The only Senkaimon that is not managed by the Kido Corps, it is nevertheless heavily monitored and guarded 24/7 by Shinigamis of all divisions to ensure that no unwanted guests may get in or out of it. It is placed on neutral ground so that it is accessible to Shinigamis of all divisions, but they must first acquire and authorization from their captain to cross to the Human Realm. All Shinigamis with Reiatsu of a lieutenant and up will have a seal placed on them as soon as they exit the Senkaimon on the other side so as to not affect the Human Realm.
[Leads to anywhere within the Human World and the Dangai unless otherwise specified. Involvement of the Kido Corps and the Research and Development Institute is needed should one wish to alter its destination to Hueco Mundo]

Gengyo arrived first and he wasn't even starting to breathe heavier. Of course, he'd kinda stolen a head start, but as his feet touched down, he nodded to the couple of Kido Corps. members that were already there. Despite the Onmitsukido are regarded as the fastest and stealthiest, and rightly so, the Kido Corps.' ability to be everywhere at once and know almost everything that happens as it happens still sometimes left Gengyo in shock and awe. Not for the first time did the Captain wonder how screwed they'd all be if the Kido Corps. ever went rogue.
But Gengyo knew full well what waited on the other side of that gate. He drew Tsukurite Yasuragi and called out, "Sorasu sukkari arasoi, Tsukurite Yasuragi!" In a flash, the sword changed to it's Shikai form and Gengyo eagerly awaited the arrival of his comrades.
Gabriel touched down lightly, only a short while after Gengyo, his hair wild from the rush. He looked around at the various Kido Corp members. He had little skill in Kido himself, aside from what a Shinigami was expected to be proficient in. It was a different kind of skill, something apart from Zanjutsu.
'Ah, well,' he thought, 'Each man to his own.'
He looked at Gengyo's Zanpakuto in it's Shikai state, and thought he should release his own.
"Be with me, my Goutan," he intoned. He blade shone with a pale light and shifted to it's Shikai state. Nodding approvingly, he gave it a practice thrust: Just like back in the day, his Shikai felt even more familiar to him then the trusty rapier that had saved his life many times on the high seas back in life.

『Shizuko Yukimori』
Shizuko arrived right behind the two Captains, quickly taking stock of the area around her. To her satisfaction, she could not immediately sense any of the 2nd Division guarding the Senkaimon, meaning that they were keeping their presence hidden, as per usual.
Shizuko took note of the rise in spiritual pressure as the two Captains released their Shikai as it pushed slightly down on her. While this level was not enough to truly effect her, she could notice some of the unranked Shinigami around have a noticeable drop in speed as they moved about their business.
Rather than release her own Shikai, Shizuko instead opted to mentally recite the incantations of Kido she believed she would most likely need, primarily those of the Hado school, as well as her own creation, Zoufuku. She did, however, remind herself of the basic techniques of Kaido, in the off chance that anyone were to get injured, and none of the 4th Division Shinigami could arrive in time.
"It seems to me as if we are ready to depart, unless there is anyone we are waiting for?"
Gabriel arrived and also released his Shikai. Not unexpected, although Gengyo did notice the effect they were having on the others as Yuki-chan joined them and made her question.
"Yes dear, we are. De Witt-taicho and I were simply making sure we were fully prepared," Gengyo said as his men -- or women; those uniforms made it goddamn impossible to determine gender -- opened the Senkaimon proper as a few Hell Butterflies showed up. Not for the first time did Gengyo think to himself, I love my job. His boys were on top of their game and he didn't have to issue a single order. Beautiful. He stepped inside and, as soon as all three were in, he'd explain the situation in full to Yuki-chan. And who knew? Maybe even Gabriel didn't know some of this.
"Technically, you were right Yuki-chan. Us three would be overkill in a normal situation involving a random swarm of Hollows. However, my boys love watching the humans as much as Gabriel's do; comes with the territory of manning the Senkaimon. So here's what we're not supposed to tell you: There seems to be on the order of at least a hundred Hollows, and a possibility of Menos. Also, the Hollows are acting almost as if they're on someone's orders. Far too organized and concentrated. A legitimate army of the ********, all concentrated within a couple city blocks. At this point, you might be thinking it's a trap or ambush of some kind. If it is, then so be it. But as the Gotei 13, it is our duty to protect the balance, even if it means walking right into certain death...because all death is certain." Taking a breath, he'd then finish with, "I'm not from your Division, Yuki-chan, but this is a direct order from someone who's still your superior: Search and destroy, with extreme prejudice. And if the one pulling the strings should appear...run. Get back to Seireitei with all the Shunpo you posses and tell them everything."

