had shown her earlier. Inside the folder Bonnie would find several articles of papers that contained information that had been sealed away by high ranking officers that were demons in that area at the time along with information on unexplained evidence found at the scene. " Now then that is just the papers and bits of evidence for you to see for yourself. You see Bonnie demons are in fact very real and thus your father was not crazy in fact he unknowingly got along rather well with a few demons in your little town. Though you see his research seemed to attract the attention of a few unsavory demons though thankfully do to those little rituals he had you practice it kept most of them at bay and even destroyed some however there was one that seemed to be a bit cunning and somehow managed to get to your father after some time. Once that was done it seems it has taken a bit of a liking to you and has been following you ever since. Though I would be interested in meeting this demon It will not be aloud into my clan room or as all the humans know it as the club room. Though know this Bonnie the reason you never officially learned the truth until now is simple it is forbidden for humans to learn the truth about us." Jack would wait a few moments as he sat back and allowed Bonnie to absorb all of the information she was given, though Jack had a feeling it wouldn't be hard for her to comprehend all that she was told, though how she felt and would react were still a bit of an unknown.(( OOC: Haha I see well perhaps it is a blessing in disguise. Also not really sure were you want to go with that whole incident with her father and the big mystery behind her so I am just kind of winging it. If you want to tell me any more about it or give me a heads up about it feel free to pm me.))
