The science district consists of one lab that takes up many blocks. Most weapons are crafted and tested here, as well as other discoveries to help the people of the Den. Titans come here fairly often if they don't have their mechs anymore, but other than that, guardians tend to stay away from here for fear of being coerced by the scientists to try out some dangerous new equipment.