Gabriel hummed a shanty as he listen to Gengyo. He was well-informed, but that made sense if his 'boys' watched the humans as much as he claimed they did. He had nothing to add, though he'd have liked to say how little Gengyo's division really knew where the human world was concerned. A common saying among the living was "the walls have eyes". He often laughed when he heard this, not because he often laughed anyway, but rather because he was the one who controlled all the eyes, telling them where to look, when to blink, seeing all that they saw. Yes, Gengyo's 'boys' might be informed, but Gabriel's 'eyes' were even better. He'd be damned if they weren't. It was his job after all.
When he heard Gengyo's orders to Shizuko, he couldn't help but roll his eyes. They wouldn't need a messenger, like that really, as they'd always be under the eye of his squad. He knew how much they saw. Hell, he climbed the ranks himself, lived that life, and now he was the leader of it all. Still, best not rock the boat, as his father was fond of saying. Instead, he nodded.
"Aye, they're organized alright. On their own, they're not worth spit. If I thought this was just a horde, I'd have ordered my subordinates to clean 'em up on their own."
Shizuko once again followed Captain Shikitei through the Senkaimon, listening to the full explanation of the situation. She supposed it was reasonable that she wouldn't know as much about the Human World as him or Captain De Wit - after all, most of the 2nd Division's concerns lay within the Soul Society itself, and both of the Captains she was with had vested interest in knowing the situation, on top of the knowledge they would be privy to, due to their rank.
As usual, the travel time between the Soul Society and the Human World was minuscule, and Captain Shikitei had not even finished talking by the time they arrived. Like any high-level Shinigami, Shizuko could feel the power restriction as she passed through, suppressing her Reiryoku to one-fifth of it's normal level.
Upon hearing her official orders, Shizuko once again bowed to Captain Shikitei. "If that is your official order, then I would like to depart and begin my scan of the local area before engaging in combat."
With that, Shizuko once again Shunpo'd away, allowing her senses to spread out and begin allowing her to track any significant amount of Reiatsu that could clue her in to the presence of any nearby Hollows.

Jack Mallory landed in the courtyard outside of the Senkaimon. She imdetitaly cast her spiritual pressure out, looking for signs of the battle. She could feel the exhaustion creeping in. How many days had it been since the back alley in Karakura Town? One maybe Two? Jack wasn’t sure anymore.
Jack called a Hell Butterfly to her, “A message for Takashi Sayomi Lieutenant of Division Three. ‘Takashi, I just got back to the Seireitei. Where are you? How did Division Three respond to the attack? Come and find me with a report. Captain Jack signing out.’”
That was when Jack notice the massive Menos Grande standing right in front of the Senkaimon. That was not good. Menos Grande and no one to flirt with; Jack had lost track of Hiroshi.
Jack cursed. “Damnit!”
There was only one way to fight a Menos Grande, “Ban Kai! Fuyu no Shi!”
Jack’s bow shattered in to a shower of snow and blood. Soon the blood and snow spread out to form a hexagon with a radius of 36 meters. The Menos Grande was inside the Hexagon.
Jack coldly declared an attack, “Blood Drop!”
A storm of blood filled the hexagon. Menos Grande could not move particular fast so the chill that started in the creature’s core would be particular damaging.
Jack mimed taking aim at the Hollow and sent 9 number of Ya no Kōri bolts her target; the Menos Grande’s mask. All nine made contact. It appeared that the Menos Grande couldn't handle that. It let out a screech and collapsed before disintegrating into spiritual pressure. Jack smile a tight smile of victory.
Jack had no idea what the hell was going on. She desperately wanted to remedy that fact.

I don't do anything I don't need to do........................................................................................................ Hiroshi seemed to have blanked out for a moment in the time just before Jack grabbed him, and now he had just snapped back into reality. Desharro isn't your real name, is it? He briefly asked his zanpakuto, however received no answer even as he exited his shikai. Stepping out of the senkaimon finally, he heard a familiar voice. One that declared a bankai. When his feet touched the ground, he felt a biting chill enter his body and grabbed his chest to realize that the warmth he had was nearly sucked out of him. Jack had quite the amazing bankai. He watched her take aim, then fire her bolts towards the mask of the menos grande in the area. He gritted his teeth a bit. A menos in the Soul Society? His faction was truly in a rather pressing situation.
As he stepped towards Jack, he watched the Ya no Kori bolts make their mark, and the screech that filled the air was actually comforting before the menos released all the souls inside of it into the wandering realm, the monster dissipating afterwards. "That's pretty impressive, Mallory-taichou. A kill on a menos grande in a single volley. Enough for me to actually make me compliment you instead of the other way around." His lips moved up in a half smile, hands finding warmth in his pockets. He had never used Bankai personally. Not that he didn't know the name or anything. No, he knew it perfectly. Bankai was simply just too tiring, and his needed a lot of energy to be used. He just never found the need to use it for anything, and was actually grateful that Jack managed to take it out just as he got there.
"We should find the squad that needs the most assistance, or search for the highest spiritual pressure. I'll be with you all the way through. The least I can do for having you pull me out of that mess back there."
.......................................................................................................Whatever I need to do, I do quickly.

