 Allissi Krakatos"Hey, Ox," Allissi said as she left another room, sighing when she saw he dragged mud inside. "I swear, if it weren't for me, this place would be a mud pit!" She said with a soft laugh, pulling out a mop and a bucket. She mentally talked to him instead, 'Everything okay?'

Ox Ox walked turned over on his bed when he heard his partner contact him through their link. Fine. Tired. He answered before getting up and walking to the door. Sticking his head out and looking in the direction of his partner. How are you? He managed to say drops of water still dripping from his hair. After all these years he still had trouble even speaking over a mind link.

Allissi Krakatos 'Fine, just checking on you,' she replied with more ease with him. She knew her ability made it easier on her but not so much so with him, so she switched to talking normally again, "what on earth could you have possibly done that got you so muddy and wet?" She said, turning toward him once she'd mopped up the last foot print.

Ox Someone pushed me into fountain. Ox managed to get out his forehead creasing slightly. Looking down at his shoes he pulled them off before walking over to his partner leaving water drops in his wake.

Allissi Krakatos "Why'd they do that?" She asked, concerned. She set aside her mop and gently touched his arm. She studied him a moment before gently pulling him in for a quick hug. Allissi opened the closet near them and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around his shoulders after a moment. She never even expected him to explain, she was just concerned that he was okay. He was one of the only people who didn't hate her kind, and she was glad to have him around. She'd be damned if she lost that.

Ox Not sure. Ox replied hugging her back slightly, When he pulled away it was to run the towel over his hair. Tilting his head in question he looked at his partner before placing a hand on her head and smiling gently. I'm okay, no need worry. With that said Ox remembered why he had gone out in the first place. Holding up a finger he walked back to his room to grab his coat off the floor, rummaging around in the damp pockets for the letter he had gotten. Turning back he handed the envelope over to her. For you.

Allissi Krakatos Allissi smiled at him gently in return, though she couldn't help but worry about him slightly. She watched him curiously when he left and came back with a letter. She took it gently from him, tilting her head to study it. "Who would send me a letter?" She asked, confused, turning it over in her hands. She ran her finger along the edge, slightly fascinated by it.

Ox Ox just shrugged, he'd only been asked to give the letter to his partner. A low growling sounded from his stomach. Walking towards the kitchen he pulled out random ingredients and began cooking. Needless to say the kitchen was soon covered in goop.