Jack turned and smiled at Hiroshi, “Captain Saitou! You made it!” Jack waved off his compliment, “My Ban Kai is nothing spectacular; that was mostly luck. You, on the other hand, are brave, good-looking and, intelligent.”
Speaking of Ban Kai, It looked like Hiroshi was suffering from her Blood Drop attack. Jack snapped her right fingers and let her Shi Kai bow fall back into her right palm.
While she was doing this Jack oozed charm at her fellow Captain, “Why Hiroshi, you looked chilled to death. Why don’t you let me warm you up?”
Jack was a decent multitasker; while she flirted with Hiroshi she had sent out her spiritual sense to look for more Hollows. She couldn’t find any. Hopefully that meant the rest of the Seireitei had fended off the attack.
Jack told Captain Saitou, “I can’t feel any more battles. We could head to Division One. Maybe Head-Captain Niwa can explain what is going on.” Jack shrugged playfully, “Or we could find a place to be alone; just the two of us.” Jack twirled over to the man and draped herself on him, “Either works for me.”
Jack smiled at Hiroshi. He really was good looking and her had yet to yell at her for pulling him away from the battle. Those were both points in his favor. Of course Jack’s true type was breathing, consenting, and unaffected by mind-altering drugs.
Jack pressed her chest to Hiroshi’s, “What do you say?”
The Archer of Death had no clue what the definition of shame was.
╔═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Final thoughts:Hiroshi! (618 Arrows left)
I don't do anything I don't need to do........................................................................................................ At her mention of her looking cold, he scoffed. He couldn't tell if it was the chill or her blush that hued his cheeks red, nor did he currently want to find out. He let his pressure ring out like a sonar, not finding any heavy obstruction, which meant either everyone had died or the enemies had been driven out. He guessed the latter. As she spoke up seriously, he took his hands out his pockets and crossed his arms, grabbing at the bang that lied between his eyes. the Head Captain could explain some things, however he was pretty sure he knew the situation. Hueco Mundo merely wanted to invade, and he could feel the remnants of a high pressure that either belonged to an Espada or Vasto Lorde. No matter how much the intelligent captain thought, he couldn't figure out what reason they would have to attack besides the constant hate between the two races.
Then she shrugged and gave her next words. She twirled to him as he uncrossed his arms, finding the flirty tone in her voice as she moved towards him and moved her body to his, arms around him. He couldn't deny that the warmth was definitely doing him some good, he also couldn't deny that the red-head was tempting to an extreme extent at all times. She had yet to play her antics so personally with him though, never laid a hand on him. Now in her game, he grinned a bit. Ah, sometimes it was too tiring to fight.
"Ah, as much as I am curious about what got Hueco Mundo so eager to make some moves, I'm not interested in hearing our head captain bark orders. I'd rather give my own right now, I did my fair amount of work so far after all. So did you." He let one arm move around her waist as he felt her breasts press to his chest. A tiny slip of air left his lips faster than he would usually let it, however it was covered up by his small smirk.
"So, Jack, I'll answer your question with a question. Do you feel like taking orders right now?" He asked, the other hand coming up to let his thumb stroke her chin, gently holding the spot, as if ready to tilt it up and lean down depending on the answer she gave him.
.......................................................................................................Whatever I need to do, I do quickly.

Jack pushed away from Hiroshi but, left her arms around his neck, “I don’t know.” Jack smirked, “Why? Do you think you have the right to order me around Captain Saitou?”
The truth was Jack was already mentally preparing to take Hiroshi’s so called orders. Due to her past, the one Jack never talked about ever, Jack could dissect a person’s kinks simply by having a conversation with them. Jack also had the ability to change herself to fit said kinks. It seemed that Hiroshi had a thing for dominating in the “bedroom.” However he had responded favorably to Jack’s teasing. It was an odd combination but, it wasn’t something Jack couldn’t handle.
Jack skipped away and, turned so that way she was looking at Hiroshi from over her shoulder. She placed her left hand on her hip and pushed her hip out. Jack gave her bow a flick to seal Chimamire no Yuki.
Jack slowly replaced her Zanpakutō in the sheath on her back while she smirked, “I will admit that sounds nice. Not having to worry, trusting someone else to make the decisions.” Jack pressed her now free right fist against her left eye, “I’m so tired. It would be heaven-sent if someone would take care of me; someone strong. That way I wouldn’t have to think.”
Jack looked at Hiroshi from under both her red hair and eyelashes. Her blue eyes conveyed both her exhaustion and her playfulness. If Hiroshi wanted to dominate the Seireitei’s flirt Jack was alright with that. However he would have to prove he knew what he was doing. Dominance and Submission was a dangerous game. It was incredible fun if done right but, if it was done wrong it would be a complete disaster.
